Objective: To determine the process of nursing care for schizophrenic patients with sensory perception disorders, auditory hallucinations, using rebuke technique intervention. Method: Using descriptive research with a nursing care approach. Results: The results of the study showed that the signs of hallucinations decreased after the rebuke was carried out. Conclusion: Nursing care was successful and the rebuke technique was able to reduce the frequency of hallucinations.

The findings of the study indicate that, despite significant barriers related to gender stereotypes, women in the legal field usually prioritize ethical principles when making decisions. To create more impartial and fair justice, this study disseminates information about the importance of gender equality in the legal system. Additionally, this study found that while there were no pronounced gender differences, women tended to be more vulnerable to the impact of emotions and social norms on moral judgment. This implies that even while gender has no direct bearing on moral judgments, social and emotional background must still be taken into account. With a focus on the necessity of a more inclusive and sensitive approach to the social elements that influence decision-making, these findings offer significant insights for the establishment of ethical rules and training in the Indonesian legal profession.

Knowledge is one of the factors causing the high mortality rate due to diarrhea. The importance of maternal knowledge and attitudes in handling diarrheal diseases needs to be discussed because diarrhea that is delayed or improperly handled can cause pain and adverse effects on children, namely infant mortality. Objective: To determine the relationship between mothers' knowledge and attitudes about diarrhea management and the classification of diarrhea in toddlers at the Gang Sehat Health Center. Methods: This study used the accidental sampling method with bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test. Results: The Chi Square test resulted in a value of 0.934, meaning that the P value > 0.05 indicates that there is no relationship between maternal knowledge and diarrhea classification in toddlers. With the results of the value of 0.443, meaning that the P value > 0.05, there is no relationship between the mother's attitude and diarrhea classification about diarrhea management in toddlers. The current evaluation process relies on teachers' subjective assessments, which restricts the information about students' progress. Therefore, the implementation of machine learning is proposed as a solution to enhance objectivity in student learning evaluation through more effective data processing. The method used is the K-Means Clustering algorithm, which can group or classify data based on specific patterns. This study aims to evaluate the extent to which machine learning can process student learning evaluation data through the analysis results obtained from the clustering process, which are then used as benchmarks to improve the evaluation system and provide feedback for students needing improvement in their academic performance. The data used comprises students' grades from the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, with a total of 210 data points. The clustering results produced three clusters: the "good" cluster with 60 students, the "average" cluster with 99 students, and the "low" cluster with 51 students.
