ation to their children is by carrying out aqiqah. This study aims to analyze the values of Islamic education contained in the implementation of aqiqah. This research uses a literature study research methodology or library research, which is the process of collecting materials related to research from books, journals, literature, and other publications that deserve to be used as sources for further research by the author. As a result, there are five points of Islamic education in the implementation of aqiqah, namely the value of faith education which shows that aqiqah as a form of obedience in religion, the value of worship education which shows that aqiqah as a form of self-sacrifice to Allah, the value of moral education which shows that aqiqah as an effort to form morality, the value of social education which shows that aqiqah can strengthen the bonds of friendship, and the value of health education which shows that aqiqah is carried out by slaughtering healthy animals and not defective, and halal for consumption. In addition, there are three additional educational values in the implementation of aqiqah, namely giving a name to the child as a prayer and his identity, shaving the hair as a form of obedience and preventing disease and fostering an attitude of charity, and men-tahnik or giving something sweet to the baby's mouth as an effort so that one day the child has a good speech in speaking.

se the learning effectiveness of students at SMK Negeri 2 Lamongan, and address the low learning effectiveness of students at SMK Negeri 2 Lamongan. This type of research is quantitative research. The problem in this research is that in implementing learning, students often choose lessons they only like and don't want to go to class and often hang out in the canteen. This causes a lack of application of scientific disciplines in learning for students. Researchers also use a behavioral approach because this approach assumes that all behavior, both adaptive and maladaptive, can be learned. This approach can be carried out in depth with groups of students who have a habit of being undisciplined in learning. Researchers conducted interviews and distributed questionnaires to students with the results of the level of learning discipline before receiving the intervention and after receiving intervention through the behavior contract technique, which was different, the result of which was that the learning discipline of students at SMK N 2 Lamongan class XI before being given the behavior contract technique was in the low category, after being given it. intervention through the behavior contract technique resulted in an increase in categories starting from the very low category to the low and high categories which experienced a significant increase. The results of this research were obtained from the results of the Wilcoxon Signed test, obtained a Z value of -1.342 and an asymp value of sig. (2-tailed) 0.180 is smaller than the alpha level of 5% (0.05), so the conclusion is that there is a difference in the learning discipline of students at SMK N 2 Lamongan class XI before and after being given the behavior contract intervention.

Analisis data mengungkapkan perubahan positif dalam sikap, nilai, dan perilaku partisipan. Temuan ini didukung oleh pendekatan kualitatif yang mencakup pengkodean tematik dan analisis naratif. Partisipan menilai positif pendekatan ini karena memberikan ruang bagi refleksi pribadi, pembangunan nilai moral, dan pengalaman spiritual yang mendalam. The investigation focuses on three main questions, namely the characteristics of the principal’s leadership, the level of teacher professionalism, and the extent to which leadership contributes to the effectiveness of student guidance. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of instructional, managerial, and entrepreneurial leadership concepts with teachers’ pedagogical and professional competencies, resulting in a more holistic understanding of the mechanisms through which leadership influences the guidance process that requires accuracy in planning, precision in implementation, and rigor in evaluation. The findings reveal a positive and significant relationship between the principal’s leadership and teacher professionalism, with a contribution of 61.1%, indicating that the majority of improvements in teacher professionalism are shaped by the quality of leadership practiced. Supportive and participatory leadership, reinforced by continuous academic supervision, is proven to enhance teachers’ capacities, strengthen work motivation, and create a professional environment conducive to effective student guidance. These outcomes demonstrate that the effectiveness of guidance is not solely influenced by individual teacher competence but also by leadership structures that direct, facilitate, and optimize educator performance systematically. This study concludes that the madrasah principal holds a central role as a driver of improved guidance quality through the application of visionary, adaptive, and human-resource-oriented leadership, whose implications may serve as a basis for formulating strategies to enhance teacher competence and strengthen educational leadership models within madrasah institutions.

This study addresses the question of how the theological meaning and anthropological values of Natoni are understood and actualized within Christian communities, and to what extent this tradition contributes to the formation of faith identity and social cohesion. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the practice and its meanings. The findings reveal that Natoni functions as a contextual medium of prayer, a means of internalizing faith teachings, a bond of communal solidarity, and a vehicle for transmitting values of respect, responsibility, and intergenerational togetherness. The tradition provides an integrative space between incarnational theology and local cultural realities, thereby enriching contextual expressions of Christian spirituality. The study concludes that the revitalization of Natoni requires synergy among the church, traditional leaders, families, and educational institutions to ensure its continued relevance and responsiveness to contemporary challenges. The novelty of this research lies in its simultaneous integration of theological and anthropological analyses of Natoni as a contextual praxis of faith rather than merely a cultural phenomenon, thus offering a conceptual contribution to the development of Indonesian contextual theology.

This phenomenon generates a distortion of spirituality, as religious identity is constructed upon social recognition, thereby hindering spiritual-psychological well-being and displacing the longing for divine love. The research problem focuses on how subclinical narcissism operates as a psycho-spiritual disorder within the context of worship and how faith community engagement moderates this dynamic. Employing an integrative conceptual analysis and critical engagement with the psychology of religion literature, including the typology of grandiose and vulnerable narcissism, this study finds that performance-based community cultures intensify narcissistic tendencies through symbolic competition and religious self-imaging, whereas inclusive and transformational communities function as corrective spaces that reorient the existential framework of congregants. The study concludes that restoration cannot be achieved merely through behavioral modification or the intensification of religious activities, but through a reorientation of worship that restores the True Self in relationship with Christ as the authentic source of self-worth. The novelty of this research lies in its conceptualization of subclinical narcissism as a form of worship disorder and in its emphasis on the role of faith community as a moderating variable within holistic spiritual therapy, thereby offering both theoretical and pastoral contributions to contemporary churches facing the challenges of performative spirituality.
