In carrying out these activities, they still use devices manually to provide information in their activities. The aim of carrying out this service activity is to find out the use of blogs in the business and economic category, to find something unique about blogs that can be published to various parties regarding the use of business and economic blogs so that they can be used effectively and more usefully. The activity implementation method used was in the form of training, interactive discussions with the entire PKK team in East Sei Silau Village, Asahan Regency. This activity uses theoretical and practical knowledge in the room. As a result of the final assessment of the activity, the participants were able to understand the material presented based on the results of the assessment scores obtained from the posttest test results. The activity material given to participants can be used and utilized in creating a blog. The material presented to participants reached 90% of all the concepts involved in creating blogs. The delivery of the material consists of several sessions, namely: explanation, practice, and discussion.

The tool being socialized is a simple tool that is used with human power by pushing without the use of motorized equipment. In the planting process, the spacing between corn seed plants and the number of corn seeds can be adjusted during the planting process. Tofu waste processing activities are carried out in Poco Mal Village, Langke Rembong District, Manggarai Regency. The methods of implementing the activities implemented are implementation methods, business management, tofu dregs processing techniques, and marketing strategies. Each activity method applied will be evaluated through discussion activities with members and if any obstacles are found, the team will quickly address the existing obstacles. This method becomes an organized processing system with a business management approach. The results of this activity have a positive impact in the form of new innovations in the management of tofu waste into crackers. The innovations provided are in the form of spicy, original, and fried onions. The sales target for tofu dregs crackers will be gradually increased and for this stage, business activities are focused on increasing sales each time it is produced.

Mengacu dari berbagai penelitian yang sudah dilakukan mempertegaskan bahwa ampas tahu dapat diolah sebagai bahan baku olahan aneka makanan, salah satunya ialah kerupuk ampas tahu. Pengolahan ampas tahu menjadi kerupuk merupakan salah satu inovasi yang dibuat tanpa mengurangi nilai gizi yang ada dalam ampas tahu. Kegiatan pengolahan ampas tahu dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Poco Mal Kecamatan Langke Rembong Kabupaten Manggarai. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang diterapkan berupa metode pelaksanaan, manajemen usaha, teknik pengolahan ampas tahu, dan strategi pemasaran. Setiap metode kegiatan yang diterapkan akan dievaluasi melalui kegiatan diskusi bersama anggota dan jika ditemukan adanya kendala maka tim secara cepat menyikapi kendala yang ada. Metode ini menjadi suatu sistem pengolahan yang terorganisir dengan pendekatan manajemen usaha. Hasil kegiatan ini memberi dampak positif berupa adanya inovasi baru terhadap pengelolaan limbah ampas tahu menjadi kerupuk. Inovasi yang diberikan berupa pemberian rasa pedas, original,dan bawang goreng. Target penjualan kerupuk ampas tahu akan ditingkatkan secara bertahap dan untuk tahap ini kegiatan usaha difokuskan pada peningkatan penjualan setiap kali produksi.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this business has shifted its production to cloth masks to ensure its business continuity. However, the cloth mask business is now very competitive. Meanwhile, the Tanggulangin SMEs develop mask design in a sporadic way without a strong design concept. This community service program using counseling method to assist the Tanggulangin SMEs in order to produce mask designs that have fashion value so that they have differentiation that increases the selling value. The team provides various alternative mask designs for the Tanggulangin SMEs in the form of a design bank book. Next, selected designs were produced and tested for users. After user testing, the team identifies some critical points that determine the quality of fashion masks. The results of this evaluation become a guide for SMEs to produce better masks and have a high selling value.

Abstrak: Kecamatan Tanggulangin di Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur, merupakan daerah yang terkenal sebagai sentra industri pengrajin tas dan konveksi terbesar di Jawa Timur. Salah satu di antaranya adalah Sartika Ratu, yang selama ini menjadi pemasok perlengkapan perjalanan umroh dan haji. Sehubungan dengan adanya pandemi COVID-19, UKM yang memiliki 10 karyawan dan belasan mitra di Tanggulangin ini mengalihkan produksinya pada masker kain agar kelangsungan bisnis tetap terjamin. Namun persaingan produk masker saat ini sangat kompetitif, sementara itu pengembangan produk masker yang dilakukan oleh UKM ini bersifat masih bersifat sporadis dan belum berkonsep. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah pendampingan UKM Tanggulangin agar dapat menghasilkan desain masker yang bernilai fashion sehingga memiliki diferensiasi yang meningkatkan nilai jual. Tim pengabdi memberikan berbagai alternatif desain masker kepada UKM dalam bentuk buku bank desain, yang dilanjutkan dengan pengujian terhadap beberapa desain terpilih. Setelah dilakukan pengujian produksi, diperoleh hasil evaluasi berupa identifikasi titik kritis yang menjadi penentu kualitas masker fashion. Hasil evaluasi ini menjadi pegangan bagi UKM untuk memproduksi masker yang lebih baik dan bernilai jual tinggi.

Service activities use the Waterfall model with several stages of activities systematically or sequentially in a hybrid manner, namely Semi online/offline with a series of activities, socializing the making of the M-Magazine application, training, and implementing the M-Magazine application directly to students and teachers. As a substitute for digital school bulletin boards and can be installed on Android Gadgets for every student and teacher so that the process of disseminating information can be carried out optimally without being hindered by place and time and can be used at any time.

Kegiatan Pengabdian menggunakan model Waterfall dengan beberapa tahapan kegiatan secara sistematis atau berurutan secara hibrid yaitu Semi daring/luring dengan rangkaian kegiatan, sosialisasi pembuatan aplikasi M-Magazine, Pelatihan dan penerapan Aplikasi M-Magazine langsung kepada siswa dan guru. Sebagai pengganti sarana mading sekolah secara digital dan dapat diinstalkan di Gadget Android setiap Siswa dan Guru sehingga proses tersebarnya informasi dapat dilakukan secara maksimal tanpa terhalang tempat dan waktu dan dapat digunakan kapan saja.

Abstrak: Dalam sebuah organisasi sistem informasi sangat dibutuhkan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang cepat, tepat dalam penyajiannya, data yang ditampilkan dapat real dan akurat. Dalam sebuah pemungutan suara umumnya dilakukan secara manual, baik dalam ruang lingkup terkecil maupun terbesar. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut dengan pemanfaatan teknologi yang sudah berkembang pesat saat ini, proses pemilihan Ketua OSIS yang biasanya dilakukan secara manual kini bisa dilakukan secara daring dengan menggunakan electronic voting, dengan adanya e-voting diharapkan siswa dapat mengakses dan memilih calon ketua OSIS dimanapun tanpa harus datang langsung ke tempat pemungutan suara yang biasanya para siswa dikumpulkan dalam suatu tempat seperti sebelumnya. Dalam pemgembangan sistem e-voting berbasis website dengan menggunakan metode waterfall dengan proses analisa kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, design dan testing sistem e-voting akan mempermudah proses pemungutan suara dan e-voting dapat menjaga keamanan data dari manipulasi pihak lain. lly utilized by the locals because of their busy work as laborers who depend on wages. This is compounded by the very strict working hours that leave workers no time to utilize the blessing as additional income. In dealing with this situation, breeding catfish using tarpaulin method is likely the most appropriate alternative solution for the locals to earn more income without having to leave their main job as factory workers. This is possible as the catfish cultivation using tarpaulin method is effortless and does not consume much time to manage it. Moreover, with the annual increase in demand for catfish consumption in the surrounding regions as well as competitive selling prices (ranging from IDR14,000 to IDR17,000 per kilogram) making tarpaulin cultivation of catfish solution for the locals in Dukuh Rejosari. The method used in this service was socialization by providing outreach and training from the catfish cultivation expert. The result shows that villagers are enlightened to have a new source of income in the midst of busyness working as laborers.

Abstrak: Berlokasi di kaki gunung Merbabu, Dukuh Rejosari dianugerahi dengan pemandangan yang indah, cuaca yang sejuk, dan lahan yang subur untuk bercocok tanam seperti kopi, teh, jagung, dan tembakau. Namun hal belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal oleh para penduduk dikarenakan kesibukan mereka sebagai pekerja buruh harian yang bergantung pada upah pabrik. Hal ini diperparah dengan jam kerja yang sangat padat membuat para pekerja tidak memiliki waktu lebih untuk memanfaatkan lingkungan sebagai tambahan penghasilan. Dalam menghadapi situasi tersebut, pengembangbiakan ikan lele dengan menggunakan terpal merupakan solusi alternatif yang paling tepat guna memberi para penduduk penghasilan lebih tanpa harus meninggalkan pekerjaan utama mereka sebagai buruh pabrik. Hal ini dimungkinkan karena budidaya lele terpal sangat mudah dilakukan dan tidak memerlukan banyak waktu untuk merawatnya. Juga, dengan peningkatan tahunan permintaan ikan lele konsumsi di daerah sekitar serta harga jual yang kompetitif (berkisar Rp. 14.000,- – Rp. 17.000,- per kilogram) menjadikan budidaya ternak lele terpal sebagai alternatif paling ideal untuk memberikan tambahan penghasilan kepada masyarakat Dukuh Rejosari. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sosialisasi dengan memberikan pelatihan dari pembudidaya lele terpal berpengalaman. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu masyarakat mendapatkan kesempatan untuk membentuk sumber pendapatan baru ditengah-tengah kesibukan bekerja sebagai buruh pabrik.

Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah observasi langsung ke sekolah MAN Asahan dengan melihat serta menganalisa permasalahan ataupun troubleshooting yang terjadi pada Laboratorium Komputer disekolah MAN Asahan. Selain itu, Informasi permasalahan pada komputer Lab sekolah juga dilakukan tim dosen selaku pelaku kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan cara wawancara langsung kepada Guru dan pegawai yang bertugas di Lab Komputer sekolah MAN Asahan. Hasil akhir dari pengabdian ini adalah bagaimana siswa dan siswi dapat memperbaiki komputer serta troubleshooting yang terjadi pada komputer sekolah maupun komputer dirumah dapat teratasi sendiri tanpa harus memakai jasa perbaikan komputer.
