By providing training and direct assistance to partners on the use of corn seed planting tools, it can improve their understanding and skills in using the tool effectively. By conducting socialization methods to provide understanding to partners with the aim of the community understanding the use of corn seed planting tools based on the double seed hopper and understanding how to maintain the tool. Thus, with this tool, the corn seed planting process becomes faster. Corn planting is the most widely produced crop in the world, and corn seed plants are most suitable for planting in high-temperature areas. Especially in Indonesia, corn plants cover more than 100 million hectares, consisting of 70 countries and even 53 developing countries. The tool being socialized is a simple tool that is used with human power by pushing without the use of motorized equipment. In the planting process, the spacing between corn seed plants and the number of corn seeds can be adjusted during the planting process. The vessel or container supplying corn seeds is a hopper located at the top, and a hole is provided at the bottom of the hopper, which is the outlet channel. Thus, the results of this socialization can shorten the time in the corn seed planting process.

The digitalization of traditional people's markets is needed to improve the economy and reduce the spread of the covid-19 virus. The results of interviews with traders show the lack of sales at Rare Angon Market because few people know about the market. the method used by distributing questionnaires to find out in detail the existing problems. From these problems, a solution is needed to bridge between traders and buyers, this solution is in the form of digitizing the Rare Angon market by developing an application called "Rare Angon App" where the application is used for buying and selling interactions by traders and buyers. So that sales in the Rare Angon market can increase.

Abstrak: Meningkatnya kasus covid-19 berdampak pada perekonomian di Indonesia terutama pada usaha mikro kecil meneengah (UMKM) hal ini dapat dilihat dari pasar-pasar rakyat di Bali yaitu Pasar Rare Angon yang berlokasi di desa Gunaksa, kecamatan Dawan kabupaten Klungkung dengan mayoritas pedangannya adalah warga didaerah setempat yang dimasa pandemi ini mengalami penurunan pendapatan. Para pembeli mulai jarang datang ke pasar dan berlanja secara langsung karena ketakutan mereka tertular covid-19 dan menghindari kerumunan yang sudah dihimbau oleh pemerintah. Diperlukannya digitalisasi pasar rakyat yang bersifat tradisional untuk meningkatkan perekonomian dan mengurangi penyebaran virus covid-19. Hasil wawancara dengan pedagang menunjukkan minimnya penjualan di Pasar Rare Angon karena masih sedikit masyarakat yang tau pasar tersebut. metode yang digunakan dengan penyebaran kuesioner untuk mengetahui secara detail permasalahan yang ada. Dari permasalahan tersebut diperlukannya solusi untuk untuk menjembatanni antara pedagang dan pembeli, solusi ini berupa digitalisasi pasar Rare Angon ini dengan membuatkan aplikasi yang diberi nama “Rare Angon App†dimana aplikasi tersebut digunakan untuk interakasi jual beli oleh pedagang dan pembeli. Sehingga penjualan dipasar Rare Angon bisa mengalami peningkatan.

The purpose of this study is to find out the use of Instagram as a marketing medium for the courier service business @my_shopper.id. A service for depositing branded goods such as clothes, bags, perfumes and others. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive type to clearly know the information from the jastip account owner regarding the use of Instagram social media as a marketing tool. Data collection is carried out by in-depth interviews with account owners, then collects documentation by capturing content layers used in Instagram accounts. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman, namely by data reduction, data presentation and verification. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques for conducting interviews and collecting documents to informants. The results of the study indicate that the surrogate service account (jastip) @my_shopper.id does social media marketing through an Instagram account. Account owners use various available features such as comment fields, Instagram bio, Instagram traffic, feeds, reels. The content created also varies such as product photos, product review videos, uploading customer testimonials to uploads regarding the order packaging process. The use of Instagram as a marketing medium has the advantage of increasing traffic and making people know about this jastip. Weaknesses obtained include missing information, sometimes customers do not know branded products and entrusting services.

The benefit of this research is to determine the influence of leaf chopper machine components, especially the number of leaf chopper blades, using descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection methods, literature studies and observations. The research location is in the HKBP Nommensen University Laboratory workshop, Pematang Siantar, North Sumatra. The research process took the form of testing carried out in several stages, namely using a single blade by varying the length of the blade and varying the rotation speed of the machine to compare the speed and chopping results. Three trials were carried out each with varying blade lengths of 30cm, 35cm and 40cm and rotation variations of 2500rpm, 3000rpm and 5000rpm. The results are in the form of a comparison of speed and counting results between variations of 30cm, 35cm and 40cm. The test results more effectively lead to variations in blade size of 40cm. And the results of testing the engine rotation speed which is more effective leads to a rotation speed variation of 5000rpm.
