m. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan minat nasabah memanfaatkan mobile banking. Jenis penelitian ini ialah kuantitatif, yaitu pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan instrument kuesioner dengan sampel 73 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data memanfaatkan teknik simple random sampling menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Dari analisis data hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, maka ditemukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap minat nasabah (Y) dan taraf signifikan (0,002 < 0,005) dan dengan nilai T hitung>T tabel sebesar (3,764 > 1,986). Kemudian kualitas pelayanan (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap minat nasabah dengan taraf signifikan, (0,01 > 0,005) dan dengan nilai f hitung > f tabel sebesar, (7,772 >3,10) dan koefisien determinannya (R2) sebesar 0,147 yang berarti kesemuanya mempengaruhi 14,7%, selebihnya atau sebesar 85,3% dipengaruhi variable lain selain variable kualitas layanan (X1).

The population used in this study is taxpayers who own motorized vehicles registered at the SAMSAT Office in Southeast Aceh Regency. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents with the sampling method using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data used in this study is primary data from the result of distributing questionnaires. The test method uses the Valadity and Reliability test, Classical Assumption test, and Multiple Regression Analysis with the SPSS for Windows Version 25 program. The results of this study found that the variables of Taxpayes Awareness, Tax Sanctions, Tax Knowledge and Fiscus Services have a positive and significant effect on Motor Vehicle Taxpayer Compliance in District Southeast Aceh. It was carried out to the class XI Science students of SMA Mutiara Palabuhanratu. In this research, a quantitative method is used with the Pearson product moment correlation study to answer the research problem. The population of this research is the students of SMA Mutiara Palabuhanratu class XI IPA for the academic year 2021/2022, totaling 30 students. The sample used is the total population. Tests and questionnaires were used to collect data. After getting the data, the researcher corrected and analyzed the test results. Data analysis using Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The results of the study indicate that the level of significance between the variables X and Y based on the results of the correlation value above rcount = 0.481 rtable (5%) (df = n-2 = 30-2 = 28) rtable = 0.374. So it is clearly stated that rcount is higher than rtable or 0.05 <0.374. The result of the correlation coefficient between the two variables is 0.481. That result indicated that there was a medium correlation between students’ interested s in watching Harry Potter movie and their listening comprehension. This statement was proved based on the result rxy was higher than the rtable (0,481 ≥ 0,374 in significant level 5%) it showed that the null hypothesis (Ho) “There is no relationship between students’ interested in watching Harry Potter movie and their listening comprehension” is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1), “There is a positive relationship between students’ interested in watching Harry Potter movie and their listening comprehension” is accepted.

This research aims to analyze the influence of satisfaction, trust and ease of use on customer loyalty in the Shopee marketplace in Dwikora sub-district, Medan Helvetia sub-district. This type of quantitative research with the independent variables used in this research is satisfaction, trust and ease of use and the dependent variable used is customer loyalty. The population used in this research is all people in Medan Helvetia sub-district. This research took samples using a purposive sampling method and there were 100 respondents who were deemed worthy of being research criteria. The research results show that partially and simultaneously satisfaction, trust and ease of use have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty.

The results showed that this method achieved 89% accuracy, 85% precision for the positive class, and 92% for the negative class. A total of 125 students (59.9%) were declared eligible to receive assistance, while 82 students (40.1%) did not meet the criteria. ese issues by providing educational assistance. However, in its implementation, the selection of PIP recipients at IT Al-Ikhsan Private Junior High School is still inaccurate. This research aims to classify the eligibility of PIP recipients using the Naive Bayes method. This method is applied to student data from the school's Dapodik in 2024 which consists of 265 students. The data is processed through CRISP-DM data mining stages, namely Business Understanding, Data Understanding, Data Preparation, Modeling, Evaluation, and Deployment. As a result, the Naive Bayes model showed an accuracy of 92.31% with a precision value for the “Yes” class of 89%, recall 100%, and F1-score 94%. In conclusion, variables such as means of transportation, KPS and KIP recipients, parents' income, and distance from home to school affect the eligibility of PIP recipients.

d to enhance employee performance, especially in carrying out operational tasks that require punctuality and responsibility. This study uses a quantitative method with a simple linear regression approach to test the effect of work discipline (independent variable) on employee performance (dependent variable). The sample used in this study consists of 40 respondents, who are employees of the Police Pamong Praja and Fire Department of Merauke Regency.
The results of the study show that the t-value for work discipline (X) is 8.479, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.026. In addition, the significance value for work discipline (X) is 0.000, which is smaller than the probability value of 0.005. Therefore, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Police Pamong Praja and Fire Department of Merauke Regency. These findings indicate that the better the work discipline of employees, the higher the performance produced. This study provides important contributions in understanding how work discipline can play a role in improving employee performance in government institutions, particularly in the fire department sector.

parents or guardians of early childhood living in Seran Hamlet. The research method used is a quantitative approach with direct data collection. The research sample consisted of 28 early childhood. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the simple regression method to evaluate the relationship between the independent variable, namely Gadget Use, and the dependent variable, namely Early Childhood Behaviour. The results showed that there is a correlation and influence between the use of Gadgets and early childhood behaviour, with a correlation coefficient that exceeds the alpha (5%) significance level, namely 0.45> 0.05. Based on the analysis conducted, the results showed that the use of Gadgets has a negative relationship with early childhood behaviour, with a significance level of -91.289. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of Gadgets has a negative impact on early childhood behaviour in Seran Hamlet.

luding principal leadership and teacher workload, both of which are directly related to the implementation of instructional duties and school administration. This study focuses on the influence of principal leadership on teacher performance, the influence of teacher workload on teacher performance, and the simultaneous influence of both variables on teacher performance at SMKN 1 Puloampel. The study employed a quantitative method with a descriptive survey approach involving 55 teachers selected through a total sampling technique. Data were collected through observation and questionnaire distribution using a Likert scale and were subsequently analyzed using the t-test and F-test with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0. The findings revealed that principal leadership did not have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, whereas teacher workload had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Simultaneous testing further indicated that principal leadership and teacher workload collectively did not exert a significant effect on teacher performance. These findings demonstrate that teacher performance is more strongly influenced by internal factors such as professional competence, work motivation, teaching experience, and task management abilities. The novelty of this study lies in the finding that a proportionally organized teacher workload is capable of enhancing teachers’ discipline, responsibility, and work effectiveness, while principal leadership has not yet demonstrated a significant influence on teacher performance within the vocational school environment. This study contributes to the development of vocational education management through the strengthening of teacher professionalism and balanced workload management.

The primary research problem lies in the inconsistency of findings from previous studies regarding the effectiveness of Project-Based Learning, thus necessitating a comprehensive analysis to obtain more robust and integrated conclusions. The study aims to examine the effect of Project-Based Learning on students’ critical thinking skills and to identify moderating factors influencing this effect through a meta-analysis of 27 relevant studies. The results indicate that Project-Based Learning has a significant impact, with a cumulative effect size of 0.98, categorized as large and consistent, supported by low heterogeneity (I² = 18.70%) and strong resistance to publication bias. The findings further reveal that critical thinking indicators serve as the most dominant moderating factor, while sample size and additional variables do not show significant influence, and the standalone model demonstrates slightly higher effectiveness than combined approaches. The conclusion affirms that Project-Based Learning is effective in enhancing critical thinking skills through contextual, active, and student-centered learning. The novelty of this study lies in the systematic integration of multiple studies through meta-analysis, producing strong empirical evidence, as well as the comprehensive identification of moderating factors that have been rarely explored, thereby contributing both theoretically and practically to evidence-based Biology education development.
