This study aims to analyze the performance of the Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) as a safety for the electric motor driving the rudder leaf from overload due to the ship running aground. The research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation and then analyzed through three stages, namely reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The result of the research shows that: 1) The rudder leaf is stuck on the seabed because the ship ran aground, causing the Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) on the rudder panel to work; and 2) Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) on the rudder panel when the ship ran aground works in the current range of 7.5A to 10A.

The sample was selected using purposive sampling based on specific criteria, with 27 companies selected as samples, making a total of 135 companies studied from the period 2017-2021. The research technique used was multiple linear regression analysis.Partially, the findings of this research state that: 1) Activity has a positive and significant effect on profitability, indicated by a significant value of 0.052 ≤ 0.05 and a t-value of 1.963 > 1.65648. 2) Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on profitability, with a significant value of 0.044 ≤ 0.05 and a t-value of 2.038 > 1.65648. 3) Solvency has a positive and significant effect on profitability, with a significant value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05 and a t-value of 18.944 > 1.65648. 4) Simultaneously, activity, liquidity, and solvency have a positive and significant effect on profitability, as indicated by a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an F-value of 147.949 > 3.07. The determination test shows that 76.7% of the variations in activity, liquidity, and solvency affect profitability, while 23.3% (100% - 76.7%) is influenced by other factors beyond the independent variables studied in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX from 2017 to 2021.

In assessing the job prospects of a company in the past and future and assessing the achievements of a company, financial ratio analysis is used which includes liquidity ratios (current ratio), solvency ratios (debt to asset ratio), activity ratios (total asset turnover), profitability ratio (return on equity) and market ratio (earnings per share). This research is descriptive research which is studied quantitatively. The population of the research is all financial reports of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk is listed on the IDX in 2018-2022 period. The sample for this research is the financial position report and comprehensive income statement in 2018-2022 period. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. The results of this research found that the overall financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in 2018-2022 period based on analysis of liquidity ratios and solvency ratios is in fairly good condition. Meanwhile, profitability ratios and market ratios are in good condition. However, regarding the activity ratio, the condition of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk is still not efficient so it can be said to be not good. This is due to an increase in sales and total assets during the 2018-2022 period. Based on the results of calculations and analysis of financial ratios, it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in 2018-2022 period experiences growth in various aspects and profitability can increase, making the company profitable.

harvest season, causing difficulties for farmers in processing ripe fruit. Therefore, technology is needed to enhance shelf life and create innovative products using Mango Gadung Clonal 21 (Mangifera indica L.) as the base ingredient, with the addition of antioxidants from red dragon fruit peel. The aim of this research is to assess the physicochemical and organoleptic characteristics and identify the best combination of adding dextrin and red dragon fruit peel to Mango Gadung Clonal 21 (Mangifera indica L.) powder. This study employed a randomized block design with two main factors: the addition of red dragon fruit peel extract (M) with 2 levels (15 grams and 20 grams) and the addition of dextrin (D) with 3 levels (15 grams, 20 grams, and 25 grams). The study was repeated three times, resulting in a total of 18 treatments. Analysis encompassed antioxidant activity, water content, solubility, as well as organoleptic evaluations of color, aroma, taste, and texture. The best results were observed in the M1D3 treatment (15 grams of red dragon fruit peel and 25 grams of dextrin), with an antioxidant activity of 58.96 mg/ml, water content of 9.15%, solubility of 79.31%, color rating of 3.56 (liked), taste rating of 3.8 (liked), aroma rating of 3.04 (somewhat liked), and texture rating of 3.76 (liked).

The group with a low level of activity consists of 7 districts, namely B.P Mandoge, Pulau Rakyat, Tanjung Balai, Air Batu, Sei Dadap, Pulo Bandring, and Kisaran Barat. The impact of low active FP participants in a district is an increase in the number of unwanted births, an increase in the number of maternal and child deaths, and an increase in population density. The group with a medium level of activity consists of 15 districts, namely Bandar Pulau, Aek Songsongan, Rahuning, Aek Kuasan, Aek Ledong, S. Kepayang, S. Kepayang Barat, S. Kepayang Timur, Teluk Dalam, Buntu Pane, Tinggi Raja, Setia Janji, Meranti, R. Panca Arga, and Silau Laut. The group with a high level of activity consists of 3 districts, namely Simpang Empat, Air Joman, and Kisaran Timur. The impact of the high number of active FP participants in a district is an increase in maternal and child health, an increase in family economy, and an increase in family welfare. The results of this clustering analysis can be used by the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) of Asahan Regency to improve public understanding of the importance of birth control. This can be done through socialization throughout the regency, especially in districts where the results of the analysis show that the number of active FP participants is quite large.

Abstrak: Peserta Keluarga Berencana (KB) aktif merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan program KB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan klasterisasi tingkat keaktifan peserta KB aktif di Kabupaten Asahan menggunakan metode K-Means. Data yang digunakan adalah data peserta KB aktif di Kabupaten Asahan tahun 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga kelompok peserta KB aktif berdasarkan tingkat keaktifannya, yaitu kelompok dengan tingkat keaktifan rendah, kelompok dengan tingkat keaktifan sedang, dan kelompok dengan tingkat keaktifan tinggi. Kelompok dengan tingkat keaktifan rendah terdiri dari 7 Kecamatan, yaitu B.P Mandoge, Pulau Rakyat, Tanjung Balai, Air Batu, Sei Dadap, Pulo Bandring, dan Kisaran Barat. Dampak dari rendahnya peserta aktif KB di suatu Kecamatan yaitu meningkatnya angka kelahiran tidak diinginkan, meningkatnya angka kematian ibu dan bayi, dan meningkatnya kepadatan penduduk. Kelompok dengan tingkat keaktifan sedang terdiri dari 15 Kecamatan, yaitu Bandar Pulau, Aek Songsongan, Rahuning, Aek Kuasan, Aek Ledong, S. Kepayang, S. Kepayang Barat, S. Kepayang Timur, Teluk Dalam, Buntu Pane, Tinggi Raja, Setia Janji, Meranti, R. Panca Arga, dan Silau Laut. Kelompok dengan tingkat keaktifan tinggi terdiri dari 3 Kecamatan, yaitu Simpang Empat, Air Joman, dan Kisaran Timur. Dampak dari tingginya peserta aktif KB di suatu Kecamatan yaitu meningkatnya kesehatan ibu dan anak, meningkatnya ekonomi keluarga, dan meningkatnya kesejahteraan keluarga. Hasil analisis klasterisasi ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN) Kabupaten Asahan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya pengendalian kelahiran. Hal ini dapat dilakukan melalui sosialisasi di seluruh wilayah kabupaten, khususnya di kecamatan-kecamatan yang hasil analisisnya menunjukkan jumlah peserta KB aktif cukup banyak.

The need for raw materials at Helen's Tofu Factory every day and this can increase depending on customer orders. Some of the obstacles experienced by Helen's Tofu Factory are that they often run out of stock of materials because sometimes there are many sudden orders from customers. The material data collection process is still done by recording manually so that errors can occur in determining the amount of material inventory. When observed in depth, there are still many obstacles that can be seen since this effort was implemented. From here, it is important to examine the scope of the application of supply chain management as a manifestation of efforts to advance business players, especially the home industry. The programming language used is PHP and MySQL database. The research method uses a qualitative research approach which is a research that only collects data and explains descriptively/narratively without having to be processed with calculations. This research will only utilize the data obtained from the research site and input it without changing anything.

Abstrak: Usaha tahu ini baru saja mulai di rintis sejak Januari 1997 di Hesa Perlompongan, Kec.Air Batu, Kab.Asahan Sumatera Utara. Alasan mendasar penerapan supply chain management ini karena program ini melibatkan beberapa pihak yang terkait seperti suplier, distributor dan konsumen. Adapun kegiatan utama yang dilakukan yaitu produksi tahu dalam lingkup industri rumah tangga. Kebutuhan bahan baku di Pabrik Tahu Helen setiap hari dan hal ini bisa meningkat tergatung pesanan pelanggan. Beberapa kendala yang dialami oleh Pabrik Tahu Helen adalah sering mengalami kehabisan stok bahan dikarenakan terkadang banyak pesanan mendadak dari pelanggan. Proses pendataan bahan masih dilakukan dengan cara pencatatan secara manual sehingga dapat terjadi kesalahan dalam menentukan jumlah persediaan bahan. Bila diamati secara mendalam, masih banyak kendala yang terlihat sejak usaha ini dilaksanakan. Dari sini penting untuk dikaji ruang lingkup dari penerapan supply chain managemen sebagai wujud dari usaha memajukan pelaku bisnis khususnya industri rumah tangga. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dan database MySQL. Adapun metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang hanya mengumpulkan data dan menjelaskan secara deskripstif/narasi tanpa harus diolah dengan perhitungan. Penelitian ini hanya akan memanfaatkan data yang diperoleh dari tempat riset dan menginputkannya tanpa mengubah apapun.

Untuk memperoleh informasi yang akurat dan up-to-date selama pengolahan data, Anda dapat mengaksesnya melalui sistem informasi berbasis web. Melihat situasi saat ini di Sekolah Dasar Maitreyawira Batam dengan sistem akses manual, maka perlu dikembangkan sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat mempermudah proses pengaksesan data yang relevan dari database. The formulation of the problem is how to design and build a research and community service information system so as to facilitate the process of submitting proposals, accepting, selecting, reviewing, approving, controlling implementation and facilitating reporting. This study uses data collection methods namely observation and interviews, while the system development method uses the Scrum method, the following is a description of the stages of software development using the Scrum method, namely: Produck Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Sprint and Working Increment of the Software. Based on the data analysis, it was concluded that the research and community service information system was designed to facilitate the submission of research proposals as well as the dedication and reporting of research and service activities being carried out by lecturers. Presentation of information in this system includes lecturer data input, input of research proposal, dedication proposal input, print decision letter and report data input.

Adapun perumusan masalahnya bagaimana merancang dan membangun sistem informasi penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sehingga mempermudah dalam proses pengajuan proposal, penerimaan, seleksi, review, persetujuan, pengontrolan pelaksanaan dan mempermudah pelaporan. metode pengembangan sistemnnya menggunakan metode Scrum, uraian dari tahap-tahap pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metode Scrum yaitu : Produck Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Sprint dan Working Increment Of The Software. Berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Sistem informasi penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dirancang untuk melakukan kemudahan dalam pengajuan usulan proposal penelitian maupun pengabdian dan pelaporan kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian yang sedang dilakukan oleh dosen. Penyajian informasi dalam sistem ini meliputi input data dosen, input proposal penelitian, input proposal pengabdian, mencetak surat keputusan dan input data laporan.
