ng in solving mathematical contextual problems in terms of student independence. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with the subject of students at SMK, Dr. Soetomo Surabaya. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The collected data is then analyzed through four stages: data reduction, triangulation, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the critical thinking profile of subjects with high levels of learning independence was more complete than subjects with moderate and low levels of learning. Subjects with a high level of learning independence have a critical thinking profile that can use the right strategy to solve problems, complete, and correctly do calculations and explanations.

m home and teachers teach from home. The condition of the Covid-19 pandemic as a new era of Distance Learning. Distance Learning with online/offline/hybrid learning modes as an effort to provide educational services to students. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the management of learning strategies in elementary schools during the Covid-19 pandemic to maintain the quality of education. The policy that underlies this research is the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 719/P/2020 concerning Guidelines for Implementing Curriculum in Education Units in Special Conditions. This research is based on George R. Terry's Theory of Management Functions, according to him “There are 4 management functions, which in the management world are known as POAC; Namely: planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. The approach in this research is a qualitative approach, with a case study type of research method. The research was conducted at Sirnagalih State Elementary School and Al Azhar Syifa Budi Parahyangan Elementary School (ASBP) West Bandung Regency with the research subjects being students. Research results: 1) Schools implement learning strategy management by preparing program plans (materials, strategies, assessments) that are adapted to the Emergency Curriculum and synergize with related parties to carry out learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. 2) Schools have carried out efforts to maintain the quality of education during the Covid-19 pandemic but have not been optimal. This is evidenced by the vast differences between one school and another. On the one hand, there are schools that implement very good distance learning with learning programs and strategies during the Covid-19 pandemic that are well planned by organizing human resources by conducting in-house training, but in other schools distance learning is carried out simply because schools have not establish learning policy guidelines during the Covid-19 pandemic. 3) Implementation of elementary school learning during the Covid-19 pandemic with online/offline/hybrid learning modes. 4) There are several obstacles in primary school learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, including the limitations of studying the Emergency Curriculum with studies on the selection of Core Competencies and Basic Competencies, the fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure, the condition of teachers who when carrying out learning still refers to student books as learning resources. 5) There are solutions to overcome obstacles including schools being required to improve teacher competence to be technology literate, designing adaptive curricula and facilitating adequate infrastructure, as well as Hybrid Learning with visiting teachers (Jarunjung). The conclusion of this study is that the management of learning strategies in elementary schools during the Covid-19 pandemic to maintain the quality of education has been attempted by implementing Distance Learning both online/offline/hybrid learning, but the results have not been optimal.
Abstract:Background: Pulmonary tuberculosis (pulmonary TB) is a chronic infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Mycobacterium tuberculosis is a bacterium that causes tuberculosis infection which is…
transmitted by droplet splashes and becomes a vector of transmission when a person interacts physically. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and motivation with adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis medication at An-Nisa Hospital Tangerang. Methods: This study used descriptive analytic quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method, where this technique selected subjects in a population that matched the criteria as a sample, namely pulmonary TB patients who were undergoing initial and advanced treatment at An-Nisa Hospital, Tangerang, totaling 102 respondents. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square test. Results: The results of the respondent's data processing showed that the level of knowledge with adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis medication showed a significant relationship with value (p-value 0.021), and motivation with adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis medication showed a significant relationship with value (p-value 0.027 ). Conclusion: It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and motivation with adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis medication in patients with pulmonary TB. Therefore, to reduce the occurrence of drug-resistant TB, efforts should be made to increase adherence to treatment in TB patients, either through the method of providing direct motivation or through counseling about pulmonary TB disease.
Abstract:This classroom action research aims to improve students’ understanding of norms and rules in everyday life through the use of picture-based learning media in Grade II UPT SD Negeri 74 Bontorita II during the 2025/2026 academic…
academic year. The study was conducted in two cycles consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The participants were 22 students who were involved in learning activities using instructional pictures and number-pocket media to strengthen conceptual understanding. Data were collected through observation sheets, learning outcomes tests, and teacher reflections. The findings indicate a significant improvement in students’ learning outcomes and participation. Initial observations showed low understanding of norms and rules, reflected in students’ low discipline, responsibility, and adherence to class regulations. After the implementation of picture media in Cycle I, students’ average score increased from the pre-cycle score of 46.2% to 71.1%. In Cycle II, after using more varied and engaging visual media, students’ average score further improved to 79,36%, surpassing the minimum completeness criteria. The use of picture media was effective because it facilitated concrete understanding, increased motivation, and encouraged active engagement. The study concludes that picture-based media enhances students’ cognitive, affective, and behavioral competencies in learning. It is recommended that teachers integrate more innovative visual media to create meaningful, interactive, and enjoyable learning experiences in civics education and other subjects
