The population in this study were all grade VII students of SMP NEGERI 2 MERANTI as many as 30 people, because the population was small, which was only 30 people, the entire population became the research sample, namely 30 people with a sampling technique. The data collection instrument for variable X was a questionnaire totaling 15 with 4 options which were first tested to determine its validity and reliability. While the variable Y instrument was the documentation of the student grade list (DKN) at the school. The results of the analysis requirements for the normality test of Spiritual Intelligence data were normally distributed with the calculation results obtained (22.33 <43.77) and student learning interest was normally distributed with the calculation results (18.85 <43.77). The results of the linearity test of the data on the Relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Students' Interest in Learning are linear with the equation Y = 22.77 + 1.22x being linear. The results of the correlation test obtained were 0.453 consulted with r with a significance level of 5% with the number of respondents being 30 people obtained because (0.453 > 0.361) this indicates that there is a Relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Students' Interest in Learning in Class VIII of SMP NEGERI 2 MERANTI Academic Year 2022/2023. Furthermore, to test the significance of the correlation, it was carried out using the statistical test formula (test "t") obtained at 3.41. This price is then consulted at a significance level of 95% ( µ= 0.05) with dk = n-2 (30 – 2 = 28) obtained at 1.69, because (3.41> 1.69) this shows a Relationship Between Spiritual Intelligence and Learning Interest of Class VIII Students of SMP NEGERI 2 MERANTI Academic Year 2022/2023. Medan City Employment Service. The author limits the problem only to the effect of stress and work motivation on employee performance at the Medan City Employment Agency. Formulation of the problem whether work stress and work motivation affect employee performance at the Medan City Employment Agency, the population in this study totaled 58 people as the sample. The type of this research is quantitative research, with secondary data and distributing questionnaires to respondents as a data source. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing is done by Partial Test (t), Simultaneous Test (F) and Determination Coefficient Test (R2). The results of this study are Y = 0.550 + 0.447 X1 + 0.398 X2. The stress variable has a partial effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.001 <0.05 and the t-count value of 3.543 > t-table 1.673. The motivation variable has a partial effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of 0.002 <0.05 and the t-count value of 3.225 > t-table 1.673, the hypothesis is accepted. The variables of stress and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the resulting sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and the Fcount value of 34.156 while Ftable is 3.17 so Fcount > Ftable. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) it is known that the R square value is 0.554 which means that the influence of stress and motivation variables on performance variables is 55.4%. It means having a relationship that is not too strong. While the remaining 44.6% is caused by other factors outside the research.

Subjek penelitian adalah 26 peserta didik kelas IV MI Al Hidayah Banjarsari. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar validasi ahli media dan materi, angket respon peserta didik, dan tes pemahaman konsep. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) media Busy Book yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria sangat valid berdasarkan validasi ahli media (97,2% dan 91,6%) dan ahli materi (94,4%); (2) media sangat praktis berdasarkan respon peserta didik sebesar 95,8%; dan (3) media efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran dengan rata-rata pemahaman konsep peserta didik 96,79% dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal 80%. Media Busy Book layak digunakan sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran IPS materi kegiatan ekonomi di sekolah dasar karena mampu menjembatani konsep abstrak menjadi konkret melalui aktivitas manipulatif, meningkatkan motivasi belajar, dan mendukung pembelajaran tematik yang berpusat pada peserta didik.

All students of class X MIPA, even semester, Gajah Mada Mandiri Private High School, Medan from both classes constitute the majority of the population in the essay. Cluster random sampling was used to collect samples, with X MIPA1 and X MIPA2 acting as the experimental and control groups, respectively, with a total of 32 participants each and a teaching model that emphasizes in-depth learning with short lessons. The instrument used in this study was an essay test with approximately 10 validated topics. Data analysis of Lhitung-Ltabel and Fhitung-Ftabel showed that both data sets had a normal and homogeneous distribution. Analysis of two similar government agencies will be carried out next. The results of both classes were normally and uniformly distributed. Because tcount > ttable, the results of the one-tailed t-test for alpha = 0.05 and dk 62 produced tcount = 21.27 and ttable 1.99. This shows that there are significant benefits from using interdisciplinary learning with an inquiry model to support the student process in semester X of Mathematics and Natural Sciences in the academic year 2022/2023.
