n of risk management in the context of strategic decision making, with a focus on the process of risk identification, risk evaluation, mitigation strategies, and their impact on achieving organizational goals. This research uses a qualitative approach with case studies as the main methodology. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with organizational leaders and analysis of documents related to risk management. The analysis steps include risk identification, risk evaluation using impact and probability assessment methods, as well as risk mitigation strategies applied in strategic decision making. The research results show that a comprehensive risk identification process provides a strong basis for designing effective risk management strategies. In-depth risk evaluation allows organizations to prioritize the most significant risks and develop appropriate mitigation actions. Implementation of risk mitigation strategies such as prevention, mitigation, transfer or retention of risk has contributed significantly to reducing the negative impact of risks faced by organizations. This research confirms that risk management is not only a tool to protect organizational value, but also a proactive approach that supports the achievement of long-term strategic goals. By implementing best practices in risk management, organizations can build a solid foundation for sustainable growth and success in a competitive and dynamic marketplace.

Macroeconomic data such as Gross Domestic Product (GDP), inflation rate, investment and household consumption are used to evaluate the effectiveness of fiscal policy in responding to domestic and global economic conditions. The findings show that fiscal policy has a significant impact on economic growth, particularly through increasing infrastructure investment and tax incentives for the private sector. However, challenges such as transparent public budget management and long-term policy consistency need to be addressed to maximize the contribution of fiscal policy to inclusive and sustainable economic growth. Policy recommendations include expanding infrastructure investment, further tax reform to increase efficiency, as well as improvements in public budget management. The implication of this research for national economic policy is the importance of maintaining policy consistency and improving inter-institutional coordination to achieve the goal of sustainable economic development in Indonesia.

the significant influence of the use of Scattergories learning media on the English learning outcomes of grade V students of SD Negeri 098166 Perumnas T.A 2025/2026.This researcher used a quantitative method with a pre-test-post-test one group design. The sample consisted of 24 students. Data was collected through pre-tests and post-tests in the form of written tests and analyzed using t-test formulas and N-gain tests. Based on the data, it was found that mastery of vocabulary in English and English learning outcomes were better after using scattergories learning media. This can be seen from the average score before treatment, which is 25.6 with the low category, after the treatment, which is 86 with the high category. Then there was a significant influence after using scattergories learning media on the English learning outcomes of grade V students of SD Negeri 098166 Perumnas. Based on the calculation of the N-gain test, the researcher found that the N-Gain test showed a value criterion of 0.7979 categorized as high classification.

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memperkenalkan revitalisasi infrastruktur hijau sebagai solusi inovatif untuk memperkuat ketahanan lingkungan di tingkat lingkungan permukiman. Metode yang digunakan meliputi tahap persiapan, koordinasi dengan aparat desa, sosialisasi partisipatif, demonstrasi praktis pembuatan lubang resapan biopori, sumur resapan, dan taman hujan, serta evaluasi melalui instrumen pretest-posttest. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 42 peserta yang terdiri dari perangkat desa, anggota karang taruna, dan ibu rumah tangga. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan skor pemahaman rata-rata peserta secara signifikan, dari 40% sebelum kegiatan menjadi 84% setelah kegiatan, serta peserta menunjukkan minat yang tinggi untuk menerapkan teknik tersebut secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa intervensi infrastruktur hijau yang murah dan partisipatif dapat ditransfer secara efektif kepada masyarakat serta berkontribusi menurunkan risiko banjir sekaligus memulihkan fungsi ekologis di skala lingkungan permukiman.
Pematang Johar, a rapidly developing village in Labuhan Deli Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra, faces increasing environmental pressure from land-use conversion, reduced green open space, and recurrent waterlogging during the rainy season. This community service activity aimed to introduce green infrastructure revitalization as an innovative approach to strengthen local environmental resilience. The method consisted of preparation, coordination with village authorities, participatory outreach (sosialisasi), practical demonstration of biopore infiltration holes, recharge wells, and rain gardens, and evaluation through pretest-posttest instruments. The activity involved 42 participants consisting of village officials, youth organization members, and housewives. Results showed a substantial increase in participants' average understanding score, from 40% before the activity to 84% afterward, and participants expressed strong interest in applying the techniques independently. The activity concludes that low-cost, participatory green infrastructure interventions can be effectively transferred to communities and contribute to reducing flood risk while restoring ecological function at the neighborhood scale.

trengths and weaknesses of Controlled Speaking Practices and it was also to find whether Controlled Speaking Practices is effective in improving the speaking skill of senior students or not. The study took place at SMA TA’MIRIYAH Surabaya. The school carried out Controlled Speaking Practices in conversation class in the first grade of senior high school students. Qualitative descriptive approach and observation were applied in this study. The writer used recording and field notes as the techniques in conducting observation. The writer analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of controlled speaking practice which were according to three aspects: the result of practicing the task, how the teacher conducted the task, and the way students’ talk in the class. From the data analysis, Controlled Speaking Practices also can indicate that this is the right technique to improve the students’ speaking skill. The researcher concluded that Controlled Speaking Practices might be a tool of practice speaking English which can assist the students to achieve good speaking English.

data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Sumatera Utara, khususnya data ekspor menurut pelabuhan pada periode 2014–2018. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai ekspor (FOB), sedangkan variabel independen adalah berat bersih ekspor. Perbedaan karakteristik pelabuhan dianalisis melalui pendekatan efek individu. Metode analisis yang digunakan meliputi Common Effect Model, Fixed Effect Model, dan Random Effect Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berat bersih ekspor berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai ekspor Sumatera Utara. Model terbaik yang diperoleh adalah Fixed Effect Model dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,8037 dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,998. Pelabuhan Belawan menjadi pelabuhan dengan kontribusi nilai ekspor terbesar. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan volume ekspor dan penguatan peran pelabuhan merupakan faktor utama dalam meningkatkan kinerja ekspor daerah.

Sampel penelitian berjumlah 52 siswa yang terdiri atas 26 siswa kelompok eksperimen dan 26 siswa kelompok kontrol yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan pretest dan posttest, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, homogenitas, hipotesis, perhitungan effect size, dan N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen memperoleh rata-rata nilai posttest lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol, yaitu 80,96 dan 70,96. Analisis uji-t menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,003 yang mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh model Make a Match terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Besarnya pengaruh berada pada kategori besar, sedangkan peningkatan hasil belajar berada pada kategori sedang. Dengan demikian, model Make a Match efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia pada materi majas siswa kelas V sekolah dasar.

Employing a qualitative library research design, this study critically analyzes scholarly books and peer-reviewed journal articles related to Islamic education management, social entrepreneurship, and non-profit organizational governance. The findings reveal that financial independence is not solely determined by the availability of financial capital, but rather by the institution’s capacity to optimize non-financial assets, including social capital, intellectual capital, and symbolic capital. The zero capital approach emerges as a transitional strategy that encourages the effective utilization of internal resources, competency-based productive innovation, and operational efficiency through digitalization. The novelty of this article lies in repositioning financial independence as a structural, asset-based process aligned with Islamic values, rather than as an instant outcome driven by monetary capital. This study contributes to the advancement of Islamic education management discourse and offers strategic insights for institutional leaders seeking sustainable financial independence under resource constraints.

is study aims to describe the role of the Teaching Assistance program in improving the teaching competence of students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD). The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the Teaching Assistance program significantly supported the improvement of four dimensions of student teaching competence, namely pedagogical, professional, personality, and social competence. Students gain direct experience in the world of education, practice teaching skills, prepare learning tools, and build positive communication and interaction with school residents. In addition, students also develop character and personality as prospective professional educators. Thus, the Teaching Assistance program has proven to be an effective strategy in preparing competent PGSD graduates who are ready to face the real world of education work.
