uce accurate and structured work schedules. The training involved four employees, comprising three participants with a background in civil engineering and one from management. The training methods included an introduction to basic project scheduling, the use of Microsoft Project, and the application of real case studies from ongoing projects. Pre-test results showed an average score of 54.25, with the management participant receiving a grade of E, while civil engineering participants received grades of C and D. After the training, the post-test indicated significant improvement, with one participant achieving a grade of A and two others obtaining a grade of B. The management participant improved to a grade of C. The final assignment, creating a project schedule using Microsoft Project, was successfully completed by all participants, demonstrating improved skills in project management and resource optimization. In conclusion, this training successfully enhanced employees' understanding and skills in using Microsoft Project for project schedule optimization at CV. KEINARRA, which has the potential to increase the company's overall efficiency.

Abstrak: Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan dalam menyusun jadwal proyek yang lebih efisien dan terorganisir. Permintaan ini timbul karena beberapa karyawan kurang memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam memanfaatkan Microsoft Project untuk menghasilkan jadwal kerja yang akurat dan terstruktur. Pelatihan ini melibatkan empat karyawan, terdiri dari tiga peserta dengan latar belakang teknik sipil dan satu dari manajemen. Metode pelatihan meliputi pengenalan dasar penjadwalan proyek, penggunaan Microsoft Project, serta aplikasi studi kasus nyata dari proyek yang sedang berlangsung. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan skor rata-rata sebesar 54,25, di mana peserta dari manajemen mendapatkan nilai E, sedangkan peserta dari teknik sipil mendapatkan nilai C dan D. Setelah pelatihan, post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dengan satu peserta meraih nilai A dan dua peserta lainnya mendapatkan nilai B. Peserta dari manajemen meningkat ke nilai C. Tugas akhir berupa penyusunan jadwal proyek dengan Microsoft Project berhasil diselesaikan oleh semua peserta, menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan dalam manajemen proyek dan optimalisasi sumber daya. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan karyawan dalam penggunaan Microsoft Project untuk optimasi jadwal proyek di CV. KEINARRA, yang berpotensi meningkatkan efisiensi perusahaan secara keseluruhan.

Anak Rantau Riau experienced problems in the form of differences between the money received in the company account and the revenue recorded in the point on-sales system and several times made payments twice for the same invoice. Seeing this, of course, there needs to be steps to follow up so that nothing like that happens in the future. To follow up on this, discussions with company employees were held to determine what platforms and techniques were suitable and easy to implement to overcome the company's problems. Then, followed by providing direction to employees regarding the utilization of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets as well as knowledge about the importance of even the smallest difference in money in finance. Finally, there will be an assessment of the results of the training. The abundant corn straw in the village of Klambir Lima Kebun can be stored and used when there is a shortage of green fodder, such as a long dry season. To maintain the stability of animal feed, it is necessary to optimize local feed technology by processing fermented corn straw and silage which aims to determine the potential of fermented corn straw and silage which can be used as ruminant animal feed and to determine the capacity of livestock from the potential of fermented corn straw and silage in village of Klambir lima Kebun, Hamparan Perak, Deli Serdang. The implementation method used in this community service is a training method which will then be followed by discussions and hands-on practice on the manufacture of fermented corn straw and silage as well as direct feeding of fermented corn straw and silage to livestock. The results of the activity show that the village of Klambir Lima Kebun has the potential to produce ruminant feed based on local agricultural waste, namely corn straw.

Jerami jagung yang melimpah di desa Klambir Lima Kebun dapat disimpan kemudian digunakan pada saat kekurangan pakan penghijauan seperti musim kemarau panjang. Untuk menjaga kestabilan pakan ternak dibutukan optimalisasi teknologi pakan lokal dengan pengolahan jerami jagung fermentasi dan silase yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi dari jerami jagung fermentasi dan silase yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pakan ternak ruminasia dan mengetahui kapasitas tampung ternak dari potensi jerami jagung fermentasi dan silase di desa Klambir lima Kebun, Hamparan Perak, Deli Serdang. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah metode pelatihan yang selanjutnya akan dilanjutkan dengan diskusi serta praktek langsung tentang pembuatan jerami jagung fermentasi dan silase serta pemberian langsung jerami jagung fermentasi dan silase pada ternak. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this business has shifted its production to cloth masks to ensure its business continuity. However, the cloth mask business is now very competitive. Meanwhile, the Tanggulangin SMEs develop mask design in a sporadic way without a strong design concept. This community service program using counseling method to assist the Tanggulangin SMEs in order to produce mask designs that have fashion value so that they have differentiation that increases the selling value. The team provides various alternative mask designs for the Tanggulangin SMEs in the form of a design bank book. Next, selected designs were produced and tested for users. After user testing, the team identifies some critical points that determine the quality of fashion masks. The results of this evaluation become a guide for SMEs to produce better masks and have a high selling value.

Abstrak: Kecamatan Tanggulangin di Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur, merupakan daerah yang terkenal sebagai sentra industri pengrajin tas dan konveksi terbesar di Jawa Timur. Salah satu di antaranya adalah Sartika Ratu, yang selama ini menjadi pemasok perlengkapan perjalanan umroh dan haji. Sehubungan dengan adanya pandemi COVID-19, UKM yang memiliki 10 karyawan dan belasan mitra di Tanggulangin ini mengalihkan produksinya pada masker kain agar kelangsungan bisnis tetap terjamin. Namun persaingan produk masker saat ini sangat kompetitif, sementara itu pengembangan produk masker yang dilakukan oleh UKM ini bersifat masih bersifat sporadis dan belum berkonsep. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah pendampingan UKM Tanggulangin agar dapat menghasilkan desain masker yang bernilai fashion sehingga memiliki diferensiasi yang meningkatkan nilai jual. Tim pengabdi memberikan berbagai alternatif desain masker kepada UKM dalam bentuk buku bank desain, yang dilanjutkan dengan pengujian terhadap beberapa desain terpilih. Setelah dilakukan pengujian produksi, diperoleh hasil evaluasi berupa identifikasi titik kritis yang menjadi penentu kualitas masker fashion. Hasil evaluasi ini menjadi pegangan bagi UKM untuk memproduksi masker yang lebih baik dan bernilai jual tinggi.

Abstrak: Kajian ilmu dalam ilmu komputer adalah mengindentifikasi dengan akurat definisi, prosedure dan fungsionalitas. Pemahaman terminologi keakuratan digunakan dalam ilmu komputer secara mendasar untuk memahami masalah dan menemukan solusi yang dibangun dari masalah tersebut secara logis, terstruktus dan sistematis. Computational thinking (CT) pada dasarnya mendefinisikan abstrak secara tepat dan mengkover berbagai macam ketrampilan-ketrampilan dalam memahami masalah dan menentukan solusi yang tepat sesuai dengan kaidah komputasi dalam ilmu komputer. SMPN 1 Kalimanah merupakan sekolah dengan peringkat baik di wilayah kabupaten karena hampir setiap tahun selalu menempati rangking sepuluh besar pada indeks prestasi lulusannya. Kondisi siswa SMP N 1 Kalimanah sangat beragam latar belakang ekonomi, ada yang berasal dari keluarga pegawai, petani, buruh atau yang lainnya. Dengan beragam latar ekonomi yang ada, maka dalam masalah kepemilikan perangkat komputer juga sangat terbatas tidak semua memiliki komputer/atau perangkat mobile/smartphone. Metode penerapan dalam kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan eksplorasi dengan memberikan pertanyaaan kemudian elaborasi dan konfirmasi yakni memberi pertanyaan-pertanyaan. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan memberikan pembelajaran pemrograman pada level tingkat menengah untuk memberi motivasi belajar secara logis dan sistematis, sehingga dengan pembelajaran berbasis komputer secara komputasi diharapkan memberi pengalaman belajar bagi siswa khususnya pengalaman pemrograman komputer, menjembatani pihak sekolah dalam menyeleksi siswa-siswa berprestasi dalam bidang pemrograman komputer.

The government employees have had the basic knowledge of using word processor and spreadsheet, but there are still many advanced fiture that never used before to fastened the process of reporting making. The lecturer team of Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Royal is making a community service in UPT Pengelolaan Irigasi Asahan Danau Toba in February 2021. Training method is a practical training to allow the participants implement the given knowledge. The training is running well and get the positive result from the participants and the head of UPT Pengelolaan Irigasi Asahan Danau Toba. The training result is shown by enhancement of the ability in understanding and practising the training materials of word processing and spreadsheet for making reporting during the session.

Para pegawai sudah memiliki pengetahuan dasar tentang pengolah kata dan angka, tetapi masih banyak fitur pada perangkat lunak yang belum diketahui dan dipergunakan untuk dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat pembuatan laporan di instansi terkait. Oleh karena itu, tim Dosen Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Royal melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada mas-yarakat dengan memberikan pelatihan kepada para pegawai di UPT Pengelolaan Irigasi Asahan Danau Toba pada Februari 2021. Metode pelatihan diberikan dalam bentuk practical training sehingga para peserta dapat langsung menerapkan pengetahuan yang diperoleh. Pelaksanaan pelatihan berjalan dengan baik dan mendapat respon yang positif dari para peserta dan pimpinan UPT Pengelolaan Irigasi Asahan Danau Toba. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan dapat dilihat dari peningkatan kemampuan peserta dalam memahami dan mempraktekkan secara langsung materi pengolahan kata dan angka untuk pembuatan laporan yang disampaikan selama pelatihan.

The more criteria for poor and vulnerable families that were met, the priority for BLT village fund recipients. BLT priority assessment based on the aspect of the criteria that apply by law is implemented using PhpMyadmin. The development of a web-based information system made it easier to inform villagers of the names of BLT priority recipients based on the reasons that had been collected and then ranked. The resulting system helps employees of the Pagar Jati Village office to inform BLT recipients in a technological system built with the water fall method including data collection, problem analysis, design, testing and system evaluation.

Abstrak: Pendemi mengakibatkan perekonomian menurun drastis, bahkan banyak warga yang kehilangan sumber mata pencaharian. Pemerintah secara langsung mengucurkan dana dalam bentuk Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT). Permasalahan yang timbul yaitu kecurigaan adanya ketidakadilan bagi warga desa penerima BLT. Perlu adanya sistem yang transparan menginformasikan kriteria penerima BLT. Semakin banyak kriteria keluarga miskin dan rentan yang dipenuhi, menjadi prioritas penerima BLT dana desa. Penilaian prioritas BLT berdasarkan aspek kriteria yang berlaku secara undang-undang diimplementasikan menggunakan PhpMyadmin. Pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web mempermudah menginformasikan pada warga desa nama-nama penerima prioritas BLT berdasarkan alasan-alasan yang sudah dikumpulkan lalu diranking. Sistem yang dihasilkan membantu pegawai kantor Desa Pagar Jati menginformasikan penerima BLT secara sistem teknologi yang dibangun dengan metode water fall meliputi pengumpulan data, analisa permasalahan, perancangan, pengujian dan evaluasi sistem.
