Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dan teknik analisis Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). Partisipan terdiri dari tiga orang remaja akhir perempuan berusia 22 tahun yang bekerja dan memiliki orang tua yang bercerai, dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara terbuka dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan lima tema yang menggambarkan kelekatan partisipan, yaitu ketidakpedulian, emosi negatif, perilaku negatif, avoidant attachment, dan pengasingan. Ketiga partisipan menunjukkan pola avoidant attachment terhadap ayah, yang terbentuk terutama akibat ketidakpedulian ayah pasca perceraian. Selain itu, ditemukan dua faktor yang mempengaruhi kelekatan, yaitu harapan hubungan yang baik dan penerimaan, yang keduanya berperan sebagai faktor protektif dalam memoderasi dampak negatif perceraian. Temuan ini memperkaya literatur kelekatan dengan menghadirkan tiga tema khas yang belum banyak dibahas dalam penelitian sebelumnya, yaitu ketidakpedulian, penerimaan, dan harapan hubungan yang baik.

ndonesia, khususnya di Provinsi Jambi, menimbulkan kerusakan hutan, hilangnya fungsi ekosistem, serta pelanggaran hak masyarakat atas lingkungan hidup yang sehat. Dalam kerangka hukum positif, penegakan hukum terhadap pelaku illegal logging diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2013 tentang Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Pengrusakan Hutan, yang mengatur sanksi pidana penjara, denda, dan perampasan barang bukti. Namun, implementasi di lapangan menghadapi kendala, seperti keterbatasan aparat penegak hukum dan keterlibatan berbagai pihak. Dari perspektif hukum Islam, tindakan illegal logging dikategorikan sebagai jarimah ta’zir karena perusakan alam dipandang sebagai pelanggaran terhadap maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah, khususnya perlindungan jiwa, harta, dan kelestarian lingkungan. Putusan hakim dalam perkara ini dianalisis berdasarkan teori pertanggungjawaban pidana, teori putusan hakim, dan maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah untuk menilai sejauh mana keadilan substantif terwujud bagi pelaku maupun masyarakat. Hasil penelitian diharapkan memberi kontribusi pada pengembangan hukum pidana dan hukum Islam dalam menanggulangi tindak pidana illegal logging secara komprehensif.

Dalam hukum positif Indonesia, larangan aborsi diatur secara tegas dalam KUHP serta Undang-Undang Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 61 Tahun 2014 tentang Kesehatan Reproduksi, yang hanya memberikan pengecualian dalam kondisi darurat medis atau akibat pemerkosaan. Sementara itu, dalam hukum Islam, aborsi dipandang sebagai tindakan penghilangan nyawa janin yang termasuk kategori pembunuhan, kecuali dalam keadaan darurat yang mengancam jiwa ibu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis-empiris dengan metode deskriptif analitis melalui pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penegakan hukum terhadap aborsi di Jambi masih menghadapi kendala, antara lain keterbatasan aparat penegak hukum, minimnya sarana pendukung, serta resistensi budaya dan stigma sosial. Dalam perspektif maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah, penegakan hukum harus diarahkan pada perlindungan jiwa, keturunan, dan martabat manusia. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberi kontribusi teoretis dan praktis bagi pengembangan hukum pidana dan hukum Islam, serta menjadi masukan bagi pemerintah dan aparat penegak hukum dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang lebih humanis dan berkeadilan.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada ketuntasan belajar siswa dari 42% pada pra siklus, menjadi 65% pada Siklus I (dengan metode Picture and Picture/videos, Tanya-jawab, dan diskusi), dan mencapai 82% pada Siklus II (dengan penambahan praktik dan media Audio Visual). Media Audio Visual memudahkan siswa memahami tata cara bersuci melalui visualisasi yang jelas, sementara praktik berpasangan mendorong pembelajaran aktif dan kolaboratif. Penelitian merekomendasikan pentingnya pemberian motivasi berkelanjutan, pengelolaan waktu efektif, persiapan media yang matang, dan penekanan intensif pada materi pokok untuk memperkuat pemahaman dan penerapan praktik Thaharah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Through a historical approach and analysis of manuscripts, colonial archives, and customary manuscripts, this research explains that the Sultanate of Jambi developed as a Malay-Muslim kingdom that made the principle of Adat Bersendi Syarak, Syarak Bersendi Kitabullah (ABS-SBK) as the basis of political and social legitimacy. The results of the research show that the relationship between customs and Islam in the Sultanate of Jambi is integrative and dynamic, especially in the field of siyasah and jinayat. Islam not only functioned as a religious identity, but also as a source of legitimacy for power and a socio-political instrument in the face of Dutch colonialism. The Sultanate of Jambi also played an important role in defending the Malay-Islamic identity and forming a customary government system that influenced the development of the Jambi society until the contemporary period.

The research employed a quantitative approach with a cluster sampling technique across three regions Jambi City, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency, and Merangin Regencywith a total of 132 respondents, 97 of whom were included in the analytical sample. Data were processed using SmartPLS 3.0 through structural model testing (inner model) to examine causal relationships among variables.The results indicate that leadership style does not have a significant direct effect on work motivation, whereas organizational culture shows a strong and significant direct effect on the work motivation of library staff. Additionally, leadership style and organizational culture jointly have a significant impact on work motivation. Regarding organizational commitment, the findings reveal that leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation each have a positive and significant direct effect. Further results show that both leadership style and organizational culture exert significant indirect effects on organizational commitment through work motivation, suggesting that work motivation functions as a mediating variable in these relationships.
Overall, this study concludes that organizational culture is the most dominant factor influencing both work motivation and organizational commitment, while work motivation strengthens the relationship between leadership and cultural factors and the commitment of library staff. Therefore, efforts to enhance organizational commitment among library personnel in public senior high schools in Jambi Province should focus on cultivating a positive organizational culture, improving effective leadership practices, and providing continuous motivational support.

was conducted at Asy-Syifa Al-Inayah Middle School, Jambi City, with the aim of obtaining a description of student representation in solving mathematical problems. Subjects in this study were selected using purposive sampling based on visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles. It is hoped that this research will provide benefits in improving mathematics learning. The results of the research show that the representation of auditory students and visual students in solving mathematical problems each fulfills three indicators, while kinesthetic students only fulfill two indicators of mathematical representation. In presenting information, visual and auditory subjects each tend to present it in the form of images (geometry or number patterns) and create situations based on the problem given. Meanwhile, kinesthetic subjects tend to only create images to clarify problems and facilitate their resolution. In solving problems, both visual and auditory subjects are able to solve problems by making patterns based on the problem given and making conclusions from a pattern. It's just that auditory subjects can shorten problem solving steps by using mathematical expressions. Meanwhile, kinesthetic subjects experience problems in solving combinatorics problems, where they are unable to present images or patterns that can help solve the problem.

The Pollution and Environmental Damage Control Division (PPKL) of the Jambi City Environmental Agency still manages daily activity reports manually, resulting in inefficiencies and increasing the risk of delays and data errors. This study aimed to design a web-based Daily Activity Reporting Information System to improve the effectiveness of report management. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature review, while the system was developed using the Waterfall method. The results show that the proposed system facilitates report management, activity monitoring, and data processing in a faster, more accurate, and structured manner.

This study uses a qualitative approach with field research methods, through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of several madrasah principals in various Madrasah Aliyah in Jambi Province. The results of the study indicate that the strategies implemented by madrasah principals include teacher professional development through ongoing training, regular performance assessments, and the creation of a collaborative and innovative work environment. Madrasah principals also pay attention to the welfare of teachers and staff by providing adequate support, both financially and non-financially. Challenges faced include budget constraints and lack of access to external professional training. In conclusion, good madrasah principal management plays an important role in developing quality HR, which has a direct impact on improving the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah in Jambi.
