Based on this phenomenon, the authors are interested in conducting research by taking the title: "The Effect of the Driving School Project, Parents' Occupation and Family Environment on the Entrepreneurial Interest of Students of SMAN 1, SMAN 2, and SMAN 3 Jombang ". This study aimed to determine the effect of the driving school project, Parents' Employment, and Family Environment, on the Entrepreneurial Interest of SMAN 1, SMAN 2, and SMAN 3 Jombang students. This research uses a quantitative research design with a linear regression analysis to examine the relationship between variables X1, X2, and X3 based on the well-being of students in the Jombang schools. The results showed that 1) the driving school project variable did not affect the entrepreneurial interest of SMAN 1, SMAN 2, and SMAN 3 Jombang students. 2) The variable of parents' occupation affects the entrepreneurial interest of students of SMAN 1, SMAN 2, and SMAN 3 Jombang. 3) Family environment variables affect the entrepreneurial interest of SMAN 1, SMAN 2, and SMAN 3 Jombang students. 4) The variables of driving school projects, parents' work, and the family environment simultaneously and positively affect the variable of entrepreneurial interest of students of SMAN 1, SMAN 2, and SMAN 3 Jombang. Author's suggestions: 1) The school must add and provide Facilities for driving school project activities. 3) The family must provide support for children's entrepreneurial desires.

This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type in the form of information in the form of descriptions. Documentation data collection techniques, observations, interviews with 2 principals, 5 deputy principals, and 4 teachers. Data processing techniques: reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that: 1) The implementation of human resource development based on the value of paddle baimbai at SMPIT Robbani is carried out based on teamwork and collaboration. Meanwhile, in SMPIT ANIC is based on morals and self-potential. 2) Programs implemented at SMPIT Robbani include APNI, IHT, Kombel, Morning Instruction, Training, Workshop, Supervision, Coaching, tahsin and teacher tahfizh. At SMPIT ANIC, there are training, mentorship, leadership development, character development and English learning. 3) The obstacles faced by SMPIT Robbani are the time of activities at the same time as other activities, lack of understanding, limited human resources, difficulties in implementation, and lack of motivation. The challenge faced is maintaining commitment. Meanwhile, the obstacles to SMPIT ANIC are limited time and availability of resources, underestimating training, resistance and motivation. One prominent manifestation of this progress is the rise of social media platforms, including YouTube Shorts, which offer short-form videos in an engaging and fast-paced format. This platform has gained immense popularity, not only among adults but also among children and adolescents. While YouTube Shorts can serve as a source of education and entertainment, its unrestricted access regardless of age raises serious concerns. Children are particularly vulnerable to exposure to content that is inappropriate for their psychological development, such as verbal violence, consumerist lifestyles, deviant behavior, and misleading information. This situation prompts a fundamental question: to what extent do digital broadcasts influence students’ mindset and behavior? This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach to explore the impact of YouTube Shorts consumption on students. The findings reveal a duality of influence: on one hand, appropriate content can enhance literacy, creativity, and language proficiency. On the other hand, without proper supervision, this platform may lead to addiction, weaken social interaction, and normalize behaviors that contradict educational values. Therefore, collaboration between parents and educators is essential. Active supervision at home and digital ethics education at school are crucial to shaping a generation that is both critical and wise in navigating the digital information landscape.

In the current era of globalization, the wetonan tradition is faced with various challenges that threaten its survival. Changes in people’s attitudes and mindsets, urbanization, and doubts about traditional values are some of the main challenges. Shifting values and priorities in society, changes in value and belief systems, and doubts about the role of tradition in the era of globalization are some of the main challenges. However, preserving the wetonan tradition is crucial to maintaining a rich and diverse cultural identity and strengthening the solidarity of Javanese indigenous communities. To maintain and face the challenges of the wetonan tradition remaining relevant and valued by the community, concrete steps are needed. In facing this challenge, it is important to continue to educate the public about the cultural and spiritual values contained in the wetonan tradition, as well as to replant these values to strengthen the sustainability of the wetonan tradition amid the ongoing flow of modernization and globalization. Thus, the wetonan tradition can continue to live and develop as an integral part of the cultural identity of Javanese society. The preservation of this tradition not only ensures the continuity of a rich cultural heritage, but also strengthens solidarity and togetherness in Javanese indigenous communities. Therefore, measures to maintain and preserve the wetonan tradition need to be continuously strengthened to ensure that this cultural heritage remains alive and relevant for future generations.

cles ranging from a lack of understanding of political participation, village development, low education levels, time constraints, and traditional mindsets. This community service activity aims to increase the understanding, capacity, and political participation of women in the PKK group in Ledug village, Kembaran sub-district, especially in the village development process. The methods used include FGD, direct observation, counseling, and village forum simulations. The results of the activity show that the PKK Ledug group has a high motivation to be involved in village development but still faces obstacles such as limited information regarding village political mechanisms and lack of self-confidence. After the community service was implemented, the PKK Ledug group was able to convey aspirations in a more structured manner. The village forum simulation showed an increase in the activeness of the PKK Ledug group in discussions and submitting program proposals. This community service proves that political awareness can be an effective strategy to increase the contribution of the PKK Ledug group in village development.

Abstrak: Partisipasi politik perempuan merupakan aspek penting dalam pembangunan desa yang berkelanjutan. Namun, keterlibatan Perempuan termasuk kelompok PKK di desa Ledug kecamatan Kembaran, Banyumas menghadapi hambatan mulai kurangnya pemahaman tentang partisipasi politik, pembangunan desa, tingkat Pendidikan rendah, kendala waktu, pola pikir yang masih tradisional. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, kapasitas, partisipasi politik perempuan kelompok PKK di desa Ledug, kecamatan Kembaran terutama proses Pembangunan desa. Metode yang digunakan meliputi FGD,observasi langsung,penyuluhan, simulasi forum desa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan kelompok PKK Ledug memiliki motivasi tinggi untuk terlibat dalam pembangunan desa tapi masih menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan informasi terkait mekanisme politik desa, minimnya kepercayaan diri.Setelah pengabdian dilaksanakan, kelompok PKK Ledug dapat menyampaikan aspirasi secara lebuh terstruktur.Simulasi forum desa memperlihatkan peningkatan keaktifan kelompok PKK Ledug dalam berdiskusi, mengajukan usulan program. Pengabdian ini membuktikan bahwa penyadaran politik dapat menjadi strategi efektif dapat meningkatkan konstribusi kelompok PKK Ledug dalam Pembangunan desa.

yet become a strong force in transforming the mindset of the younger generation, particularly in fostering a moderate understanding of religion to support the creation of a harmonious, dynamic, and diverse society. The community service team used the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which consists of three main stages: Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Training, and Implementation. Based on findings from the field activities, the following conclusions can be drawn: a) Educators are capable of formulating and implementing the Independent Curriculum based on Religious Moderation. b) There is active involvement of students, allowing the acquired knowledge to be applied in their daily lives. c) The community’s understanding of religious moderation has contributed to environmental harmony, encouraging people to better preserve and nurture human resources as vital sources of life that must be protected.

Abstrak : Pengabdian Kepada Masayarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan pendidikan yang ada di kampung Segeram dimana berkembang paham keagamaan yang bersifat apologis dan tektual. Lembaga Pendidikan yang ada di Kampung Segeram tidak banyak menjadikan kekuatan perubahan pola pikir Masyarakat muda di Kampung Segeram, terutama dalam pemahaman agama yang moderat untuk menopang bangunan Masyarakat yang harmonis, dinamis dan beragam. Tim PKM menggunakan Metode Participary Action Reaserch (PAR) dimana memiliki 3 tahapan utama yaitu : FGD, Pelatihan dan Implementasi. Berdasarkan temuan pada kegiatan pengabdian di lapangan, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: a)Tenaga pendidik sudah mampu merumuskan dan menerapkan materi Kurikulum Merdeka Berbasis Moderasi Beragama. b) Perlibatan aktif peserta didik sehingga pengetahuan yang diperoleh dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. c) Pemahaman masyarakat terkait moderasi beragama berdampak pada tercipta harmonisasi alam sehingga masyarakat lebih menjaga dan merawat sumber daya manusia sebagai sumber kehidupan yang harus dijaga.

faced such as subjectivity assessment resulting in diverse mindsets. SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran which is located at Jalan Madong Lubis, Selawan, East Kisaran District, Asahan Regency. The process of determining the overall champion students still relies on conventional assessments by manual means so that it requires a long assessment time, assessment is also subjective, this tends to limit recognition of diverse student potential. The purpose of this study is to design a decision support system application in determining the overall champion students at SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran with specified criteria. The SAW method is used as a weighted summation method of the performance of each alternative across all attributes. The best alternative decision result as the General Champion Student of class IX in the Odd Semester of 2023/2024 at SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran is Naurah Ghaisani Lubis with a score of 0.906. Based on these results, it can help SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran in determining the overall champion students and become a reference in decision making.

Abstrak: Sekolah menjadi institusi pendidikan dalam mendukung proses belajar mengajar untuk meningkatkan potensi siswa. Dalam dunia pendidikan menentukan siswa terbaik masih menjadi kendala yang sering dihadapi seperti penilaian secara subjektivitas mengakibatkan pola pikir yang beragam. SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran yang beralamatkan di Jalan Madong Lubis, Selawan, Kecamatan Kisaran Timur, Kabupaten Asahan. Proses penentuan siswa juara umum masih mengandalkan penilaian konvensional dengan cara manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu penilaian yang cukup lama, penilaian juga bersifat subjektif, hal ini cenderung membatasi pengakuan atas potensi siswa yang beragam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merancang aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan siswa juara umum di SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran dengan kriteria yang ditentukan. Metode SAW digunakan sebagai metode penjumlahan terbobot dari kinerja setiap alternatif di semua atribut. Hasil keputusan alternatif terbaik sebagai Siswa Juara Umum kelas IX pada Semester Ganjil Tahun 2023/2024 di SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran adalah Naurah Ghaisani Lubis dengan nilai 0.906. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat membantu pihak SMP Negeri 3 Kisaran dalam menentukan siswa juara umum dan menjadi acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan.
