o strengthen their traditional economic system in the context of their development in the era of globalization. The research method used is field study. According to the study's findings, the majority of the Bonai people, who are predominantly from the Bonai Malay ethnic group, tend to support two economic systems: agriculture and fisheries. The problems faced by the community in Bonai include market access related to a lack of insight, lack of knowledge and skills, and so on. Although the Bonai Malay community is active in agricultural and fishing activities, they still have the desire to sell and exchange goods with people outside the Bonai region.

inefficient, error-prone, and complicates the reporting process. The application of the Scrum method aims to ensure that the system development is structured, adaptive to change, and meets user needs. The e-attendance system has key features including multi-level authentication (admin, teacher, and principal), data management for students, teachers, classes, subjects, teaching schedules, semesters, attendance processes, reporting, and teacher performance monitoring. Testing was conducted using the blackbox testing method on eleven main modules. The test results showed that all system functions ran well without major errors. The system has been proven to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of attendance recording, as well as facilitate reporting. However, the system still has limitations, such as dependence on an internet connection and lack of integration with other systems.

The findings reveal that the 5S culture functions as a vital enculturation process, transforming abstract moral values into lived, daily habits. Teachers act as primary cultural models, fostering a respectful social environment. However, challenges persist, such as the social dissonance between the school's structured discipline and the students' varied external home environments. Ultimately, this study demonstrates that embedding repetitive cultural rituals within educational institutions effectively instills core values of empathy, respect, and social harmony, providing a sustainable model for early childhood character development.

the Bulutellue Village community. This research applies qualitative research methods. Data was collected through literature review and field research. Field data was collected by conducting participant observation and in-depth interviews with 9 people. Data analysis was carried out by applying the Miles and Huberman technique, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: (1) the mattoana bola celebration is carried out by small families who have successfully built a house and lived in it for approximately three years in a healthy condition and with sufficient sustenance. The mattoana bola celebration is an expression of gratitude to Allah by carrying out several stages, including mattanra esso, maddareheng, massolong bola, mabbarasanji, and mabbaca doang salama. (2) the implementation of the mattoana bola celebration has an important meaning for the people of Bulutellue Village because it contains several values, namely, the value of mutual cooperation, the value of togetherness, religious values, and the value of obedience to leaders.

The research method uses descriptive qualitative in describing and explaining specifically with literature studies in data collection. The purpose of this research is to find out specifically about the types and qualifications of sharia sales that do not contain gharar and usury. In Islamic economics, payments in sales contracts can be deferred or paid in installments without involving interest or riba. This allows the buyer to pay according to an agreed schedule. Sales contracts in the Islamic economy differ from interest-bearing loan contracts, where there is an exchange of goods or services at a predetermined price. Islamic banks use sales contracts as a legitimate alternative to interest-bearing loan contracts, allowing them to provide financing that is fair and compliant with sharia principles. In the Islamic economy, there are also contracts for the sale of future commodities (salam), the sale of manufacturing (istisna'), and currency exchange (sarf). Islamic banks have an important role to play in facilitating these sales contracts, as intermediaries who ensure the contracts adhere to Shariah principles and meet applicable legal requirements. With a good understanding of the different types of these sales contracts, economic actors can choose the ones that suit their needs while complying with sharia principles.

Potensi yang ada pada desa ini dapat ditinjau dari beberapa komoditas yang ada, seperti komoditas pertanian, komoditas pembibitan, dan komoditas hijauan makanan ternak. Selain hal tersebut, program ini terpilih karena UMKM dan pembibitan di desa tersebut pernah mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2019–2020, sehingga untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dapat dilaksanakan pelatihan ide usaha dan pengembangan UMKM. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah persiapan: identifikasi kebutuhan dan potensi usaha di desa, koordinasi dengan pihak-pihak terkait, pelaksanaan program, monitoring dan evaluasi. Pelatihan manajemen emosi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman 17 pegawai Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Penilaian Potensi dan Kompetensi (PPK) Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah One Sample Pre-Post Test Design dengan instrumen pre-test dan post-test yang mengukur pemahaman mengenai manajemen emosi dalam bentuk pilihan ganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji Wilcoxon signed-rank test, diperoleh nilai signifikansi p = 0,002 (p < 0,05) yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara pre-test dan post-test. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan manajemen emosi efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman manajemen emosi pada 17 pegawai UPT-PPK BKD Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.

us through mindfulness meditation groups. This community service was placed in Sukolilo Village in collaboration with the Sukodadi Lamongan Health Center. This activity was attended by 32 elderly with diabetes melitus. Community service activities include forming mindfulness meditation groups, developing mindfulness meditation modules through Focus Group Discussions with health workers at the Sukodadi Health Center, training in mindfulness meditation, and activity evaluation. The evaluation was conducted using a questionnaire on psychological well-being, quality of life; physical and laboratory examinations. The mindfulness meditation group improved the psychological well-being and quality of life of the elderly. Mindfulness meditation plays an important role in creating peace of mind and helping patients channel energy in a positive direction so it can improve the psychological well-being and quality of life of the elderly with diabetes melitus. Mindfulness meditation can be done periodically. It can be used as part of a chronic disease management program.

Abstrak: Lansia dengan diabetes melitusmemiliki tingkat kesejahteraan psikologis dan kualitas hidup yang rendah. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteran psikologis dan kualitas hidup lansia penderita diabetes melitusmelalui mindfulness meditation group. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Desa Sukolilo bekerjasama dengan Puskesman Sukodadi Lamongan. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 32 lansia penderita diabetes melitus. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat meliputi pelatihan meditasi mindfulness dan evaluasi kegiatan dengan kuosioner kesejahteran psikologis, kualitas hidup; pemeriksaan fisik dan laboratorium. Mindfulness meditation group mampu meningkatkan kesejahteran psikologis dan kualitas hidup lansia. Meditasi mindfulness berperan penting dalam menciptakan ketenangan pikiran dan membantu pasien menyalurkan energi ke arah yang positif sehingga dapat meperbaiki kesejahteraan psikologis dan kualitas hidup lansia dengan diabetes melitus. Mindfulnes meditasi dapat dilakukan secara berkala dan dijadikan sebagai salah satu bagian program penanganan penyakit kronis.
