Peran Saksi Ahli Dalam Proses Peradilan Pidana Perspektif Hukum Dan Etika

Abstract: Peran saksi ahli dalam peradilan pidana memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap keadilan dan integritas sistem hukum. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran krusial saksi ahli dari perspektif hukum dan etika, memfokuskan pada pemahaman… emahaman mendalam terhadap kriteria kredibilitas, seperti obyektivitas, ketidakberpihakan, dan penerapan metodologi ilmiah. Metode penelitian kualitatif pustaka digunakan untuk menganalisis literatur yang relevan, membuka wawasan tentang kontribusi saksi ahli dalam peradilan pidana. Dalam konteks etika, saksi ahli diharapkan untuk menjaga obyektivitas dan independensi, tanpa kecenderungan pada kepentingan tertentu. Kesadaran terhadap etika profesi dan pengawasan terhadap pemilihan saksi ahli menjadi faktor kunci untuk memastikan integritas peradilan. Analisis mendalam terhadap dampak kesaksian yang tidak sesuai etika dan standar ilmiah menyoroti implikasi praktis dan teoretis dari peran saksi ahli. Penelitian ini juga membahas dampak saksi ahli terhadap kebijakan dan regulasi peradilan pidana, menyoroti perlindungan integritas peradilan dan perlunya penyesuaian kebijakan. Implikasi praktis dan teoretis dari peran saksi ahli dalam sistem peradilan pidana menunjukkan dinamika kompleks antara aspek hukum dan etika. Kesimpulannya, pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap peran saksi ahli dari perspektif hukum dan etika mendukung pencapaian keadilan dalam sistem peradilan pidana. Kontribusi saksi ahli yang dilandasi oleh integritas dan etika tinggi menjadi elemen utama dalam memelihara kepercayaan masyarakat pada keadilan dan integritas peradilan pidana.

Abstract: This study discusses the design and construction of a corn sheller with a capacity of 80 kg/hour using an internal combustion engine . A corn sheller is a machine that functions to shell corn to separate the corn kernels… from the corn cobs. In Indonesia, corn is available in abundance in rural areas, especially during the harvest season. In the production process, generally, during the shelling process, many farmers still use the shelling method by hand or using simple tools, which takes quite a long time. The reason people still use the shelling method by hand or using tools is because the price of the machine is too expensive and they are not even aware of the existence of a corn shelling machine. This corn shelling machine with a 5.5 HP internal combustion engine is a tool designed to speed up and simplify the corn shelling process efficiently and produce a fairly large production capacity of 80 kg / hour. To extend the service life of this corn shelling machine, maintenance and cleanliness should be carried out so that the machine can operate optimally without problems. Safety also needs to be considered to avoid unexpected work accidents.

Innovation in Designing a 500 kg Capacity Passenger Elevator in a Multi-Storey Building: A Study at Suzuya

Abstract: This study aims to analyze and design the working system of a passenger elevator, including the working mechanism of the elevator, the design of the lifting system, the calculation of cage capacity, the design of power and… nd the selection of the main drive motor, the calculation of the main components, the design of the transmission, the calculation of maintenance costs, the selection of component materials, and the creation of technical drawings. The design results show that the specifications of the drive motor used have a power of 6.28 Hp with a rotation of 800 rpm, a lifting speed of 15 m/min, and a lifting capacity of 500 kg. The shaft components are designed using S45C carbon steel, with details of Shaft I with a diameter of 24 mm, Shaft II with a diameter of 41 mm, and Shaft III with a diameter of 41 mm. The gears consist of Gear I with a pitch circle diameter of 42 mm, a circle diameter of 37 mm, a head circle diameter of 46 mm, a width of 16 mm, and 21 teeth; Gear II with a pitch circle diameter of 210 mm, a circle diameter of 205 mm, a head circle diameter of 214 mm, a width of 16 mm, and 105 teeth; Gear III with a pitch circle diameter of 68 mm, a circle diameter of 63 mm, a head circle diameter of 108 mm, a width of 16 mm, and 34 teeth; and Gear IV with a pitch circle diameter of 270 mm, a circle diameter of 265.5 mm, a head circle diameter of 270 mm, a width of 16 mm, and 21 teeth. THE INFLUENCE OF SUNDAY WORSHIP SERVANTS ON THE ATTENDANCE OF THE GPdI BETHANI MEDAN WEAVING FACTORY CONGREGATION IN 2023

Abstract: The servants in the church are people chosen by God to serve and who are able to be responsible in every service entrusted to them. The purpose of the study was to determine whether there was an influence of the Sunday worship… orship servants on the attendance of the GPdI Bethani Pabrik Tenun Medan congregation in 2023. This type of research was quantitative descriptive with a simple linear regression approach. The population was 220 people, and the research sampling technique was carried out by random sampling, namely 69 people, with a partial test (t test) with a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05). The results of the study showed that the correlation between the worship system and congregation attendance was relative but significant with a calculated t value of -.586> t table 0.236, which means the hypothesis was accepted, namely Ho was rejected and H1 was accepted.

THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP, MOTIVATION AND ENVIRONMENT WORK ON CIVIL SERVANT PERFORMANCE AT THE MEDAN PETISAH DISTRICT OFFICE

Abstract: In general, the goal of every company, both private and public, is to improve the quality of its human resources to produce good performance. This research was conducted to determine the influence of Leadership, Motivation&#8230; on and Work Environment on the Performance of Civil Servants at the Medan Petisah Sub-district Office. The sample used amounted to 32 respondents. This study used a quantitative method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Version 22 program. The results showed that the regression equation Y=12.801+0.426X1+0.607X2+0.030X3. The results of this research show that leadership partially has a significant effect on employee performance with a t-count > t-table (3.027 > 2.048) and a sig value (0.005 <0.05). Motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance with t-count > t-table (5.891 > 2.048) and sig value (0.000 < 0.05). The work environment has partially no significant effect on employee performance with a t-count < t-table (0.214 < 2.048) and a sig value (0.832 > 0.05). Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with Fcount > Ftable (116.027 > 2.95) with a sig value (0.000 <0.05). The coefficient of determination of Adjuted R Square is 0.918 which means 91.8% of employee performance at the Medan Petisah Sub-District Office is influenced by the variables of Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment.

Peran Orang Tua Dalam Mendorong Minat Baca Siswa Di SD

Abstract: Meningkatkan kemampuan membaca sangat penting karena memungkinkan seseorang untuk meningkatkan kemampuan otaknya dan membuat keputusan. Menumbuhkan minat peserta didik untuk membaca sejak dini adalah salah satu hal yang&#8230; dapat dia lakukan. Namun, karena kurangnya dorongan, keinginan, dan motivasi dari peserta didik sendiri, minat membaca terus meningkat, terutama di kalangan siswa yang masih duduk di bangku sekolah dasar. Hal ini disebabkan oleh karena kurangnya peranan orangtua dan guru dalam menerapkan minat membaca pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran orang tua dalam meningkatkan minat baca pada anak. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti adalah metodologi kualitatif sebagai prosedur penelitian yang mengahasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang- orang atau perilaku yang diamati. studi kasus yang bersifat deskriptif.Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini meliputi wawancara, observasi.Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Miles, Huberman dan Sadana meliputi pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran orang tua terhadap anak-anaknya berbeda-beda dan mempengaruhi minat belajar dan membaca anak. Orang tua yang kurang memperhatikan waktu belajar anaknya menyebabkan minat belajar dan membaca anak juga kurang. sedangkan orang tua yang lebih memperhatikan dan mengontrol waktu belajar anaknya maka anak tersebut memiliki minat belajar dan membaca lebih besar dari anak lainnya. Sehingga peran orang tua juga sangat penting untuk mempengaruhi minat membaca peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang peran orang tua dalam meningkatkan minat membaca di Desa Perumas Simalingkar Dusun Lada maka peneliti mengambil kesimpulan yaitu Orang tua di rumah membiasakan anaknya belajar dan membaca dengan membuatkan jadwal dan kontrol serta pengawasan langsung dari orang tua. Orang tua juga dapat berperan meningkatkan minat baca pada anak dengan cara membuat perpustakaan kecil dirumah yang berisi buku cerita, pelajaran, komik dan apapun yang digemari anak serta pentingnya memotivasi anak untuk membuat minat baca anak meningkat.

Abstract: It is generally accepted that a teacher's perception of efficacy correlates with the quality of instruction they offer. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics that senior high school (SHS) mathematics&#8230; tics teachers in Ghana's Ashanti Region regard as the most influential in influencing their confidence in their abilities to teach their subject. It was requested that 154 senior high school teachers from 20 different senior high schools reply to a questionnaire containing 12 items. According to the results of an independent sample t-test, male teachers have significantly stronger self-efficacy views than their female colleagues. Again, the results of a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) test reveal that there was no statistically significant difference between the means of the five groups of teacher teaching experience in terms of teacher efficacy. Teachers should take part in ongoing professional development activities to make sure they are still good at their jobs.
