hool marching band activities may reproduce discipline-oriented rehearsal models designed for older learners. A one-group pre-test and post-test mixed-methods design was used with twenty Indonesian preschool children aged four to five years. Over six weeks, children participated in twelve adapted marching band sessions that combined simplified rhythmic patterns, child-scaled instruments, neat but developmentally adjusted formations, cooperative music-making, visual-motor activities, and responsive teacher facilitation. Quantitative data were collected using a four-point developmental observation rubric covering rhythmic competence, motor coordination, and socio-emotional engagement. Qualitative data were obtained from teacher reflective journals and post-intervention interviews. Paired-sample analysis showed higher post-test scores across the three developmental domains. The largest observed improvement appeared in socio-emotional engagement, followed by rhythmic competence and motor coordination. However, because the study did not include a control group, the findings should be interpreted as developmental changes observed after participation rather than definitive causal effects of the intervention. Qualitative findings indicated that children participated more confidently when teachers simplified rhythmic tasks, used clear and neat formations with reduced technical pressure, provided child-scaled instruments, supported safe movement, and acted as co-players and emotional co-regulators. The study reconceptualizes marching band routines not as rigid disciplinary scripts, but as adaptable performative frames that may support social participation, emotional regulation, rhythmic learning, motor coordination, cooperation, and creative agency when aligned with children’s developmental readiness.

ses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data was obtained from Indonesian teachers, homeroom teachers, and students as the main informants. The results of the study show that students' language attitudes vary, ranging from very positive to less appreciative of the use of Indonesian. Students with a positive attitude are more active in using Indonesian in learning and have better listening and reading skills. On the other hand, students with negative attitudes tend to be passive, less confident, and more dominant in using regional languages in daily communication. Environmental factors, material relevance, teaching methods, and learning experiences greatly influence the formation of students' language attitudes. This study confirms that language attitudes are an important factor in the success of Indonesian language learning. These findings are expected to be the basis for teachers and schools to design learning strategies that are more communicative, contextual, and able to foster students' positive attitudes towards the Indonesian language

HiVisitScreen is a modern, website-based digital platform developed as an educational medium to provide up-to-date information on HIV/AIDS, facilitate safe and confidential health access, and reduce the spread of HIV. This descriptive quantitative study, using a cross-sectional design, aimed to describe user satisfaction with the HiVisitScreen website among 150 active students at Gorontalo State University (UNG). User satisfaction was measured using the 13-item End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) questionnaire. The results show that overall, users were satisfied with the HiVisitScreen website, with a total mean score of 3.45 (Satisfied category). Among the five EUCS dimensions, Ease of Use had the highest mean score of 3.51 (Highly Satisfied category), emphasizing the application's user-friendliness and accessibility. Meanwhile, the Content dimension received the lowest mean score of 3.40 (Satisfied category), indicating that while the information is relevant and clear, improvements are needed in the completeness and suitability of the content to specific user needs, supporting the plan to add prevention features for serodiscordant couples. The HiVisitScreen website has successfully met user expectations and has the potential to function as an effective website-based intervention in HIV case management within the campus environment.

egal procedures. Many factors can trigger this violation, such as a lack of understanding of the code of ethics, economic pressure, and conflicts of interest. The impact of these violations not only harms the image of the notary profession, but also has the potential to reduce public trust in legal institutions as a whole. This research adopts a normative-juridical method, which involves literature study and analysis of secondary data. Data that includes secondary sources such as statutory regulations, scientific journals, research results, and so on is an important reference in understanding the authority of Article 67 paragraph (1) of the Law on the Position of Notaries (UUJN) which states that supervision of notaries is carried out by the Minister. In carrying out this supervision, the Minister formed a Notary Supervisory Council which is tasked with ensuring notary compliance with applicable regulations. Supervising notaries is a Supervisory Council created by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. This institution consists of the Regional Supervisory Council (MPD), Regional Supervisory Council (MPW), and Central Supervisory Council (MPP).According to I Gede A.B. Wiranata, there are eight factors that can influence the decline in morality in the legal profession. These factors include profession, business orientation in carrying out the profession, lack of social awareness and care, stagnation in the justice system, influence of position, consumer lifestyle, weak faith, and the influence of family characteristics. If a notary is involved in violations such as falsifying client data, making deeds that favor one party, or providing false information to clients, this can threaten his career. The client has the right to report the action to the Honorary Council to provide sanctions to the notary in accordance with the applicable code of ethics. Apart from that, clients can also report these actions to the police, which could potentially result in criminal legal consequences for the notary concerned. Therefore, notaries are obliged to carry out their duties based on a professional code of ethics. In general, the position of a notary is regulated in Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notaries, which has been updated through Law Number 2 of 2014, and based on the guidelines contained in the Notary Code of Ethics prepared by the Indonesian Notary Association (INI) in 2005 and updated in 2015.
Abstract:Mediation is an alternative method of dispute resolution that is increasingly being used in the modern legal system. This process prioritizes dialogue between the disputing parties to reach an agreement without resorting…
to litigation. In mediation, ethics plays an important role in maintaining fairness, confidentiality and professionalism, both by the mediator and by the advocates involved. Advocates have a strategic role in mediation, namely as legal advisors who provide direction to their clients, and ensure that the mediation process runs in accordance with existing ethical principles. Advocates also function to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of information obtained during mediation, as well as ensuring that clients are not pressured into accepting detrimental agreements. In this paper, we discuss the importance of ethics in mediation, the challenges faced, and the vital role of advocates in ensuring fair and effective dispute resolution. By paying attention to ethics in mediation, it is hoped that the dispute resolution process can take place more transparently, efficiently and fairly for all parties involved.
Abstract:The advancement of digital technology has encouraged the adoption of e-counseling as an integral component of guidance and counseling services in schools. While the use of digital-based services enhances accessibility and…
d flexibility, it also presents various ethical challenges and professional demands for school counselors. This study aims to identify the ethical challenges associated with school-based e-counseling, analyze the professional considerations required of counselors, and examine the interrelationship among ethics, professionalism, and institutional support in the implementation of e-counseling services. The study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method guided by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) framework through a comprehensive search of articles indexed in Google Scholar, GARUDA, ERIC, Scopus, and ProQuest published between 2015 and 2025. The findings reveal that the primary challenges of e-counseling include data confidentiality, client privacy, digital information security, professional boundaries, and limitations in nonverbal communication. The results further indicate that digital competence, adherence to professional ethical standards, and institutional support from schools are critical factors influencing the effectiveness of e-counseling services. This study contributes a conceptual synthesis that positions ethics, counselors’ digital professionalism, and institutional governance as three interrelated pillars essential for the development of safe, ethical, and professional e-counseling practices within school settings.

Abstract:This study presents the results of a systematic literature review highlighting the effectiveness of game-based badminton learning approaches as a relevant instructional strategy in physical education. A review of eight selected…
elected articles indicates that the integration of game-oriented activities can enhance students’ fundamental technical skills, tactical understanding, and enthusiasm throughout the learning process. An in-depth analysis of the findings reveals that learning models that position students at the center of activity are able to facilitate more meaningful learning experiences through game situations that closely resemble real on-court conditions. Furthermore, the interaction patterns created through game activities contribute to the development of psychomotor skills and increase students’ readiness to engage confidently in competitive scenarios. Evaluation of various forms of implementation suggests that game-based learning innovations, whether through structured models or application-based media, hold significant potential to improve the quality of badminton instruction. Nevertheless, this review also identifies several challenges, including limited long-term studies, research concentration at specific educational levels, and insufficient exploration of affective and cognitive variables. These findings emphasize the need for further research with broader coverage to gain a deeper understanding of how game-based approaches can be implemented sustainably and deliver optimal benefits for students’ competency development across diverse physical education contexts in Indonesia.
