Sains dan agama dalam perspektif Islam yaitu memiliki dasar metafisik yang sama, dengan tujuan pengetahuan yang diwahyukan maupun diupayakan adalah mengungkapkan ayat-ayat Tuhan, motivasi dibalik pencarian kealaman matematis-upaya mengetahui ayat-ayat Tuhan di alam semesta. Dengan integrasi pendidikan agama Islam dengan sains dan teknologi diharapkan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan menjadi lebih bermakna dan mudah dipahami. Sehingga tujuan pendidikan agama Islam dalam mengarahkan peserta didik untuk mengenal, memahami, menghayati, hingga mengimani, bertaqwa, dan berakhlak mulia dalam mengamalkan ajaran agama Islam dari sumber utamanya yaitu kitab suci Al- Quran dan Al- Hadits, melalui kegiatan bimbingan pengajaran, latihan, serta penggunaan pengalaman dapat terlaksana. Integrasi sains dan Islam dalam pembelajaran fikih bertujuan untuk menyatukan ilmu agama dan sains secara harmonis untuk menghasilkan pemahaman yang holistik, tidak memisahkan keduanya secara dikotomi. Pendekatan ini mengaitkan materi fikih dengan prinsip-prinsip sains untuk membekali siswa dengan pengetahuan yang ilmiah dan keimanan yang kuat, membentuk pribadi berakhlak mulia, dan mampu menerapkan ilmunya secara bertanggung jawab untuk kebaikan manusia dan alam.

Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi orang tua dalam mendidik akhlak anak, seperti melalui teladan, pembiasaan beribadah, komunikasi Islami, dan nasihat yang rutin, memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap perkembangan karakter anak. Nilai-nilai Islam seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, kasih sayang, serta penghormatan kepada orang tua menjadi prinsip utama dalam proses pendidikan tersebut. The method used is normative legal research with statutory and conceptual approaches, referring to authoritative classical tafsir and fiqh works such as Jami' al-Bayan by al-Tabari, al-Jami' li Ahkam al-Qur'an by al-Qurtubi, Tafsir Ibn Kathir, al-Umm by Imam al-Shafi'i, and al-Mughni by Ibn Qudamah, as well as contemporary works such as Fiqh al-Sunnah by Sayyid Sabiq and the works of Wahbah al-Zuhaili and Yusuf al-Qaradawi. The findings indicate that classical jurists unanimously prohibit the marriage of a Muslim woman to a non-Muslim man and the marriage of a Muslim man to a polytheist (mushrik) woman, but differ regarding the marriage of a Muslim man to a woman of the People of the Book (Ahl al-Kitab). Meanwhile, the KHI takes a stricter stance by prohibiting all forms of interfaith marriage, in line with the principle of preventing harm (sadd al-dhari'ah) and the MUI Fatwa of 2005. This study concludes that the KHI represents a contextualization of fiqh adapted to the conditions of Indonesian society.

This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and verificative methods. The sample consists of 95 respondents, students of the Business Administration Study Program (2021–2024), selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS. The results show that (1) price has a positive and significant effect on students’ consumptive behavior, (2) advertising also has a positive and significant effect, and (3) simultaneously, price and advertising significantly affect consumptive behavior among TikTok Shop users. Therefore, competitive pricing and creative advertising strategies on TikTok Shop have been proven to increase impulsive buying tendencies among students. This research is expected to serve as a reference for digital business practitioners in designing more ethical and educational marketing strategies for young consumers.

The research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach through the analysis of annual financial statements processed using profitability ratios. The results show a significant downward trend in the entire profitability ratio from 2022 to 2024. In 2022, the entire ratio was in a positive condition, but declined sharply in 2023 and turned negative in 2024; NPM from 4.26% to −4.53%, ROA from 5.67% to −4.93%, ROE from 12.45% to −9.45%, and ROI from 8.37% to −4.87%. These findings indicate that boycott campaigns have a significant effect on declining profitability and show the loss of corporate social legitimacy in the eyes of the public according to the perspective of legitimacy theory.

financial condition of traditional traders. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to explore the experiences and deep perceptions of the affected traders. The research informants consisted of 5 shop owners (textiles, shoes, and cosmetics) in the Gorontalo City Central Market who have been running their businesses for many years. The results of the study consistently show that the presence of online shops has had a very significant negative impact on the financial condition of offline store traders in the Gorontalo City Central Market.Before the rise of online shops (around 2018 and below), offline store sales conditions were very good and stable, with an average daily turnover ranging from IDR 1,000,000 to IDR 2,000,000, even reaching up to IDR 5,000,000 during the high season. After the emergence of online shops (around 2018-2020), merchants' income experienced a sharp decline.

to analyze the judge's considerations, the legal force of certificates and deeds in bank mortgages, and legal protection for mortgage holders. This study is a normative legal study. Data were collected and then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the judge annulled the gift because it did not meet the legal requirements according to Islamic law and the Compilation of Islamic Law. The decision has implications for the cancellation of all related documents, including the certificate of ownership, the deed of granting mortgage rights, and the credit agreement, so that they no longer have legal force as debt collateral. Legal protection of creditors due to cancellation of grants according to Article 11131 of the Civil Code, even though the collateral guarantee is cancelled, the creditor still has legal protection through general guarantees, namely that all of the debtor's assets can be used as objects of debt fulfillment and the creditor can request seizure of collateral and the application of the principle of good faith of the bank that has acted according to the procedure for granting credit. It is expected that judges will prioritize the principles of justice, proportionality, the principle of good faith, and substantive justice in banking and financing practices in Indonesia.
