The methods and techniques used in this service are training and mentoring at each madrasah targeted for service. The expected result in this service is the creation of effective madrasah self-evaluation management in the process of implementing madrasah self-evaluation which is carried out annually so that it can provide relevant information to madrasah residents and policymakers about the achievement of madrasah quality according to national education standards. The results that can be seen in this service are the improvement of madrasah quality as seen from the quality achievement performance score which increased by an average of 11% between 2021 and 2022.

plishments remains inadequate, rely-ing on manual systems. Consequently, the collection and recording of student achieve-ment data at SMAN 1 Waru are disorganized and often not up to date. Recognizing this issue, the community service team has developed an information system to manage stu-dent achievement data. This system includes comprehensive training to facilitate the ef-ficient processing of student achievements for both internal and external purposes, such as accreditation. The training session took place on March 28, 2024, at SMAN 1 Waru's computer laboratory and was attended by 35 students, website administrators, and three teachers. The training employed various methods, including lectures, practical exercises, and discussions. All participants demonstrated a clear understanding of the application's usage, as evidenced by their improved pre-test and post-test scores. Statistical analysis using the t-test confirmed the significance of this improvement, indicating that the train-ing effectively enhanced participants' understanding of using the student achievement website. Furthermore, the success of the training is reflected in the records of achieve-ment data inputted by the participants.

r that reason, this community service activity highlighted the impact of TOEFL preparation class on the non EFL learners’ achievement. One class was used as the sample of this activity in which it consisted of twenty students coming from different major in one of private universities in Palembang, southern region of sumatera. Descriptive analysis with experimental design was used. A test was administered to see whether or not there was a significant improvement on the non EFL learners’ TOEFL-like score achievement. The results revealed that achievement level of the participants were in the elementary and intermediate category. Besides, statistically there was a significant improvement on the EFL learners’ TOEFL-like score intervened by the provision of TOEFL preparation class. Thus, it could be further concluded that TOEFL preparation class was impactful on the non EFL undergaduates’ English achievement.

The aim of carrying out this service activity is to find out the use of blogs in the business and economic category, to find something unique about blogs that can be published to various parties regarding the use of business and economic blogs so that they can be used effectively and more usefully. The activity implementation method used was in the form of training, interactive discussions with the entire PKK team in East Sei Silau Village, Asahan Regency. This activity uses theoretical and practical knowledge in the room. As a result of the final assessment of the activity, the participants were able to understand the material presented based on the results of the assessment scores obtained from the posttest test results. The activity material given to participants can be used and utilized in creating a blog. The material presented to participants reached 90% of all the concepts involved in creating blogs. The delivery of the material consists of several sessions, namely: explanation, practice, and discussion.

Improving earthquake disaster preparedness for the people of Bukit Duri Village aims to increase the community's ability to deal with earthquake disasters. The method used is through direct socialization related to preparedness actions before the disaster, during the disaster, and after the earthquake. The results of the implementation show that participants can understand well the characteristics of earthquake disasters, risk factors in the living environment, and actions needed before, during, and after an earthquake. This is evidenced by the evaluation results in the form of pre-test and post-test which showed an increase in participants' knowledge related to earthquake disaster preparedness which increased by 36.4%. During the pre-test, the total score was 58.8% and during the post-test, the total score was 93.2%

Penguatan kesiapsiagaan dalam menghadapi bencana gempa bumi mutlak diperlukan dalam rangka mengbangunan ketahanan masyarakat dalam merespon gempa bumi untuk meminimumkan potensi dampak yang lebih besar. Peningkatan kesiapsiagaan bencana gempa bumi bagi masyarakat Kelurahan Bukit Duri bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana gempa bumi. Metode yang digunakan adalah melalui sosialisasi secara langsung terkait tindakan kesiapsiagaan saat sebelum bencana, saat bencana dan setelah bencana gempa bumi. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa peserta dapat memahami dengan baik karakteristik bencana gempa bumi, factor-faktor yang berisiko pada lingkungan tempat tinggal, tindakan yang diperlukan sebelum, saat terjadi dan setelah gempa bumi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil evaluai berupa pre test dan post test yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta terkait kesiapsiagaan bencana gempa bumi yang mengalami peningkatan sebesar 36,4 %. Obstacles and problems currently encountered by the Computer and Informatics Engineering (Multimedia) study program are the lack of marketing training for photo and video products, especially e-commerce, among SMK students in order to realize the school's vision of forming independent graduates. The solution to the problem provided by the implementation of this service is to hold an e-commerce marketing workshop. The procedure or technique for implementing this community service is first, socialization activities, the main activities in the form of training, and monitoring and evaluation. The output of this service is that the process of e-commerce marketing training activities is carried out well and smoothly. Participants were happy and excited in participating in the training and easily understood the training material as indicated by the increase in scores from the pretest and posttest.

Kendala dan masalah yang saat ini ditemui oleh program studi Teknik Komputer dan Informatika (Multimedia) ini adalah masih minimnya pelatihan pemasaran untuk produk foto dan video khususnya e-commerce di siswa-siswa SMK guna merealisasikan visi sekolah dalam membentuk tamatan yang mandiri. Pemecahan masalah yang diberikan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah mengadakan workshop pemasaran e-commerce. Tata cara atau teknik pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah pertama, kegiatan sosialisasi, kegiatan utama berupa pelatihan, dan monev. Output dari pengabdian ini adalah proses kegiatan pelatihan pemasaran e-commerce terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar. so long, this store has begun to explore technology by utilizing Instagram as social media and having a website which can be accessed via www.sinarjayamedan.com as a medium to introduce the store, market the products digitally and increase business legitimacy. However, existing web pages must be optimized further to improve the ability of Toko Sinar Jaya in response to marketing needs. The measurement results using 2 (two) Search Engine Optimization (SEO) measurement websites show an average score of 61,5 out of a scale of 100. Thus, this community service activity is aimed at increasing this SEO score. SEO activities are carried out by using the on-page SEO method on existing web pages and continued with Content Management training for off-page SEO implementation. On-page SEO is carried out with activities including the installation of the Yoast SEO plugin, keyword research, visibility and permalink settings, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, sitemap generator and schema markup. The SEO score then increased significantly from 61,5 to 74,5.

Sejak pandemi COVID-19 yang berlangsung telah begitu lama, toko ini mulai mengeksplorasi teknologi dengan memanfaatkan media sosial Instagram dan memiliki website yang bisa diakses lewat www.sinarjayamedan.com sebagai media untuk memperkenalkan toko, memasarkan produk secara digital dan meningkatkan legitimasi bisnis. Namun demikian, laman web yang ada harus dioptimalkan lagi untuk lebih meningkatkan kemampuan Toko Sinar Jaya dalam menjawab kebutuhan pemasaran. Hasil pengukuran menggunakan 2 (dua) website pengukuran Search Engine Optimization (SEO) masih menunjukkan rata-rata skor 61,5 dari skala 100. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan skor SEO ini. Kegiatan SEO dilakukan secara on-page terhadap laman web dan dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan Content Management untuk implementasi SEO secara off-page. SEO on-page dilakukan dengan kegiatan meliputi Instalasi plugin Yoast SEO, keyword research, visibility and permalink setting, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, sitemap generator dan schema markup. o 31 December 2020, hypertension prevalence at Puskesmas Danurejan 1 shows the prevalence of the visits’ highest number. Based on this issue, the researchers collaborated with Psychologist of Puskesmas Danureja I to conduct Conscious Breathing (COBRA) Therapy Training, as an effort to improve the skills of elderly Posyandu Cadres to treat hypertension evenly in Tegal Panggung sub-district. The activities in this program are generally divided into five stages, those are : identifying problems occurred in Puskesmas Danurejan I; obtanining information about hypertension cases and treatment carried out by Puskesmas Danurejan I; and trial of Conscious Breathing (COBRA) therapy implementation. The results of the statistical analysis of the pared sample t-test showed a Z score = -3.752a with a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.01). Therefore, it can be concluded that Conscious Breathing (COBRA) therapy training gave an impact on increasing the knowledge of elderly posyandu cadres about hypertension and its treatment.. Moreover, the Elderly Posyandu cadres also actively shared the knowledge to another Elderly Posyandu member.

Abstract: Prevalensi hipertensi di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta menempatkan urutan ke- 2 sebagai provinsi dengan kasus hipertensi tertinggi (Kemenkes, 2018). Prevalensi Hipertensi di Puskesmas Danurejan I menurut data 10 besar kunjungan penyakit pertanggal 2 januari sampai 31 desember 2018 menunjukan prevalensi jumlah kunjungan terbanyak. Hal ini membuat peneliti bekerja sama dengan Psikolog Puskesmas Danureja I melakukan pelatihan terapi Conscious Breathing (COBRA) sebagai upaya peningkatan ketrampilan kader posyandu lansia guna penanganan penyakit hipertensi secara merata di kelurahan Tegal Panggung. Kegiatan yang dilakukan pada program ini secara umum dibagi menjadi lima tahapan yaitu; mengindentifikasi masalah-masalah yang dialami oleh Puskesma Danurejan I, memperoleh informasi mengenai kasus hipertensi dan penanganan yang dilakukan oleh Puskesmas Danurejan I, uji coba pelaksanaan terapi Conscious Breathing (COBRA), Pelatihan terapi Conscious Breathing (COBRA), dan follow up pelatihan yang telah diberikan. Hasil analisis statistik pared sample t-test menunjukan Skor Z = -3.752a dengan nilai p = 0,000 (p < 0,01). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pelatihan terapi Conscious Breathing (COBRA) terhadap kenaikan pengetahuan kader posyandu lansia terhadap penyakit hipertensi dan penanganannya. Selain itu kader posyandu lansia juga aktif dalam memberikan ilmu yang didapatkan kepada anggota posyandu lansia.

Therefore, a module is needed to provide education for adolescents so that they can act as counselors for their peers in order to prevent bullying from occurring. The purpose of the community service activities carried out is to implement the Remaja “PEDULI†(Peka, Dukung, Lindungi) program to increase participants' knowledge of bullying and the skills needed as peer counselors.This training was conducted online for 2 meetings and post training assignments. The Remaja “PEDULI†module was developed using the ADDIE approach which consist of analisys, design, develop, implement, and evaluate. The impact of the module implementation was tested using a quasi-experimental method used a single group with a pretest and postest design. Result of data analysis showed that there was differences between mean test scores of participants before and after the training with value of t = -2.921 and value of p = 0.005 (p <0.01). It can be concluded that the Remaja “PEDULI†program is effective in increasing adolescents' knowledge about bullying and skills required as peer counselors.

Abstrak: Banyaknya kasus bullying yang banyak melibatkan remaja baik sebagai pelaku maupun korban menunjukkan bahwa dibutuhkan intervensi untuk mencegah meningkatnya jumlah kasus tersebut. Proses edukasi bagi remaja akan efektif apabila dilakukan oleh sebayanya, oleh karena itu diperlukan modul untuk memberikan edukasi berupa pelatihan kepada remaja agar dapat berperan sebagai konselor bagi sebayanya agar dapat mencegah terjadinya bullying. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengimplementasikan program remaja “PEDULI†(Peka, Dukung, Lindungi) untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta tentang bullying dan ketrampilan yang dibutuhkan sebagai konselor sebaya. Program pelatihan ini dilakukan secara daring selama 2 kali pertemuan dan penugasan pasca pelatihan. Modul pelatihan remaja PEDULI ini disusun menggunakan pendekatan ADDIE, yang terdiri dari 5 tahap, yaitu: analisis, desain, develop, implement, dan evaluate. Media yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah presentasi, video, dan komik. Dampak dari implementasi modul diuji menggunakan metode eksperimen quasi dengan desain single group with pretest and postest design. Hasil uji beda skor tes pengetahuan pada peserta sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan menghasilkan nilai t = -2,921 dengan nilai p = 0,005 (p<0,01). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa program remaja “PEDULI†efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja rentang bullying dan ketrampilan yang diperlukan sebagai konselor sebaya.

especially when several criteria must be considered. This study aims to apply the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to the PKH employee assessment system in Batu Bara Regency. The criteria used in this assessment are attendance, teamwork, responsibility, communication, and length of service. The SAW method is applied by determining criteria weights, converting employee values, normalizing the decision matrix, and calculating preference values to obtain the final ranking. The results show that alternative A1, Rahmi Rizkya, obtained the highest score of 0.9504 and ranked first, while alternative A5, Toni Syahpradanadaely, obtained the lowest score of 0.4831. Based on these results, the SAW method can help the employee assessment process become more objective, structured, and useful as a reference for evaluating PKH employee performance.

Abstrak: Penilaian pegawai PKH Kabupaten Batu Bara membutuhkan proses evaluasi yang objektif dan terukur untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penilaian yang masih dilakukan secara manual dapat menimbulkan subjektivitas dan membutuhkan waktu lebih lama, terutama jika penilaian melibatkan beberapa kriteria. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) pada sistem penilaian pegawai PKH Kabupaten Batu Bara. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penilaian meliputi kehadiran, kerja sama tim, tanggung jawab, komunikasi, dan masa kerja. Metode SAW diterapkan melalui penentuan bobot kriteria, konversi nilai pegawai, normalisasi matriks keputusan, serta perhitungan nilai preferensi untuk memperoleh hasil perankingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alternatif A1 atas nama Rahmi Rizkya memperoleh nilai tertinggi sebesar 0,9504 dan menempati peringkat pertama, sedangkan alternatif A5 atas nama Toni Syahpradanadaely memperoleh nilai terendah sebesar 0,4831. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, metode SAW dapat membantu proses penilaian pegawai menjadi lebih objektif, terstruktur, dan dapat dijadikan acuan dalam evaluasi kinerja pegawai PKH.
