The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of service at the Bambu Pemali village office, Merauke Regency. The method used is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The number of informants in this study is 8 people. Data analysis techniques consist of the data reduction stage, the data presentation stage, the conclusion making stage, and the verification stage. The results of the research on 5 (five) indicators that exist in the quality of public services in Bambu Pemali village are tangible (physical evidence), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (guarantee), and emphaty (empathy). Based on the results of the above research, it can be concluded that the quality of service of the Bambu Pemali village office, Merauke Regency, has not been optimal in providing services to the community because there are still poor services and have not run optimally so that it has quite an effect on community satisfaction, the service is slow and not on time because the community is still confused in file management and employees are not able to provide clear information. Problems related to inadequate facilities and infrastructure at the Bambu Pemali Village Office, Merauke Regency, so that it can affect the performance of employees in providing services.

The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques through data processing of interview results and observation results to draw conclusions so as to answer the problems in the study. The results showed that public services in the office of the head of Sukajadi Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency have been running but not optimal because problems are still found, namely: The discipline of officers who are still low in providing services to the community, the Village E-Office application has not been operated in services, there is still a lack of accuracy / caution of officers in processing services, and there are still delays in the service process being carried out.

The aim of this research is to determine the role of Village-Owned Enterprises in supporting the achievement of the objectives of the Sustainable Development Goals program in Sindangsari Village, Cikoneng District, Ciamis Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data was obtained in this research through observation, documentation and interviews with 11 informants, namely the village head, village secretary, BPD chairman, BUMDes director, BUMDes secretary, BUMDes supervisor, and 5 community leaders. The results of the research show that two of the five role indicators according to Siagian have not worked optimally, including the role as a pioneer and as an implementer himself. So it can be concluded that the role of BUMDes Bhinekasari Mandiri in supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) has not gone well.

The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques through data processing of interview results and observation results to draw conclusions so as to answer the problems in the study. The results showed that the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises in Efforts to Increase Village Original Income in Sukajadi Village, Sadananya Subdistrict, Ciamis Regency is already running, but it is not optimal because problems are still found, including: unprepared cooperation with the private sector, limited number and quality of labor, limited budget for new business development, management training programs that are rare and less than optimal, readiness and skills of BUMDes members in management and administration are still lacking, financial reporting that is not ready to be carried out.

ng Sub-District, Ciamis Regency. The research method employed was qualitative with a descriptive approach, involving 12 informants including village officials and Karang Taruna administrators. The findings indicate that youth empowerment by Karang Taruna in Dewasari Village has been initiated but not yet optimal according to empowerment theory. Challenges identified include low youth interest in training, lack of awareness about the importance of organizations, and constraints in entrepreneurship and funding. Efforts to address these barriers involve more intensive approaches, enhanced socialization and networking, and knowledge enhancement through seminars, workshops, and training sessions. Additionally, providing financial support is crucial to enhance empowerment effectiveness. This study provides insights into real challenges faced in enhancing youth participation in community development. By implementing appropriate strategies, it is expected that youth empowerment through Karang Taruna will become more effective and significantly contribute to Dewasari village's progress.

Triangulation is the process of finding conclusions by rechecking from various angles. Based on the results of the research and discussion that: 1) The role of the community in realising the independence of Sukamulya Village, Baregbeg Sub-district, Ciamis Regency has not fully run optimally. 2) The obstacles faced by the community in realising the independence of Sukamulya Village, Baregbeg District, Ciamis Regency are lack of information and confirmation and lack of understanding and the same agreement 3) The efforts made in overcoming these obstacles are carried out by dialogue and deliberation and providing input to the village government so that information can reach the community.

Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam kegiatan ini adalah rendahnya keterampilan teknis pelaku UMKM dalam pengolahan daging rusa serta belum adanya inovasi produk olahan yang berorientasi pada pasar. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan langsung, praktik mandiri, serta monitoring dan evaluasi pascapelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sebesar 68% berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test, serta munculnya lima kelompok usaha kecil yang mulai memproduksi sosis secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan berbasis kearifan lokal dapat mendorong transformasi sosial ekonomi masyarakat secara nyata. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini memiliki potensi untuk direplikasi di wilayah lain yang memiliki sumber daya lokal serupa.
