based on the importance of a deeper understanding of the impact of teenage pregnancy on maternal mental health, given the high prevalence of teenage pregnancy in Indonesia and its long-term negative impact. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that support or hinder the mental health of mothers who experience teenage pregnancy, and to present key findings from the relevant literature in this context. The research method used was a qualitative analysis of relevant literature studies found through systematic searches in academic databases and scientific journals. This approach allowed us to explore the findings of various studies and gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon under study. The main results of this study show that teenage pregnancy has a significant impact on the mother's future mental health, including an increased risk of depression, anxiety and postnatal stress. Factors such as social support, access to mental health services, and economic conditions play an important role in determining the mother's future mental health. The conclusion of this study is that efforts to improve future maternal mental health should be a priority in public policy and clinical practice. A holistic approach that takes into account the various factors that influence maternal mental health, as well as cross-sectoral cooperation, is needed to create a supportive environment for adolescent mothers to achieve optimal mental well-being.

Therefore, medical personnel who suffer from mental illness have the right to receive protection and guarantees from the government and employers. However, in practice, medical personnel who suffer from mental illness often experience difficulties in submitting claims. The research entitled "Recognition of Mental Illness as a Consequence of Medical Personnel in Work Accident Insurance Claim Procedures in Indonesia" is normative-qualitative research. Medical workers face a lot of stress and workload, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, and mental illness is one of the consequences. Mental illness can impair their performance, health, and well-being, and place them at risk to patients and their work environment. With the recognition of mental illness as a consequence of medical personnel in the JKK claim procedure in Indonesia, JKK is a social security program organized by BPJS Employment. This program provides guarantees to workers or laborers to receive health services and cash compensation due to work accidents or work-related illnesses. So it is hoped that it can provide benefits for medical personnel in the form of getting proper protection, increasing the productivity of medical personnel and improving the quality of health services.

Although it is already quite good, further improvement is necessary, especially in terms of employees giving warnings to colleagues who violate rules. The family approach has also positively contributed to efforts to prevent bureaucratic pathologies. The weekly evaluations conducted by the section head with the team can be seen as a proactive step in maintaining performance quality. Although it is already quite good, there is a need for improvement to make these evaluations more effective in preventing and addressing violations. On the defensive strategy side, implementing mild sanctions in the form of written warnings has been effective. These sanctions are given to employees who violate rules, such as being absent without notice for 6 to 10 days. Moderate and severe sanctions have also been well implemented when needed, indicating readiness to respond to more serious violations. Overall, offensive and defensive strategies in the Sub-District Office of Pitumpanua are already quite good, but continuous improvement is needed to ensure their effectiveness in dealing with various situations and cases of bureaucratic pathologies in the future.

Data empiris menunjukkan bahwa individu dengan orientasi spiritual memiliki tingkat stres lebih rendah hingga 30% serta kepuasan hidup lebih tinggi hingga 35%. Integrasi antara tafsir klasik dan psikologi modern menghasilkan pendekatan holistik dalam memahami kejiwaan manusia. The data collection instrument for variable X is a questionnaire consisting of 20 items. With 4 options that were first tested to determine the validity and reliability while the instrument for variable Y Documentation is in the form of a list of student grades (DKN) at the school. The results of the analysis requirements for the normality test of the Role of PAK Teachers' data are distributed normally with the calculation results obtained as X2 count . < X 2 table (22.33 < 43.77) and the PAK learning outcomes are normally distributed with the calculation results obtained being X 2 count < X 2 table (18.85 < 43.77). The results of the linearity test of the data on the Role of PAK Teachers in Character Formation are linear with the equation Y = 22.77 + 1.22x, which is linear. The results of the correlation test obtained r count of 0.453 consulted with the critical price r at a significance level of 5% with the number of respondents being 30 people, the r table was obtained of 0.361, because the calculated r > r table (0.453 > 0.361) this shows that there is an influence of the Role of PAK Teachers in Character Formation of Class XI students of Medan Adventist Private High School in the 2022/2023 academic year. Furthermore, to test the significance of the correlation, a statistical test formula (t-test) was used, obtaining a calculated t of 3.41. review of HRM challenges and opportunities within digital workplace environments, drawing on peer-reviewed literature published between 2015 and 2024. Five core dimensions of digital HRM transformation are examined: technology-based talent acquisition, remote and hybrid workforce management, continuous digital competency development, people analytics and data-driven decision-making, and the ethics of algorithmic management. The findings reveal that while digitalization enhances HR efficiency and organizational agility, it simultaneously introduces complex challenges related to employee well-being, digital equity, and data privacy. This article further proposes the Digital HRM Maturity Model as a conceptual framework offering organizations a structured pathway toward sustainable, human-centered digital transformation. Managerial implications and future research directions are discussed accordingly.

a mempertahankan karyawan di tengah tuntutan kerja yang tinggi pada industri manufaktur, khususnya pada perusahaan berbasis produksi beton yang memiliki risiko stres kerja cukup besar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Kreasibeton Nusapersada Medan sebanyak 85 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program employee well-being berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan, sedangkan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan. Secara simultan, employee well-being dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik kesejahteraan yang dirasakan karyawan dan semakin rendah tingkat stres kerja, maka semakin tinggi keinginan karyawan untuk bertahan dalam perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan disarankan untuk meningkatkan program kesejahteraan karyawan, memperbaiki lingkungan kerja, serta mengelola beban kerja secara lebih seimbang guna menekan tingkat stres. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menambahkan variabel lain seperti kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, atau gaya kepemimpinan agar dapat memberikan gambaran yang lebih komprehensif mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi retensi karyawan.

The population of this study was all students of class X MIA semester I of SMA Parulian 2 Medan which includes 2 subjects with a total of 30 students. Sampling was carried out by General Sampling where the number of samples was equal to the number of populations, so that the sample in this test changed to 15 students of class X MIA 1 as an experimental model, who were taught to use Canva. Assisted efforts based on the purchase of model information and 15 students of sophistication X MIA 2. as beauty manipulation were taught with a direct introduction model assisted with Canva. The research device used a multiple-desire view at along with 14 items with five choices (a, b, c, d, and e) which had been tested beforehand to determine the validity, reliability, level of difficulty, and item differentiation. Before examining the hypothesis, the normality and homogeneity of the records were checked first. The results show that the general pretest score for the test is 43.20 with a complete deviation of 8.23 and for the ordinary one is forty-two.75 with a standard deviation of seven, sixty-four. For preliminary competency tcount = 0.329 and ttable = 2.05. shows that tcount < ttable, then the initial talent of both classes is identical.
