This study uses a qualitative approach that describes the object of study through the process of extracting facts and object data in the field. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study indicate that the work commitment of the Madrasah principal in improving the effectiveness of private MTs in the Riau Islands is not optimal, because there are still many aspects that have not been achieved in terms of realization, budget constraints for the procurement of Madrasah facilities and infrastructure, increasing the professionalism of human resources, and other facilities that are still very limited. For this reason, the head of private MTs in the Riau Islands Province tries to improve the effectiveness of madrasas by implementing strategic educational development concepts. The roles played by the head of the Madrasah are; 1) focusing on common interests, 2) improving communication and understanding, 3) increasing involvement and participation, and 4) avoiding win-lose solutions. These roles are very helpful in realizing increased effectiveness of education in madrasas.

Increasing the creativity and productivity of the people of Babakan Village who face several obstacles in strengthening the fish cultivation population, including the dry season causing drought, this has an impact on the development of fish cultivation, the outreach and training by the Babakan Village Government for fish cultivation groups regarding their potential, the cultivator community has not been maximized. Fish lack insight and knowledge so that fish farming management is carried out by autodidacts. The conclusions obtained show that the role of the village government in strengthening the "Mina Kariya" fisheries cultivation group in Babakan Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Province is basically functioning and very good. However, it still faces several obstacles, such as the lack of consensus among all breeders and it is still not optimal. So far we have not found an alternative to making our own food, so fish food still needs to be purchased. Farmers' skills and knowledge are still low and there are no alternative aquaculture techniques that can help farmers run their operations effectively. There is no research that focuses on the role of the Village Head in empowering community business groups, especially in Pangandaran Regency, so it is urgent in this research to find solutions to solve the problems that occur.

improving the educational services of the State Madrasah Tsanawiyah in the Riau Islands. This research is a type of field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The subject of this research covers aspects related to the commitment of madrasa heads in organizing the cultural governance of educational services at the State Tsanawiyah Madrasah in the Riau Islands, which consists of the leadership of the MTsN Riau Islands, as well as teachers and other educational staff. The data collection techniques are through documentation, behavioral observation, or interviews with participants. The data was then analyzed through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research show that madrasa heads must be committed to taking real action to improve the quality of education at State MTs in the Riau Islands. Concrete steps that can be taken are to initiate teacher training programs, update the curriculum to reflect the latest developments, and strive for (tangible) facilities that are comfortable and conducive to learning. Madrasah heads must also try to always be open to input from all parties involved in the educational process.

This research aims to analyze the upstream-to-downstream agribusiness system of the Goatday farm, analyze the strategies that Goatday has implemented, and analyze the strategies that Goatday can implement in the future. The data sources in this research were obtained from key informants and follow-up informants. The key informant in this research is Mr. Muhammad Farid Akrom the owner of the Goatday farm, while further informants are Mr. Ahmad Fauzi and Mr. Hendri the person in charge of the Goatday farm, and Mr. Hermawan the partner of the Goatday breeder. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, Business Model Canvas (BMC), and SWOT analysis. The result of this research was that Goatday has implemented an agribusiness system on its farms that is integrated. Goatday has also implemented partnerships and has a well-systemized farm. Based on the SWOT analysis, the strategy that Goatday can implement in the future is to create an education-based farm and provide more training to staff and partners regarding efficient maintenance management.

Metode yang digunakan diawali dengan need assessment melalui kuesioner dan wawancara untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan utama yang dihadapi karyawan. Intervensi diberikan dalam bentuk poster infografis bertema “Connect Beyond Age: Cara Berkomunikasi Lintas Generasi”, yang dilaksanakan di unit bisnis Oto Klinik, Oto Rental, dan Taksi Bosowa. Untuk mengukur efektivitas intervensi, dilakukan pre-test dan post-test menggunakan pertanyaan terbuka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum intervensi, sebagian besar karyawan belum memahami konsep komunikasi lintas generasi secara menyeluruh. Setelah diberikan intervensi berupa psikoedukasi non training, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman karyawan terkait perbedaan gaya komunikasi antar generasi, hambatan yang sering muncul, serta strategi komunikasi efektif yang dapat diterapkan di lingkungan kerja. Dengan demikian, psikoedukasi berbasis infografis terbukti efektif sebagai media edukatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi lintas generasi dan mendukung terciptanya interaksi kerja yang lebih harmonis di Bosowa Transportation.

Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif sangat penting dalam lingkungan kerja birokrasi guna mendukung koordinasi dan produktivitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimental dengan desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest. Sebanyak 20 orang ASN berpartisipasi dalam program pelatihan yang dilaksanakan selama satu hari dan terdiri atas ceramah, pelatihan, permainan peran (roleplay), serta relaksasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala komunikasi interpersonal yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasil analisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS menunjukkan adanya peningkatan skor rata-rata dari pretest (M = 70.60) ke posttest (M = 77,75). Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,013(p < 0,05), yang mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan asertif secara signifikan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal para pegawai. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan asertif sebagai salah satu bentuk intervensi yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hubungan kerja di lingkungan birokrasi pemerintahan.

verse are joined in a rhyme. Writing couplets is important to dig understanding about both indications of structures in English poems alongside students’ creative imaginations. Structuralism is a perspective that underlines analysis of structures in English language, especially through English literary works. It is also known that structure in English language is meant to be universal rather than particular. Through an exploratory approach within qualitative research, this manuscript underscores structuralism as a way to identify aspects of literature regarding training of writing couplets. Couplet is a work that pays attention to pouring imaginations from the authors’ mind towards a structured sense of lyrical poem. Though the ideas come from various authors’ imaginations, this kind of literature and its writing process may still open to various possibilities in advance. In conclusion, the training of writing couplets is essential not only to give knowledge about patterns of poems in English literature, but also to get it in line with students’ everyday experience and imaginations.
