ANALYSIS OF THE COMPANY'S FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE BEFORE AND AFTER THE CONSUMER BOYCOTT CAMPAIGN (CASE STUDY OF PT. MAPB TBK) PERIOD 2022 – 2024

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the differences in the financial performance of PT MAP Boga Adiperkasa Tbk (MAPB) before and after the consumer boycott campaign in the 2022–2024 period. The boycott campaign triggered by global… bal geopolitical issues has an impact on the decline of the company's social legitimacy, thus affecting profitability and financial stability. The research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach through the analysis of annual financial statements processed using profitability ratios. The results show a significant downward trend in the entire profitability ratio from 2022 to 2024. In 2022, the entire ratio was in a positive condition, but declined sharply in 2023 and turned negative in 2024; NPM from 4.26% to −4.53%, ROA from 5.67% to −4.93%, ROE from 12.45% to −9.45%, and ROI from 8.37% to −4.87%. These findings indicate that boycott campaigns have a significant effect on declining profitability and show the loss of corporate social legitimacy in the eyes of the public according to the perspective of legitimacy theory.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SELF-CARE MANAGEMENT AND DECLINING OF BLOOD PRESSURE AMONG HYPERTENSIVE PATIENTS IN SUKAMAKMUR COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER ACEH BESAR

Abstract: Hypertension is a non-communicable disease indicated by high blood pressure above 140/90 mmHg. This condition leads to major complications if treatment is not received.  As a result, managing health is essential to control&#8230; rol hypertension.  The study aims to investigate the relationship between self-care and the decrease in blood pressure among hypertensive patients in Sukamakmur Public Health Center.  The population was 110 hypertensive patients, and 86 respondents were selected as the sample using a random sampling technique. The research was conducted from 15 to 21 April 2025. A quantitative correlational research design was used with a cross-sectional approach. The research instruments were the Hypertension Self-Management Behavior Questionnaire (HSMBQ) and blood pressure assessed using a digital sphygmomanometer. The data that was analyzed from the Chi-Square test analysis showed a p-value of 0.020 (p<0.05). This finding indicated a relationship between self-care management and blood pressure decline in hypertensive patients at the Sukamakmur Community Health Center. This study suggests that patients should be more active and consistently do self-care management to help maintain stable blood pressure levels.

ANALYSIS OF THE INCOME OF OFFLINE STORE MERCHANTS AT THE GORONTALO CITY CENTRAL MARKET AFTER THE RISE OF ONLINE SHOPS

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the income of offline store traders in the Gorontalo City Central Market after the emergence of Online Shop. The main problem raised is to examine the impact of the rise of online shops on the&#8230; financial condition of traditional traders. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to explore the experiences and deep perceptions of the affected traders. The research informants consisted of 5 shop owners (textiles, shoes, and cosmetics) in the Gorontalo City Central Market who have been running their businesses for many years. The results of the study consistently show that the presence of online shops has had a very significant negative impact on the financial condition of offline store traders in the Gorontalo City Central Market.Before the rise of online shops (around 2018 and below), offline store sales conditions were very good and stable, with an average daily turnover ranging from IDR 1,000,000 to IDR 2,000,000,  even reaching up to IDR 5,000,000 during the high season. After the emergence of online shops (around 2018-2020), merchants' income experienced a sharp decline.

ANALYSIS OF REGIONAL ECONOMIC GROWTH IN THE SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISE SECTOR IN SUNGAI PAUH PUSAKA VILLAGE

Abstract: Business activities are hard work to improve people's lives. Basically, the diverse needs of the community encourage people with various business activities which are then expected to be able to meet these needs. For economic&#8230; nomic livelihoods, people need to identify potential and opportunities in the surrounding environment that will be used as business opportunities. The research method used is field research or using a qualitative approach. The results of the study are: a) The economic growth of business actors in Sungai Pauh Pusaka Village, West Langsa District, Langsa City with the many developments of business actors emerging in the village has an impact on the economic growth of the community, considering that the activities of micro, small and medium enterprises can change the economy for a community, but in 2020 economic growth experienced a decline of 87% caused by Covid-19, b) The main problem faced by business actors in Sungai Pauh Pusaka Village is the problem of decreasing turnover of their merchandise, this is caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic which has not ended.  

ANALYSIS OF PROFESSIONAL ETHICS VIOLATIONS IN NOTARY PRACTICE CASE STUDY IN KISARAN CITY

Abstract: Violation. Ethics. Profession. Notary Public. can occur. In. Various forms, ranging from non-compliance with obligations to maintain confidentiality, permission from authorities, to making deeds that do not comply with legal&#8230; egal procedures. Many factors can trigger this violation, such as a lack of understanding of the code of ethics, economic pressure, and conflicts of interest. The impact of these violations not only harms the image of the notary profession, but also has the potential to reduce public trust in legal institutions as a whole.This research adopts a normative-juridical method, which involves literature study and analysis of secondary data. Data that includes secondary sources such as statutory regulations, scientific journals, research results, and so on is an important reference in understanding the authority of Article 67 paragraph (1) of the Law on the Position of Notaries (UUJN) which states that supervision of notaries is carried out by the Minister. In carrying out this supervision, the Minister formed a Notary Supervisory Council which is tasked with ensuring notary compliance with applicable regulations. Supervising notaries is a Supervisory Council created by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. This institution consists of the Regional Supervisory Council (MPD), Regional Supervisory Council (MPW), and Central Supervisory Council (MPP).According to I Gede A.B. Wiranata, there are eight factors that can influence the decline in morality in the legal profession. These factors include profession, business orientation in carrying out the profession, lack of social awareness and care, stagnation in the justice system, influence of position, consumer lifestyle, weak faith, and the influence of family characteristics. If a notary is involved in violations such as falsifying client data, making deeds that favor one party, or providing false information to clients, this can threaten his career. The client has the right to report the action to the Honorary Council to provide sanctions to the notary in accordance with the applicable code of ethics. Apart from that, clients can also report these actions to the police, which could potentially result in criminal legal consequences for the notary concerned. Therefore, notaries are obliged to carry out their duties based on a professional code of ethics.In general, the position of a notary is regulated in Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notaries, which has been updated through Law Number 2 of 2014, and based on the guidelines contained in the Notary Code of Ethics prepared by the Indonesian Notary Association (INI) in 2005 and updated in 2015.  

ANALISIS KINERJA PEGAWAI DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFEKTIFITAS DINAS KETAHANAN PANGAN

Abstract: This study aims to understand employee performance and factors that influence organisational work effectiveness at the Food Security Office of Boven Digoel Regency. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through&#8230; h in-depth interviews with key and additional informants. The results showed that there is a decline in the quality and quantity of employee performance, such as high absenteeism, lack of discipline, and vacant positions in the organisational structure. Factors affecting employee performance include technological understanding, work motivation, and work environment factors. From the perspective of organisational effectiveness, employee performance has a significant impact. A decline in individual performance can hinder the achievement of overall organisational goals. This research contributes to theoretical understanding in public administration and provides practical insights for practitioners in managing employee performance and improving organisational effectiveness in the field. The recommended improvement measures include developing technological understanding, increasing work motivation, and improving the work environment. Pengaruh Permainan Tradisional Galah Asin terhadap Peningkatan Kelincahan Siswa Kelas V SD

Abstract: The low level of agility among elementary school students has become an important issue in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning, particularly due to the limited variation in instructional methods and the&#8230; e decline in students’ physical activity in the digital era. This condition causes students to be less physically active, resulting in underdeveloped abilities in changing direction, body coordination, and movement balance. This study aimed to determine the effect of the traditional Galah Asin game on improving the agility of fifth-grade students at SD Swasta Advent Barusjulu. The research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a One-Group Pretest–Posttest Design. The research sample consisted of 37 students selected through the total sampling technique. Data were collected using a 4x10 meter shuttle run test to measure students’ agility levels before and after the treatment. The findings revealed that the average pretest score of 25.63 seconds decreased to 22.41 seconds in the posttest, indicating an improvement difference of 3.22 seconds. The paired sample t-test results showed that the calculated t-value of 9.87 was greater than the t-table value of 2.045 with a significance level of p < 0.000, indicating that the traditional Galah Asin game had a significant effect on improving students’ agility. The game was proven to enhance agility skills, active participation, learning motivation, and students’ social interaction during PJOK learning activities. The novelty of this study lies in the utilization of the traditional Galah Asin game as a local culture-based PJOK learning strategy that not only improves students’ agility but also supports cultural preservation and strengthens elementary school students’ physical activity in the modern era.

Memahami Dampak Media Sosial terhadap Kesehatan Mental Mahasiswa

Abstract: This study aims to explore the impact of social media use on the mental health of university students. Utilizing a qualitative approach, this study analyzes data from in-depth interviews with 10 students from various universities&#8230; versities in Indonesia. Thematic analysis reveals that social media use contributes to various aspects of mental health, including anxiety, depression, and self-image disorders. The study identifies that interactions on social media often trigger social comparison and unrealistic expectations about personal life, contributing to a decline in psychological well-being. However, the results also indicate that social media can be a useful tool for supporting mental health, particularly through support communities and awareness of mental health issues. The researchers suggest a need to increase awareness of healthy and constructive social media use among students. This study also emphasizes the importance of mental health education and intervention programs in educational institutions. These results provide insights for policymakers, educators, and mental health practitioners in developing effective strategies to support the mental health of students in the digital era. This study paves the way for further research on the specific impact of social media features and algorithms on student mental health.

Hubungan Adiksi Smartphone dengan Kualitas Tidur pada Anak Pra Sekolah di PAUD Anggrek Kelurahan Tamansari Kabupaten Bondowoso Tahun 2025

Abstract: The decline in sleep quality among preschool children has become a significant concern due to its impact on physical health and cognitive development, one of which is influenced by excessive smartphone use. This study addresses&#8230; dresses the research problem of whether there is a relationship between smartphone addiction and sleep quality in preschool children. The aim of this study is to analyze this relationship among children at PAUD Anggrek, Tamansari Village, Bondowoso Regency, in 2025. The research employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, involving the entire population of 30 parents as the sample using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using the chi-square test at a 5% significance level. The results revealed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated chi-square value of 22.502, which is greater than the chi-square table value of 3.481, indicating a significant relationship between smartphone addiction and sleep quality in preschool children. The findings conclude that higher levels of smartphone addiction are associated with poorer sleep quality in children. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on preschool children within early childhood education settings using a behavioral approach to technology use, which remains relatively underexplored in the local context. These findings provide important implications for parents and educators to regulate smartphone use in order to support optimal sleep quality in children.

Analisis Kinerja Karyawan PT. BPR Syariah Gala Mitra Abadi Purwodadi Kab. Grobogan

Abstract: An organization must effectively maximize and enhance employee performance to achieve its objectives. Based on an observation report from PT. BPR Syariah Gala Mitra Abadi, complaints have been raised regarding wage and compensation&#8230; ompensation issues that do not meet expectations, leading to a decline in employee motivation. This study aims to analyze the impact of compensation, work motivation, job satisfaction, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance at PT. BPR Syariah Gala Mitra Abadi. The population of this study consists of 198 employees, with a sample size of 133. The data analysis methods used include instrument testing, descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and multiple regression analysis. The study's findings indicate that: 1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t value 3.166, sig value 0.002). 2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t value 8.877, sig value 0.000). 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t value 8.877, sig value 0.000). 4) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t value 3.191, sig value 0.002). 5) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t value 2.085, sig value 0.032). 6) Collectively, these factors—compensation, work motivation, job satisfaction, work discipline, and work environment—have a positive and significant impact on employee performance (F value 67.787, sig value 0.000). This study highlights the importance of managing these factors to improve employee performance at PT. BPR Syariah Gala Mitra Abadi.
