ve Council (DPR) from the regional to the central government levels. However, it is often found that the hopes of the people are not fully articulated, resulting in certain issues never reaching a final resolution. This study aims to analyze the role of the DPR in voicing the people's interests based on the fourth principle of Pancasila. The method used in this research is qualitative with a literature study approach, where data is collected from various scientific sources. The results of the analysis show that the main functions of the DPR, namely in legislation, oversight, and budgeting, have not been fully optimized due to weak accountability and transparency. This crisis of representation impacts the decline in public trust, low political participation, and increased polarization in society. To address these issues, systemic reforms are needed, including enhancing transparency, strengthening accountability mechanisms, and involving the public actively in the decision-making process. Thus, the goal of the DPR’s existence, which can be achieved, is to voice the will of the people, realize deliberation for consensus, and ensure justice and welfare in line with the substance of Pancasila’s ideology, particularly its fourth principle. This study recommends the need to restore the essence of deliberation for consensus in accordance with the fourth principle of Pancasila, accompanied by better political education and electoral system reforms to ensure that elected representatives are truly competent and focused on the interests of the people.

Modern markets, with more organized management and better facilities, often attract consumer attention away from traditional markets, despite offering higher prices. This research employs a qualitative method with an interactive approach, where the researcher directly interacts with the subjects of the study. The findings indicate that 75% of traditional market traders do not feel threatened by modern markets, as they can still attract customers with lower prices and negotiation flexibility. However, 25% of traders experience negative impacts due to decreased income, with an average decline ranging from 10% to 15%. This study highlights the necessity for traditional market traders to adapt to changes and seek new strategies to sustain their businesses amidst increasing competition. The findings aim to provide a deeper understanding of market dynamics in Gumawang City and support the development of better policies for traditional markets.

l Ready Player One. This research uses qualitative methods with a discourse analytic approach to examine how virtual identities are constructed in novels. Research data was obtained through novel analysis. Analysis was carried out by re-reading the novel and noting each scene that symbolized virtual identity. The research results show that Virtual Reality can be a place for individuals to experiment with their identity. In this novel, the main character Wade Watts uses an Avatar named Parzival to take part in a competition in the OASIS, a virtual world created by James Halliday. Wade chose this Avatar because he wanted to be a brave and strong figure, different from his true identity in the real world. Virtual Reality can have both positive and negative impacts on an individual's identity. On the one hand, Virtual Reality can be a place for individuals to experiment with their identity and find a more authentic identity. On the other hand, Virtual Reality can also influence individual identity by creating false and unrealistic virtual identities.

harvest season, causing difficulties for farmers in processing ripe fruit. Therefore, technology is needed to enhance shelf life and create innovative products using Mango Gadung Clonal 21 (Mangifera indica L.) as the base ingredient, with the addition of antioxidants from red dragon fruit peel. The aim of this research is to assess the physicochemical and organoleptic characteristics and identify the best combination of adding dextrin and red dragon fruit peel to Mango Gadung Clonal 21 (Mangifera indica L.) powder. This study employed a randomized block design with two main factors: the addition of red dragon fruit peel extract (M) with 2 levels (15 grams and 20 grams) and the addition of dextrin (D) with 3 levels (15 grams, 20 grams, and 25 grams). The study was repeated three times, resulting in a total of 18 treatments. Analysis encompassed antioxidant activity, water content, solubility, as well as organoleptic evaluations of color, aroma, taste, and texture. The best results were observed in the M1D3 treatment (15 grams of red dragon fruit peel and 25 grams of dextrin), with an antioxidant activity of 58.96 mg/ml, water content of 9.15%, solubility of 79.31%, color rating of 3.56 (liked), taste rating of 3.8 (liked), aroma rating of 3.04 (somewhat liked), and texture rating of 3.76 (liked).

There are several main components in the cooling machine, namely the Compressor, Condenser, Expansion Valve, Evaporator. Each of these important components has different functions and ways of operating, but are connected to each other so that the cooling machine can function. The purpose of the author making this final project is to determine the performance of the cooling system, factors that reduce the performance of the cooling machine, as well as repair and maintenance efforts so that the cooling machine can return to normal operation. This research was conducted on the MV. Vancouver by using a qualitative approach. The author conducted direct observations as well as in-depth interviews and documentation studies when conducting research. The results of the author's research found that the main factor causing the decline in the performance of the cooling machine was the appearance of sparks on the evaporator and coil pipe caused by interference with the filter dryer so that it inhibits heat absorption and the evaporator cannot evaporate the refrigerant optimally. The impact caused by the less than optimal operation of the cooling machine in the Engine Room Workshop MV. Vancouver was an unstable room temperature making the crew feel uncomfortable while working or resting.

The main issue faced by the store is that the inventory often falls short, leading to stockouts, which disappoints customers and decreases sales. This problem can be attributed to various factors, one of which is the efficiency of the supply chain. A smooth supply chain is crucial for a business that distributes goods. Toko Arif Jaya often faces stock shortages, which result in customer dissatisfaction and a decline in sales. To address this issue, it is proposed to implement Supply Chain Management (SCM) using PHP and MySQL technologies. This system is designed to facilitate real-time inventory control, ensuring better product availability and enhancing customer satisfaction. With this SCM, Toko Arif Jaya can respond to market demand more quickly and accurately, reduce the risk of stockouts, and optimize inventory management. Currently, if the store's inventory is low or out of stock, Toko Arif Jaya still uses the traditional method of contacting suppliers through WhatsApp to restock. Based on the above problems, a system will be developed to assist the store owner and suppliers in controlling inventory data by implementing Supply Chain Management using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The implementation of the Supply Chain Management method will facilitate real-time inventory monitoring for both suppliers and store owners, thereby ensuring efficient distribution of goods to end-users.

Abstrak: Toko Arif Jaya adalah toko serba ada yang beralamat di Jl. Protokol, Binjai Serbangan, Kec. Air Joman. Toko ini telah berdiri sejak tahun 2016 oleh pemiliknya yaitu Bapak Muhammad Nur Arifin. Toko tersebut menyediakan kebutuhan seperti alat tulis kantor, perlengkapan rumah tangga, mainan dan kebutuhan lainnya. Permasalahan yang ada pada toko tersebut adalah persediaan barang sering kali tidak mencukupi yang menyebabkan kehabisan stok di toko sehingga mengecewakan pelanggan dan mengurangi penjualan. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya ialah kelancaran rantai pasokannya. Kelancaran rantai pasokan ini menjadi hal yang sangat penting bagi sebuah perusahaan yang menyalurkan barang. Toko Arif Jaya menghadapi masalah kekurangan stok barang yang sering kali menyebabkan kekecewaan pelanggan dan penurunan penjualan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diusulkan penerapan Supply Chain Management (SCM) menggunakan teknologi PHP dan MySQL. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mempermudah kontrol persediaan barang secara real-time, sehingga memastikan ketersediaan produk yang lebih baik dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan SCM ini, Toko Arif Jaya dapat merespons permintaan pasar lebih cepat dan akurat, mengurangi risiko kekurangan stok, dan mengoptimalkan pengelolaan inventaris. Selama ini jika persediaan barang pada toko telah berkurang atau sampai kehabisan, Toko Arif Jaya masih menggunakan cara lama dalam menghubungi pihak supplier yang terkait melalui whatsapp untuk memasok barangnya lagi. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas maka akan dibangun sistem yang dapat membantu pemilik toko serta supplier dalam mengontrol data persediaan barang dengan menerapkan Supply Chain Management menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penerapan metode Supply Chain Management akan memudahkan pihak supllier dan pemilik toko dalam mengetahui persediaan toko secara realtime sehingga kegiatan penyaluran barang kepada pemakai akhir.

order to improve their job readiness. The activity took place at Balai RW 08, Kalideres, and West Jakarta. This program was motivated by the condition of high school/vocational graduates in RW 08, most of whom come from lower-middle-income families and are therefore more inclined to enter the workforce directly rather than pursue higher education. Thus, training is needed to enhance practical skills relevant to industry requirements.The training focused on three main aspects, developing a professional curriculum vitae (CV), strategies for facing job interviews in both Indonesian and English, and practicing digital skills through the use of Canva for CV creation. Participants were actively engaged through interactive sessions, simulations, and collaborative exercises. The results of the program indicated increased awareness, confidence, and skills among participants in preparing themselves to enter the workforce. The conclusion of this program is that integrating digital literacy and English proficiency in community-based training can enhance the competitiveness of high school/vocational school graduates and make a tangible contribution to supporting their readiness for the job market.

Abstrak: Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan oleh Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika (UBSI) dengan tujuan memperkuat keterampilan digital dan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris lulusan SMA/SMK untuk meningkatkan kesiapan kerja. Kegiatan ini berlangsung di Balai RW 08, Kalideres, Jakarta Barat. Program ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi lulusan SMA/SMK di RW 08 yang sebagian besar berasal dari keluarga ekonomi menengah ke bawah, sehingga cenderung lebih memilih langsung bekerja daripada melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pelatihan yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan praktis sesuai kebutuhan industri.Pelatihan difokuskan pada tiga aspek utama: penyusunan curriculum vitae (CV) profesional, strategi menghadapi wawancara kerja dalam bahasa Indonesia maupun bahasa Inggris, serta keterampilan digital melalui penggunaan Canva untuk pembuatan CV. Peserta terlibat secara aktif melalui sesi interaktif, simulasi, dan latihan kolaboratif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran, kepercayaan diri, dan keterampilan peserta dalam mempersiapkan diri menghadapi dunia kerja. Kesimpulannya, integrasi literasi digital dan kemampuan bahasa Inggris dalam pelatihan berbasis masyarakat dapat meningkatkan daya saing lulusan SMA/SMK serta memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mendukung kesiapan mereka menghadapi pasar kerja.

HSAR Jaso Danau in Nagari Tikalak, Solok Regency, experienced a 35% decline in sales turnover over the past two years due to limited digital marketing and reliance on conventional sales. In addition, production capacity could only meet about 60% of market demand, with inconsistent product quality caused by the absence of written SOPs. The program was implemented using a participatory approach through stages of socialization, technical training, innovation adoption, and mentoring. The main focus included the development of production SOPs, logbooks and digital bookkeeping, organizational structuring, and digital marketing strategies using websites, QR Codes, and social media. The results revealed significant improvement in five key aspects: business recording, production, distribution, branding, and digital marketing. The average score increased from 2.7 (fair) in 2024 to 4.0 (good) in 2025, with the highest achievement in business recording and digital marketing through the activation of an official website and marketplace integration. This transformation demonstrates that digitalization of local food MSMEs not only improves product quality and consistency but also expands distribution channels, strengthens competitiveness, and supports the achievement of the SDGs, particularly women’s empowerment, poverty alleviation, economic growth, and sustainable consumption and production.

Abstrak: Program ini bertujuan mentransformasi produk olahan ikan bilih khas Danau Singkarak melalui digitalisasi usaha guna meningkatkan daya tarik wisata dan nilai tambah pangan lokal. Mitra kegiatan adalah POKLAHSAR Jaso Danau di Nagari Tikalak, Kabupaten Solok, yang mengalami penurunan omzet hingga 35% dalam dua tahun terakhir akibat keterbatasan pemasaran digital dan masih mengandalkan penjualan konvensional. Selain itu, kapasitas produksi hanya mampu memenuhi sekitar 60% permintaan pasar, dengan kualitas produk sering tidak konsisten karena ketiadaan SOP tertulis. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif melalui tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, penerapan inovasi, dan pendampingan. Fokus utama meliputi penyusunan SOP produksi, logbook dan pembukuan digital, pembentukan struktur organisasi, serta strategi pemasaran berbasis website, QR Code, dan media sosial. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan signifikan pada lima aspek utama: pencatatan usaha, produksi, distribusi, branding, dan pemasaran digital. Skor rata-rata naik dari 2,7 (cukup) pada 2024 menjadi 4,0 (baik) pada 2025, dengan capaian terbesar pada pencatatan usaha dan pemasaran digital melalui aktivasi website resmi dan integrasi marketplace. Transformasi ini membuktikan bahwa digitalisasi UMKM pangan lokal tidak hanya memperbaiki kualitas dan konsistensi produk, tetapi juga memperluas distribusi, memperkuat daya saing, serta mendukung pencapaian SDGs, khususnya pemberdayaan perempuan, pengentasan kemiskinan, pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan konsumsi-produksi berkelanjutan.

Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan ini menggunakan metode pemaparan teoritis, dan diskusi interaktif untuk memberikan pandangan baru tentang transformasi pembelajaran dengan tetap mempertahankan nilai-nilai kepesantrenan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa meski pengenalan teknologi telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan manajemen, masih diperlukan peningkatan literasi digital dan pengembangan platform pembelajaran yang lebih atraktif. Program PKM ini memiliki keinginan yaitu dapat melaksanakan kerjasamkdepannya dalam bentuk pertukaran ilmu untuk pengembangan pesantren menjadi lebih modern, terstruktur dan maju.
