verse are joined in a rhyme. Writing couplets is important to dig understanding about both indications of structures in English poems alongside students’ creative imaginations. Structuralism is a perspective that underlines analysis of structures in English language, especially through English literary works. It is also known that structure in English language is meant to be universal rather than particular. Through an exploratory approach within qualitative research, this manuscript underscores structuralism as a way to identify aspects of literature regarding training of writing couplets. Couplet is a work that pays attention to pouring imaginations from the authors’ mind towards a structured sense of lyrical poem. Though the ideas come from various authors’ imaginations, this kind of literature and its writing process may still open to various possibilities in advance. In conclusion, the training of writing couplets is essential not only to give knowledge about patterns of poems in English literature, but also to get it in line with students’ everyday experience and imaginations.

Everyday life is understood as reflections of complex actualizations of plural identities in the sense of the living world. Through explorative approach in qualitative research, this paper digs more understanding of everyday life as stories of experience and taste of the people. Putting focus on narrations of the people, the analysis accentuates more into knowledge of everyday life as a never-ending process. It is a continuous understanding being underlined through meanings of individual experience in everyday life. Furthermore, narrative structures include matters of other individuals as otherness. In conclusion, narratology is significant in expanding knowledge of everyday life especially in widening perspectives of otherness through understanding of own self.

Children's creativity has the potential to promote knowledge of individuals, societies, and cultures in everyday life as explained by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. One of the ways to improve creativity is writing short stories to explore their understanding of surroundings altogether with to uplift their language skills. Through explorative approach in qualitative research, this paper emphasizes writing short stories as a means to build children’s awareness of their potentials, surroundings, and imaginations. Those aspects are needed to cultivate the growth of knowledge to face both formal and informal education. Moreover, ethical aspects could be widened so that children could always appreciate anything that they had, have, and will have. In conclusion, writing short stories for children is crucial to elevate their creativity in formal education and usual everyday life.

Budi Bookstore faces various challenges in promoting products, manual data management, and a lack of interactive platforms for customers. Therefore, this research aims to implement a web-based CRM strategy at Budi Bookstore. The method used in this research is the CRM method, which is a method for increasing customer loyalty towards company products by using integrated software applications based on e-commerce business strategies. This research is also supported by qualitative methods which aim to provide a broad and in-depth understanding of a problem that is being or will be studied. The research results show that the implementation of web-based CRM at Budi Bookstore has succeeded in making it easier to access product information, designing an online sales system, and improving relationships with customers. Thus, this project has the potential to increase sales, attract customers, and provide customer satisfaction.

Penggunaan internet dan teknologi informasi mendukung konsep Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dalam memaksimalkan pelayanan pelanggan melalui situs web. Kepuasan pelanggan menjadi faktor penting dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan, dan strategi CRM merupakan pendekatan yang efektif untuk mencapai tujuan ini. Toko Buku Budi menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam mempromosikan produk, pengelolaan data manual, dan kurangnya wadah interaktif untuk pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan strategi CRM berbasis web di Toko Buku Budi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah metode CRM yang merupakan metode untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan terhadap produk perusahaan dengan menggunakan aplikasi perangkat lunak terintegrasi berdasarkan strategi bisnis e-commerce. Penelitian ini juga didukung dengan metode kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman secara luas dan mendalam terhadap suatu permasalahan yang sedang atau yang akan dikaji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi CRM berbasis web di Toko Buku Budi berhasil mempermudah akses informasi produk, merancang sistem penjualan online, dan meningkatkan hubungan dengan pelanggan. Dengan demikian, proyek ini berpotensi meningkatkan penjualan, menarik pelanggan, dan memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggan.

Now humans are starting to develop systems that can help determine the best alternative in a problem, namely decision support system (DSS). PT. Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper (PT. RAPP) is a company engaged in the supply of pulp raw materials on an international scale and marketing at a global level but currently still uses the manual method to determine employee performance where the assessment is carried out indirectly, namely through the supervisor concerned. with each of his subordinates so that there is the possibility of inaccurate results due to doubts in providing non-objective judgments. From the results of the assessment to get the best employees, it becomes less targeted, a decision support system is needed with several methods, including the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods in order to get more precise results so that the assessment can be right on target and not detrimental to the employees being assessed.

Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi informasi semakin berkembang dalam segala aspek kehidupan yang pada penerapannya dapat mempermudah pekerjaan manusia. Manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sering menemui masalah dalam pengambilan keputusan. Masalah yang muncul dapat berskala besar atau kecil yang sangat berpengaruh dalam hasil keputusan. Sekarang ini manusia mulai mengembangkan sistem yang dapat membantu menentukan alternatif terbaik dalam suatu permasalahan, yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK). PT. Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper (PT. RAPP) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri penyediaan bahan baku pulp berskala internasional dan pemasaran di tingkat global namun saat ini masih menggunakan dengan metode manual untuk menentukan kinerja karyawan dimana penilaian dilakukan secara tidak langsung yakni melalui atasan yang bersangkutan dengan masing-masing bawahannya sehingga adanya kemungkinan hasil yang tidak akurat akibat keraguan dalam memberikan penilaian yang tidak objektif. Dari hasil penilaian tersebut untuk mendapatkan karyawan terbaik pun menjadi kurang tepat sasaran maka dibutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan beberapa metode, diantaranya metode Simple Multi – Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) supaya mendapatkan hasil yang lebih tepat sehingga penilaian dapat tepat sasaran dan tidak merugikan terhadap karyawan yang dinilai.

The results of the initial study in student-managed families found that the majority of families expressed adolescents' vulnerability to mental health problems due to the impact of technological advances. Providing health education is expected to increase adolescents' self-recognition and increase knowledge to improve mental health. The community service method begins with the problem collection stage in the fostered area and continues with providing health education on the characteristics of adolescents/Gen Z and the importance of maintaining mental health at a young age. The results of filling out the questionnaire showed that the majority of adolescents, 73.68%, were in the moderate Psycho-logical Well-Being category and 52.63% were in the moderate Psychological Distress category. It is expected that adolescents can increase self-awareness and improve mental health in overcoming problems in everyday life.

Abstrak: Kesehatan mental untuk remaja penting untuk mengenali dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis dan ketahanan remaja. Remaja dengan kesehatan mental yang baik memiliki kemampuan adaptif untuk mengelola perasaan dan menghadapi tantangan kehidupan sehari-hari. Hasil studi awal pada keluarga kelolaan mahasiswa, ditemukan mayoritas keluarga mengutarakan kerentanan remaja pada masalah kesehatan mental akibat dampak kemajuan teknologi. Pemberian edukasi kesehatan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengenalan diri remaja dan meningkatkan pengetahuan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan mental. Metode pengabdian masyarakat dimulai dengan tahap pengumpulan masalah pada wilayah binaan dan dilanjutkan dengan pemberian edukasi kesehatan mengenai karakteristik remaja/Gen Z dan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental pada usia muda. Hasil pengisian kuesioner diketahui bahwa mayoritas remaja, sebesar 73.68% berada pada kategori Psychological Well-Being tingkat sedang dan 52.63% berada pada tingkat Psychological Distress kategori sedang. Diharapkan remaja dapat meningkatkan kesadaran diri dan meningkatkan kesehatan mental dalam mengatasi masalah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

This service activity aims to provide training for NAM Al-Mulk Vocational School students in making solid soap that is safe for health and environmentally friendly. Solid soap is made by adding seaweed extract which has a multitude of benefits, one of which is to help moisturize the skin and treat irritation. The methods used are lectures, discussions, and direct practice during training. The results of the service received a good response from the participants based on the questionnaire results after the training, 75% of the training participants were satisfied with the soap-making training with the addition of seaweed extract because it met the participants' expectations. The results of ANOVA with Sig support this. equal to 0.000 < 0.05, it means that there is a difference in the average understanding of service participants before and after being given training in making solid soap with seaweed extract.

Abstrak: Sekolah SMK NAM Al-Mulk merupakan salah satu sekolah SMK yang berbasis islam. Di sekolah ini terdapat pembelajaran mengenai pembuatan produk tepat guna yang dapat digunakan sebagai pembelajaran wirausaha. Namun, masih belum ada edukasi pembuatan pruduk yang bisa dijadikan sebagai objek berwirausaha yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari yang bernilai ekonomi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan bagi siswa SMK NAM Al-Mulk dalam pembuatan sabun padat yang aman bagi kesehatan dan ramah lingkungan. Sabun padat yang dibuat dengan menambahkan ekstrak rumput laut yang memiliki segudang manfaat salah satunya untuk membantu melembabkan kulit dan mengatasi iritasi. Metode yang digunakan yakni ceramah, diskusi dan melakukan praktek langsung saat pelatihan. Hasil dari pengabdian mendapatkan tanggapan yang baik dari peserta berdasarkan hasil kuesioner setelah pelatihan sebesar 75% yaitu peserta pelatihan merasa puas dengan pelatihan pembuatan sabun dengan penambahan ekstrak rumput laut karena sesuai dengan harapan peserta. Hal ini didukung dengan hasil ANOVA dengan Sig. sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 maka dapat diartikan terdapat perbedaan rata-rata pemahaman peserta pengabdi sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan pembuatan sabun padat dengan ekstrak rumput laut.

Therefore, community service activities are carried out with the aim of increasing students understanding and knowledge that Covid-19 is very dangerous and it is important to implement the 5M health protocol in everyday life. This activity uses two methods, namely counseling and direct practice. The result of this activity is that the 5M education and socialization in preventing Covid-19 has a positive impact on students in increasing and understanding of Covid-19 and how to prevent it, and they are able to practice directly how to prevent Covid-19 such as wearing masks, wash hand sanitizer properly and correctly.

Virus ini begitu cepat menyebar dan menular melalui percikan ludah (droplet) dari seseorang yang terkena virus Covid-19. Permasalahan yang sedang di alami oleh para Siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Ikhlas yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai Covid-19 dan cara pencegahannya. Oleh karena itu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan para siswa bahwa Covid-19 sangat berbahaya dan penting menerapkan protokol kesehatan 5M (memakai masker, mencuci tangan pakai sabun dan air mengalir, menjaga jarak, menjauhi kerumunan, dan membatasi mobilitas dan interaksi) dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini menggunakan dua metode yaitu penyuluhan dan praktek secara langsung. hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu dengan adanya edukasi dan sosialisasi 5M dalam pencegahan Covid-19 berdampak positif kepada para siswa dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mereka mengenai Covid-19 dan cara pencegahannya, serta mereka sudah bisa mempraktekkan langsung cara pencegahan Covid-19 seperti memakai masker, mencuci tangan dan menggunakan handsanitizer yang baik dan benar.
