gue and injury. This study addresses the suboptimal implementation of periodization-based microcycle planning, training load monitoring, and recovery strategies within a unified system. The objective of this research is to examine the effectiveness of an integrated training management model in improving athletes’ performance and physiological condition. A quasi-experimental method with a pretest–posttest control group design was employed, involving 40 collegiate athletes over an eight-week period. The results indicate that the experimental group showed significant improvements in countermovement jump by 12.2% and spike reach by 3.1%, accompanied by a reduction in sRPE by 11.5% and an increase in recovery scores by 22.5%, while the control group demonstrated no meaningful changes. These findings suggest that the integration of microcycle planning, internal and external load monitoring, and structured recovery strategies enhances physiological efficiency, neuromuscular adaptation, and the sustainability of athletic performance. The study concludes that the integrated training management model is more effective than conventional approaches as it enables objective and systematic control of training intensity. The novelty of this research lies in the development of an integrated training session management model that combines three key components in an applicable, practical, and context-appropriate manner for collegiate athletes, thereby bridging the gap between sport science theory and coaching practice.

uantitative approach with a causal-associative design and utilizes secondary data obtained from official publications of Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research population consists of 45 banking companies, from which 20 companies meeting the sampling criteria were selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted comprehensively through descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings reveal that, partially, exchange rates have a significant negative effect on stock prices, and interest rates also exert a significant negative effect. Furthermore, simultaneous testing confirms that both independent variables significantly and negatively influence banking stock prices. These results highlight that macroeconomic volatility, particularly exchange rate fluctuations and interest rate movements, are crucial determinants to be considered in capital market analysis. Academically, this study contributes to the literature on the relationship between macroeconomic indicators and stock price dynamics, while practically, the results may serve as a reference for investors in making investment decisions, for policymakers in formulating economic stabilization strategies, and for banking institutions in anticipating market risks arising from both global and domestic economic uncertainty.

In the field of health continues to undergo rapid development, one of the breakthroughs that has been used is the use of ultrasonic waves. Ultrasonic waves are the result of mechanical vibrations produced by the movement of isolated molecules in their diffusion media. If tissues receive ultrasound waves, the impact includes biological effects, mechanical effects and thermal effects. Some of the findings that have been established are the application of ultrasound waves to therapies in cases that appear on physical limbs. On this article aims to be able to contribute in the field of health so that it is easier to develop the use of ultrasonic therapy. This article is compiled using a literature review method taken from the references that have been collected. Of all the references collected, ultrasonic waves are used as therapies for some physical function problems. This therapy also collaborates with several paractic methods of health to address the existing problems. Therapy using ultrasonic modality has been shown to reduce pain, muscle cramps and minor injuries. It can be concluded that ultrasound therapy can help deal with patients suffering from disorders in their physical bodies, either to reduce pain or during the recovery process.

imited reading proficiency among learners. This Community Service Program (PKM) aimed to improve learners’ reading ability through meaningful reading training using the Sprites Technique. The program was implemented through preparation, training, technology application, mentoring, and evaluation stages. The Sprites Technique consists of five steps: enhancing interest and motivation, improving peripheral vision, increasing eye movement speed, surveying discourse, and strengthening concentration. The results showed a significant improvement in reading ability based on pre-test and post-test scores. After the training, 19% of participants achieved a very good level, 54% a good level, and 27% a moderate level. The findings indicate that intensive and consistent practice is required to achieve optimal reading improvement.

Abstrak: Minat baca masyarakat yang rendah karena tingkat kebiasaan membaca membaca juga rendah, termasuk di PKBM Gempita. PKBM Gempita sudah memiliki Taman Bacaan Masyarakat (TBM). Namun, membaca belum menjadi kegiatan rutin literasi di PKBM ini sehingga kemampuan membaca warga belajar belum baik. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, tujuan pelaksanaan PKM ini adalah melakukan pelatihan kegiatan membaca yang bermakna dengan menerapkan Teknik Sprites untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca warga belajar. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan tahap persiapan, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Teknik Sprites terdiri atas lima langkah, yaitu meningkatkan minat dan motivasi, meningkatkan periferal, meningkatkan kecepatan gerakan mata, melakukan survei wacana, dan meningkatkan konsentrasi. Penerapan teknik tersebut telah dilakukan dalam pelatihan dengan hasil yang cukup baik, yaitu terjadi peningkatan kemampuan membaca peserta pelatihan berdasarkan hasil pretes dan postes. Kemampuan membaca peserta pascapelatihan adalah 19% pada kategori baik sekali, 54% pada kategori baik, dan 27% pada kategori sedang. Hal tersebut bisa terjadi karena beberapa faktor, satu di antaranya adalah kesadaran dalam latihan mandiri peserta di rumah belum maksimal. Proses latihan harus dilakukan intensif agar memperoleh hasil maksimal.

Kader PKK (members of the Family Welfare Movement, a community-based women's organization in Indonesia) of RW 04 in Badean Village, Bondowoso District, Bondowoso Regency has an opportunity to enhance their potential through women's empowerment. The distribution of educational and economic levels among people in RW 04, Badean Subdistrict, is uneven, resulting in a disparity in their health status as well. This service activity focuses on empowering women through the implementation of the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method. The aim is to enhance the quality of community health by conducting counseling and training on preparing nutritious food using Moringa leaves, which are readily accessible to the population. This service activity has enhanced the knowledge and skills of Kader PKK of RW 04 in processing nutritious meals. They can also disseminate the knowledge they have acquired to mothers in their surroundings, thus improving the effectiveness of initiatives to empower women in the healthcare sector.

Abstrak: Salah faktor yang berperan besar terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia adalah tingkat kesehatan. Keluarga sebagai kelompok sosial terkecil dalam masyarakat memegang peran penting dalam perbaikan status kesehatan. Peran ini dapat dipegang oleh seorang ibu karena ibulah yang bertugas merawat seluruh keluarga. Salah satu kelompok yang berpeluang dikembangkan potensinya melalui pemberdayaan wanita adalah kader PKK (Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga) RW 04 Kelurahan Badean Kecamatan Bondowoso Kabupaten Bondowoso. Tingkat pendidikan dan perekonomian warga di lingkungan RW 04 Kelurahan Badean tidak merata, sehingga status kesehatannya juga belum merata. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan upaya pemberdayaan perempuan menggunakan metode PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) berupa upaya peningkatan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat melalui kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan pembuatan makanan bergizi berbasis daun kelor yang mudah didapat di sekitar lingkungan warga. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader PKK RW 04 mengenai pengolahan makanan bergizi menjadi meningkat. Para kader juga dapat menyampaikan ilmu yang diperolehnya kepada para ibu di lingkungannya, sehingga upaya pemberdayaan perempuan dalam bidang kesehatan menjadi lebih optimal.

It is hoped that the literacy movement that has been implemented in schools can help students improve their literacy skills. However, on the contrary, this movement has not been carried out optimally so that literacy skills are still low. Students' literacy skills are low because students' interest in reading is also low. Therefore, teachers in this case should have creativity in accompanying the implementation of school literacy movement activities. One way to increase students' reading comprehension is by implementing a reading challenge method. In this method, students will be invited to go to the reading corner or library to read books they like. The teacher here supervises or monitors students who are reading. Then, 15 minutes before the lesson starts, students report to the teacher the books they have read. For students who read the most, for example in one month, that student is given a reward. Through this activity, it is hoped that students at the school will be able to increase their interest in reading.

This activity is structured into three distinct phases during its execution: preparation, implementation, and practice. Based on empirical findings, engaging in direct interaction with mathematical puzzles has been found to enhance hand-motor coordination, finger dexterity, and precision control during object manipulation. Ninety-five percent of students were extremely interested in this educational game; eighty-five percent felt that math puzzle games improved their fine motor skills (hand and finger movements); and ninety-two percent intend to continue playing math puzzles on other materials in the future, according to the results of the questionnaire assessing the experience of playing with math puzzles. Students' fine motor skills improved significantly as a result of the implementation of this game, it was concluded.

It is known that the results of the G1R1J trial in Gheoghoma village can increase ABJ by 84.7%. In connection with this, one of the efforts made is to empower posyandu cadres through Community Service activities. The methods used were training, post-training assistance and advocacy. The implementation time was three months in Gheoghoma village, North Ende sub-district, Ende Regency.Conclusion: this community service contributed to increasing the knowledge of posyadu cadres about G1R1J by 60%, with good knowledge criteria. This human resource potential continues to be maintained so that the community service team provides assistance for a certain period of time before finally releasing the cadres to be able to independently act as G1R1J motivators. The activity ended by advocating to the Head of Gheoghoma Village.

Abstrak: Persoalan penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) bukan hanya menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat tetapi juga menjadi beban ekonomi. Kasus yang terus meningkat baik secara global, nasional maupun local menuntut peran berbagai pihak terutama dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam mengoptimalkan PSN 3M Plus melalui Gerakan 1 Rumah 1 Jumantik (G1R1J) yang bertujuan meningkatkan ABJ >95% di level keluarga. Diketahui bahwa hasil ujicoba G1R1J di desa Gheoghoma dapat meningkatkan ABJ sebesar 84,7%. Sehubungan dengan itu salah satu usaha yang dilakukan adalah dengan memberdayakan kader posyandu melalui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat. Metoda yang digunakan adalah pelatihan, pendampingan pasca pelatihan dan advokasi. Waktu pelaksanaan tiga bulan di desa Gheoghoma Kecamatan Ende Utara Kabupaten Ende.Simpulan: pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan kader posyadu tentang G1R1J sebesr 60%, dengan kriteria pengetahuan baik. Potensi SDM ini terus dipertahankan sehingga tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat melakukan pendampingan untuk jangka waktu tertentu sebelum akhirnya melepaskan para kader mampu secara mandiri berperan sebagai motivator G1R1J. Kegiatan diakhiri dengan melakukan advokasi kepada Kepala Desa Gheoghoma.

the Ambalan Scout Organization of Sunan Kalijaga and Dewi Masitoh Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Banyumas. Although participation is mandatory, the number of those who remain in this organization is decreasing. The scouting movement is considered less popular than others. Based on this, the Ambalan Scouts Sunan Kalijaga and Dewi Masitoh Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Banyumas collaborated with the Communication Studies Program at University of Amikom Purwokerto to optimize the management of their information media (website, social media and wall magazines) through comprehensive training with the group achievement method. A mentoring method that emphasizes efforts to build group productivity by referring to input from group members and the achievement of output targets that were prepared jointly between the Ambalan Scouts Sunan Kalijaga and Dewi Masitoh Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Banyumas and the Communication Studies Program at the University of Amikom Purwokerto. The training, which was held on February 5, 2022, was a success with more than 39 participants. The final result of this activity shows that the participants' cognitive needs regarding media management have begun to be fulfilled, the ability of participants to develop media content and distribute it appropriately, and the formation of members' commitment to maintaining the continuity of media management has begun. However, to achieve even better results, this activity requires continuous training, particularly related to aspects of media technology and media visibility strategies.

Abstrak: Gerakan pramuka merupakan salah satu organisasi besar di Indonesia. Namun kebesaran tersebut berpotensi pudar jika anak muda mulai tidak mengenal gerakan pramuka. Kondisi inilah yang dialami Organisasi Pramuka Ambalan Sunan Kalijaga dan Dewi Masitoh Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Banyumas. Meski keikutsertaannya bersifat wajib namun diisinyalir jumlah yang bertahan di organisasi ini semakin menurun. Gerakan pramuka dinilai kalah populer dibandingkan lainnya. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah belum optimalnya pengelolaan media informasi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, Pramuka Ambalan Sunan Kalijaga dan Dewi Masitoh MAN 2 Banyumas menggandeng Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Amikom Purwokerto untuk melakukan optimalisasi pengelolaan media inofrmasinya (website, media sosial dan mading) melalui pelatihan komprehensif dengan metode group achievement. Sebuah metode pendampingan yang menekankan upaya membangun produktivitas kelompok dengan mengacu pada input dari anggota kelompok dan pencapaian target output yang disusun bersama antara mitra dan anggota kelompok. Pelatihan yang diadakan tanggal 5 Februari 2022 ini berjalan sukses dengan diikuti oleh lebih dari 39 peserta. Hasil akhir kegiatan ini memperlihatkan mulai terpenuhinya kebutuhan kognisi peserta mengenai pengelolaan media, terbentuknya kemampuan peserta dalam menyusun konten media serta mendistribusikannya dengan tepat, dan terbentuknya komitmen anggota untuk menjaga kontinuitas pengelolaan medianya.

The methods used in this training are preparing tools and materials, presentation of training materials and product manufacturing techniques, and product manufacturing processes. This plastic waste recycling activity can help create a healthy environment free from plastic waste, promote the recycling movement of plastic waste, make new materials from recycled plastic waste, use recycled materials from plastic waste, implement marketing of materials recycled materials from plastic waste, as well as realizing consumer satisfaction from the use of recycled products from plastic waste. It turns out that plastic waste which is considered useless, worthless and dangerous because it cannot decompose quickly in the environment, can provide benefits and has economic value as well as can reduce the negative impact of using plastic waste.

Abstrak: Keberadaan sampah plastik selalu menjadi masalah utama yang mengancam kelestarian lingkungan hidup. Meningkatnya pencemaran plastik di tanah dapat menyebabkan dampak buruk pada tanaman, dan mempengaruhi kesuburan tanah. Tumbuhan penting bagi lingkungan dan ekosistem sehingga plastik merusak tanaman di ekosistem tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah berupa pelatihan. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pelatihan ini yaitu menyiapkan alat dan bahan, presentasi materi pelatihan serta teknik pembuatan produk, dan proses pembuatan produk. Kegiatan daur ulang sampah plastik tersebut dapat membantu terwujudnya lingkungan yang sehat bebas dari sampah plastik, menggalakkan gerakan daur ulang dari sampah plastik, membuat bahan-bahan baru dari daur ulang sampah plastik, menggunakan bahan-bahan daur ulang dari sampah plastik, terlaksananya pemasaran bahan-bahan daur ulang dari sampah plastik, serta mewujudkan kepuasan konsumen dari pemanfaatan produk-produk daur ulang dari sampah plastik. Ternyata sampah plastik yang dianggap tidak bermanfaat, tidak berharga dan berbahaya karena tidak dapat terurai secara cepat di lingkungan, dapat memberi manfaat dan bernilai ekonomis serta dapat mengurangi dampak negatif dari penggunaan sampah plastik.
