Abstract:This study analyzes the competing interests within the Kartu Petani Berjaya (KPB) policy as part of efforts to promote sustainable community-based agricultural development in Lampung Province. The KPB program was launched…
d with the goal of improving farmers' welfare through digitally integrated agricultural services. However, initial observations indicate resistance from some farmers and signs of political interest dominance in both the formulation and implementation processes. The study aims to identify the political motives behind the policy, the sustainability of the program, farmers' literacy regarding the E-KPB system, and the extent to which the program empowers farmers and engages stakeholders. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with thematic analysis and source triangulation techniques, data were collected through in-depth interviews with academics and government officials, as well as document studies. The findings reveal that the dominance of regional leaders in decision-making has led to a program orientation that is more symbolic and electoral in nature. The dynamics of competing interests emerge both vertically and horizontally, resulting in weak coordination and reduced policy effectiveness. The transition from KPB to E-KPB has also shifted the program’s focus and reduced its tangible benefits for farmers. The study recommends strengthening multi-stakeholder collaborative governance in agricultural policy, reevaluating the structure of the E-KPB system, and actively involving academics and farmer associations. These findings contribute theoretically to the study of public policy and policy framing, and practically to improving the implementation of programs based on the real needs of farming communities.
Abstract:This study aims to explore the impact of transformational leadership on work productivity dynamics at PT Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia. Transformational leadership, which emphasizes inspiration, intellectual stimulation,…
timulation, individualized consideration, and value-based motivation, is thought to have a significant influence on improving employee productivity. However, how such mechanisms work in the context of the automotive industry in Indonesia still requires in-depth exploration. Using a qualitative approach, this research adopts a case study method to analyse the perceptions, experiences, and interactions of employees and managers in responding to transformational leadership styles. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with managers and employees at PT Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia, as well as participatory observation in the work environment. Thematic analysis was used to identify key patterns related to motivation, work engagement, and productive behaviour change. The results revealed that transformational leadership contributes to increased productivity through three main mechanisms: (1) strengthening the psychological climate that encourages innovation, (2) increasing organizational commitment through identification with the company's vision, and (3) optimizing team collaboration through inspiring communication. However, implementation challenges were also identified, including resistance to change and a gap between management expectations and employees' adaptive capacity. The implications of this study provide practical insights for companies in designing more effective leadership development programs, while enriching the human resource management literature with a contextual perspective from the Indonesian automotive industry. Abstract:This study evaluates the impact of mental health disorders such as stress, anxiety, and depression on the risk of various physical illnesses, including cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes, obesity, immune system disorders,…
orders, respiratory conditions, skin disorders, digestive ailments, and osteoporosis. Employing a literature review methodology, the research analyzed data from previous studies, uncovering that mental disorders elevate the risk of cardiovascular diseases through oxidative stress and systemic inflammation mechanisms. The link between stress and glycemic dysregulation in type 2 diabetes highlights a trend towards increased insulin resistance. Depression, closely associated with obesity, is often exacerbated by unhealthy eating habits used as coping mechanisms. Chronic stress-induced immune system disorders result in decreased immune responses, while respiratory issues such as asthma are intensified by increased anxiety. Skin conditions like psoriasis and eczema frequently worsen due to psychological stress. In digestive disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome, stress contributes to more severe symptoms, and osteoporosis is similarly affected by chronic stress impacting bone metabolism. These findings affirm the critical importance of routine mental health screenings and the integration of effective public health interventions in overall health management, as exemplified by the Rehab Hati Foundation. Public health programs that enhance mental health can aid in preventing and managing physical illnesses, improving life quality, and reducing overall health burdens. The conclusion highlights the essential role of effective mental health management as both a preventive and therapeutic strategy.

Abstract:This study is motivated by the low level of senior high school students’ critical thinking skills in Biology learning in Indonesia and the urgent need for instructional innovations that effectively foster higher-order thinking…
thinking skills. The primary research problem lies in the inconsistency of findings from previous studies regarding the effectiveness of Project-Based Learning, thus necessitating a comprehensive analysis to obtain more robust and integrated conclusions. The study aims to examine the effect of Project-Based Learning on students’ critical thinking skills and to identify moderating factors influencing this effect through a meta-analysis of 27 relevant studies. The results indicate that Project-Based Learning has a significant impact, with a cumulative effect size of 0.98, categorized as large and consistent, supported by low heterogeneity (I² = 18.70%) and strong resistance to publication bias. The findings further reveal that critical thinking indicators serve as the most dominant moderating factor, while sample size and additional variables do not show significant influence, and the standalone model demonstrates slightly higher effectiveness than combined approaches. The conclusion affirms that Project-Based Learning is effective in enhancing critical thinking skills through contextual, active, and student-centered learning. The novelty of this study lies in the systematic integration of multiple studies through meta-analysis, producing strong empirical evidence, as well as the comprehensive identification of moderating factors that have been rarely explored, thereby contributing both theoretically and practically to evidence-based Biology education development.

Based on these findings, this study emphasizes the importance of developing context-based leadership models that position problem-solving as a core competency through enhanced data literacy, emotional intelligence, and continuous reflective learning. The main contribution of this article lies in strengthening the theoretical foundation of 21st-century educational leadership and providing practical recommendations for school leaders, policymakers, and leadership training developers to build resilient, adaptive, and continuously improving educational organizations.
Abstract:Antimicrobial resistance has driven the urgent need to develop new antibacterial candidates with favorable efficacy, pharmacokinetic properties, and safety profiles. Aaptamine derivatives, secondary metabolites isolated…
from marine sponges of the genus Aaptos, have demonstrated potential as drug candidates; however, studies evaluating their drug-likeness, Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion (ADME) properties, and toxicity profiles remain limited. This study aimed to prioritize aaptamine, demethyl(oxy)aaptamine, and isoaaptamine as potential antibacterial candidates through SwissADME and ProTox-II analyses using an in silico approach. The results demonstrated that all three compounds satisfied the Lipinski's Rule of Five criteria for drug-likeness, exhibited high gastrointestinal absorption, and achieved a bioavailability score of 0.55. All compounds were predicted to belong to toxicity class 4, with predicted LD₅₀ values of 1300 mg/kg for aaptamine, 500 mg/kg for demethyl(oxy)aaptamine, and 1350 mg/kg for isoaaptamine, while none showed hepatotoxic or cytotoxic properties. The integrated analysis indicated that isoaaptamine exhibited the most balanced drug-likeness, ADME profile, and safety characteristics, making it the highest-priority antibacterial candidate. This study concludes that the integration of SwissADME and ProTox-II provides an effective preliminary approach for screening marine natural product-derived drug candidates. The novelty of this study lies in the integrated application of drug-likeness, ADME, and toxicity analyses to systematically prioritize three aaptamine derivatives, thereby providing a more comprehensive lead compound selection strategy for antibacterial drug discovery.

Abstract:Abstract: In the era of sensitive health data and frequent cyberattacks, securing electronic medical records (EMR) has become a critical challenge. This study proposes a hybrid encryption framework combining Affine and AES…
ES algorithms with an AI-based key management module to enhance EMR security while maintaining efficiency. A dataset of 1,000 simulated records was evaluated using five cryptographic configurations: Affine-only, AES-only, RSA-only, Affine–AES, and Affine–AES with AI. Performance was measured through encryption/decryption latency and ciphertext size, while security was assessed under brute-force, SQL injection, and phishing simulations. The AI decision tree for key generation was evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and entropy metrics. Results show that the AI-enhanced hybrid method eliminates brute-force success, introduces only minor latency overhead, and generates high-entropy keys with reliability above 98%. These findings indicate that integrating AI-based dynamic key regeneration into hybrid encryption can improve EMR security while remaining practical for clinical and cloud-based healthcare systems. Future work should involve real clinical datasets and explore post-quantum cryptographic extensions.
