n. This article aims to conceptually examine holistic marketing as a governance-based strategy for enhancing the competitiveness of Islamic educational institutions. This study employs a qualitative approach using library research by critically reviewing scholarly books and journal articles related to holistic marketing, educational service marketing, and Islamic education management. The findings indicate that holistic marketing encompassing internal marketing, external marketing, relationship marketing, and performance marketing can foster sustainable competitive advantage for Islamic educational institutions. This approach ensures consistency between Islamic values, educational service quality, and public trust. Therefore, holistic marketing can be positioned as a strategic governance framework for Islamic schools and madrasahs in strengthening value-based competitiveness.

onsumer loyalty. The research method used was qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 17 college students who had knowledge or experience related to Islamic financial products. Data analysis was performed using NVivo software. The results showed that college students' preferences were influenced by religiosity, financial institution reputation, trust, digital service innovation, and financial education. These factors contribute to the formation of consumer loyalty. Based on these findings, this study developed a consumer loyalty model that encompasses three main dimensions: spiritual attachment, digital engagement, and community-based advocacy. This model integrates consumer loyalty theory and Value-Belief-Norm (VBN) theory to explain the relationship between religious values, digital behavior, and loyalty to Islamic financial products. The implications of this research lie in its contribution to broadening the theoretical understanding of consumer loyalty in the Islamic financial sector and providing strategic direction for financial institutions in strengthening long-term relationships with young customers.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi perbankan syariah terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pendekatan systematic literature review. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengkaji artikel ilmiah yang diperoleh dari Google Scholar menggunakan perangkat lunak Publish or Perish dengan kata kunci “economic welfare” dan “Islamic Banking.” Dari 200 artikel awal yang teridentifikasi, dilakukan proses penyaringan hingga diperoleh 15 artikel terpilih yang dipublikasikan pada periode 2021–2025 dan dianalisis secara sistematis berdasarkan pedoman PRISMA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi perbankan syariah terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi dapat dikelompokkan ke dalam empat tema utama, yaitu pertumbuhan ekonomi, pengentasan kemiskinan, pemberdayaan usaha mikro dan kecil, serta implementasi Maqāṣid al-Sharī‘ah. Namun, dampak tersebut sangat bergantung pada orientasi kebijakan, model pembiayaan, serta integrasi fungsi sosial perbankan syariah. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan prinsip bagi hasil dan internalisasi Maqāṣid al-Sharī‘ah agar perbankan syariah dapat memberikan dampak kesejahteraan yang lebih berkelanjutan. ogical perspective on children as perpetrators of bullying and to identify the criminogenic factors that influence this behavior. The method used is normative legal research with a case study approach and a conceptual approach, utilizing secondary data from legal literature, journals, and bullying cases at the Al-Azhar Janapria Islamic Boarding School in Central Lombok. The results indicate that bullying behavior can be explained through strain theory, differential association theory, social control theory, and labeling theory. Bullying is influenced by faulty social learning processes, weak social control, and the application of negative labels. Criminogenic factors include the social environment, the individual, peers, and the family. Prevention efforts need to be carried out comprehensively through synergy between families, schools, and the community to create a safe and violence-free educational environment.

The validity of Nazir as the owner of the waqf rights in the event of misappropriation of waqf assets based on Resolution no. 22/Pdt.G/2017/MS-MEDAN is reviewed from the provisions of Article 42 of Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf which explains: "It is the duty of nazhir to manage and dispose of waqf assets for their intended use, according to their function and designation." So that the waqf assets that were originally borrowed by the owner of the waqf rights can be disposed of if there is misuse of waqf assets. The Judge's reason for permitting the takeover of misused waqf assets in Decision no. 22/Pdt.G/2017/MS-MEDAN, based on the findings of the facts by the Judge, is of the opinion that legally there is no legal justification for the Defendant/Applicant to hold objects that are unlawfully and unlawfully owned and managed as YPI Bireuen's claim items.

Pelatihan mencakup pengenalan konsep fanfiction, pemahaman elemen naratif, eksplorasi ide, penyusunan outline, serta praktik penulisan fanfiction berbahasa Inggris. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, analisis karya siswa, kuesioner, dan wawancara guru pendamping, lalu dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu menyusun alur dan karakter dengan lebih terstruktur, mengembangkan ide cerita secara lebih kreatif, dan menggunakan kosakata serta struktur bahasa Inggris dengan lebih tepat. Partisipasi siswa tinggi, ditandai dengan keberanian bertanya, berdiskusi, serta kesediaan membacakan karya. Lingkungan belajar yang relevan dengan minat mereka meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik, mendorong keterlibatan aktif, dan mengurangi hambatan psikologis dalam menulis. Legal analysis of the Islamic legal concept of marriage through telecommunications requires a search for law ( rechtsvinding ) by judges as conservative parties.
