Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil uji coba pengembangan ini melalui dua tahapan uji coba dengan hasil uji coba kelompok kecil mencapai 82,50%, dengan kriteria sangat valid, dan uji coba kelompok besar dengan hasil mencapai 83,50% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Bahan ajar berbasis microsoft sway yang dikembangkan divalidasi oleh ahli media, materi, ahli bahasa, dan ahli media. Hasil validasi ahli media memperoleh 84,43% dengan kriteria sangat valid, validasi ahli materi memperoleh 86,25% dengan kriteria sangat valid, dan uji validasi ahli bahasa memperoleh 96,66% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Penerapan rancangan bahan ajar bahasa sunda materi pupuh berbantuan microsoft sway memperoleh 89, 11% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka media pembelajaran ini layak digunakan. Dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran microsoft sway dapat memotivasi pembuatan rancangan variasi media dalam membuat bahan ajar, serta penyajian materi dapat mengatasi verbalisme dalam proses pembelajaran.

process at school. The method used in this research is the ADDIE method which consists of 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and evaluation. In this research, validation tests were carried out on experts, namely media experts, language experts, and material experts. The validation results from media experts obtained 83% with very feasible criteria. The linguist's validation results were 100% with very feasible criteria. The material expert validation results were 94.4% with very feasible criteria. The results of the student response questionnaire were 97.4% with very adequate criteria. These results show that interactive video learning media using Canva on theme 1 the Beauty of Togetherness subtheme 1 learning 1 is proven valid, interesting, innovative, and very suitable for use in the learning process.

ction, convenience, administrative certainty, and equitable access for prospective pilgrims in an archipelagic province. A qualitative descriptive approach was used. Data were collected through observation, document review, and in-depth interviews with officials and employees involved in umrah service management at the Regional Office during August-October 2023. The analysis applies six public-policy evaluation criteria: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and appropriateness. The findings show that the policy has generally met the six criteria. Effectiveness is reflected in administrative preparation, document control, security, and comfort before departure, during the stay in Saudi Arabia, and during return. Efficiency is shown through the use of available resources, a service process of approximately three to ten days, and continuous monitoring of travel providers. Adequacy is reflected in supervision of facilities, accommodation, safety standards, information, and complaint mechanisms. Equity is pursued through equal access, affordable costs, gender sensitivity, and protection of pilgrims. Responsiveness appears in rapid responses to complaints, emergency coordination, and service improvement based on feedback. Appropriateness is demonstrated through compliance with Islamic values, business ethics, regulations, and Saudi Arabian procedures. The study implies that digital registration, transparent quota management, cost audits, emergency response teams, and certified service personnel are needed to strengthen umrah service governance.

Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 20 siswa kelas V SDN 023 Siabu. Instrumen penelitian mencakup lembar validasi ahli media dan angket kepraktisan siswa menggunakan skala Likert empat poin (14). Data dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan menghitung persentase kelayakan. Hasil validasi dari 3 ahli media menghasilkan persentase rata-rata sebesar 84,60% dengan kategori sangat valid. Hasil uji kepraktisan berdasarkan respons siswa menunjukkan persentase rata-rata sebesar 86,25% dalam kategori sangat praktis. Indikator motivasi dan keterlibatan belajar memperoleh persentase sebesar 88,00%, menunjukkan bahwa fitur permainan secara efektif meningkatkan keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA. The research uses a qualitative case study approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that PKH implementation generally runs according to schedule and targets the right beneficiaries, despite some technical difficulties and challenges in data updating and public understanding. Coordination among stakeholders, continuous socialization, and optimal assistance are key factors for the program’s success. Moreover, PKH has significantly improved the welfare of poor families, especially in education and health sectors. However, improvements in monitoring and evaluation mechanisms and program flexibility are needed to better respond to social changes. This study recommends enhancing administrative systems and increasing the capacity of facilitators to ensure that PKH can be more effective and sustainable.

e authentic assessment offers various advantages that should not be taken for granted. This study aimed at investigating, 1) the assessment practice in the classroom, 2) the effectiveness of authentic assessment practice for assessing writing skill, and 3) the challenges of the practice. This study was a descriptive case study. The population of the study encompassed 31 learners in grade-5 elementary school. The instruments used for collecting the data were field notes yielded from classroom observation, transcript interview, and related documents. The result of the study performed that (1) the teacher employs several types of assessment, yet authentic assessment is the most preferrable in the practice, (2) the authentic assessment practice in the classroom is effectively depicting learners’ actual competence, comprising real-world relevance, and encouraging evaluation, and (3) the teacher encounters the challenging experience in designing acceptable assessment for learners with diverse level of English competence and the sufficient time, as well. In summary, this study has torched a light on the practice of authentic assessment in originally realizing the function of assessment. The different school setting, teaching experiences, learners’ language proficiency skills, and classroom environment might bring about a distinct result.

of data coming from literature studies, mainly focusing on folklore, historical narratives, and Timor Leste's cultural richness. The introduction of the research covered the context of tourism in Timor Leste, highlighting the challenges in promoting tourism destinations and the problems faced. An in-depth literature search was then conducted to formulate the research problems, namely constraints in tourism promotion and the role of stories and narratives in the context of destination promotion. In the exploration of cultural uniqueness, the findings show that local mythology, oral traditions and community values play an important role in shaping Timor Leste's cultural identity. The analysis of factors influencing destination promotion involved an evaluation of marketing, tourism infrastructure, media, technology and sustainability aspects. The results of this study provide an in-depth insight into Timor Leste's local wisdom and tourism potential. The findings are expected to serve as a basis for the development of more effective promotional strategies, integrating cultural uniqueness in stories and narratives as a foundation for increasing the attractiveness of this tourism destination in the eyes of global travelers

Although it is already quite good, further improvement is necessary, especially in terms of employees giving warnings to colleagues who violate rules. The family approach has also positively contributed to efforts to prevent bureaucratic pathologies. The weekly evaluations conducted by the section head with the team can be seen as a proactive step in maintaining performance quality. Although it is already quite good, there is a need for improvement to make these evaluations more effective in preventing and addressing violations. On the defensive strategy side, implementing mild sanctions in the form of written warnings has been effective. These sanctions are given to employees who violate rules, such as being absent without notice for 6 to 10 days. Moderate and severe sanctions have also been well implemented when needed, indicating readiness to respond to more serious violations. Overall, offensive and defensive strategies in the Sub-District Office of Pitumpanua are already quite good, but continuous improvement is needed to ensure their effectiveness in dealing with various situations and cases of bureaucratic pathologies in the future.
