One of the most disruptive technological innovations that has become the primary focus in educational transformation is Artificial Intelligence (AI), which has demonstrated extraordinary potential in revolutionizing various aspects of learning management through sophisticated adaptive capabilities, deep learning personalization, and comprehensive administrative automation. This research aims to comprehensively and systematically examine the multidimensional role of AI in enhancing the quality of learning management in the digital era, with in-depth analytical focus on three fundamental pillars: strategic learning planning, pedagogical process implementation, and learning outcome evaluation. The research methodology employs a rigorous Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, analyzing over 150 high-quality scientific articles from leading national and international journals published between 2014-2024, utilizing a thematic synthesis framework to identify emergent patterns and significant trends in AI implementation in education. Research findings reveal that AI implementation in learning management produces multifaceted transformative impacts, including significant improvements in pedagogical decision-making quality through predictive analytics and data-driven insights, strengthening the strategic role of teachers as adaptive and responsive learning facilitators, and expanding democratic learning accessibility through adaptive learning systems and intelligent tutoring systems technologies. AI has also proven effective in optimizing educational resource allocation, enhancing student engagement through intelligent gamification, and facilitating inclusive and equitable learning.
However, this research also identifies complex challenges that must be addressed in AI implementation, including significant technological infrastructure gaps particularly in remote areas, limitations in educators' digital literacy affecting technology adoption, and ethics and data privacy issues requiring comprehensive regulatory frameworks. The implications of this research emphasize the need for a holistic and structured approach in integrating AI into educational systems, considering technological, pedagogical, and socio-cultural aspects in a balanced manner to achieve sustainable and positively impactful educational transformation.

The study highlights how traditional theories such as Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT) and Image Repair Theory (IRT) must be adapted to meet the demands of real-time, interactive, and ethically sensitive digital spaces. Based on this decision, Bina Mandiri University Gorontalo has participated in and run the MBKM program. However, the implementation is still limited so that the scope of implementation is only at one point and then affects the development of unsustainable programs. Related to the MBKM program, undergraduate students of Educational Technology have been trained and are able to design software, one of which is for libraries in schools. This was proven in the implementation of previous research entitled The Impact of MBKM Project-Based Learning on Problem Solving for Undergraduate Students of Educational Technology at Bina Mandiri University, Gorontalo. Considering that the MBKM program is important to run and its sustainability is expected, its implementation is very urgent. In coastal areas, especially schools in Randangan Village, Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province, it is known that digitalization in the implementation of education has not been effective, so there needs to be digitalization of library software to support student learning activities outside school hours or on holidays. The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of an AI-based assessment system in improving the accuracy and efficiency of practical skill evaluation. The methodology involves a quasi-experimental design, comparing an experimental group using the AI system with a control group using traditional methods. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and interviews with teachers and students. The results show that the AI system achieved an accuracy rate of 89%, significantly higher than the traditional method's 75%. Additionally, 85% of teachers and 90% of students expressed positive perceptions of the AI system. The study concludes that AI-based technology has the potential to transform practical skill assessment by providing objective, real-time feedback. This research contributes to the field of educational technology by demonstrating the feasibility and benefits of AI in primary education, particularly in Islamic-based schools. Recommendations include teacher training and infrastructure improvements to support broader implementation.

The research subjects consisted of the principal, three Islamic Religious Education teachers, and Muslim students at SMPN 2 Nuangan. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was tested through source and technique triangulation, observation persistence, extended participation, and member checks. The results showed that the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in the formation of Islamic character values were carried out through role models, habituation, advice, integration of character values in learning, and supervision of student behavior. Supporting factors included teacher commitment, a conducive school culture, cooperation among school members, and parental support. Inhibiting factors included differences in student backgrounds, lack of family attention, the influence of the social environment, and limited learning time. This strategy has a positive impact on improving students' religious attitudes, discipline, responsibility and good manners.

Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi nonpartisipan, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanaman nilai-nilai digital Islami dilakukan melalui integrasi nilai kejujuran, amanah, tanggung jawab, dan etika bermedia dalam pembelajaran PAI melalui diskusi, video edukasi Islami, pembiasaan, serta keteladanan guru. Faktor pendukung meliputi dukungan sekolah, lingkungan religius, peran guru, dan media pembelajaran digital. Faktor penghambat berasal dari pengaruh negatif media sosial, kurangnya pengawasan orang tua, rendahnya kesadaran siswa, dan keterbatasan fasilitas teknologi. Pembelajaran PAI memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan sikap dan perilaku digital Islami siswa, seperti penggunaan media sosial secara sopan, bijak, dan bertanggung jawab.

The results show that value-based PAI learning is implemented through the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Teachers integrate the values of faith, morals, worship, honesty, responsibility, tolerance, cooperation, social concern, and love of the homeland in the learning process. The strategies used include storytelling, discussions, history learning, religious activities, social activities, and student involvement in school activities such as ceremonies, Scouts, and Paskibraka. Supporting factors include the principal's commitment, teacher quality, curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, the school environment, and parental and community support. Obstacles include low student motivation, limited time, lack of participation, and limited learning methods. The implementation of this strategy has a positive impact on increasing love for the homeland, tolerance, discipline, honesty, cooperation, and responsibility among students.

Using qualitative and quantitative methodological approaches, this study collected data through in-depth interviews and descriptive surveys during the period January 2021 to December 2022. Thematic analysis and descriptive statistics reveal the dynamics of power structures and their impact on gender relations in the workplace. The results of the study show that the role of Alpha Women not only brings leadership innovation but also creates tension in established gender relations. The resulting theoretical implications contribute to the development of gender theory and managerial practice, thus opening up new spaces for dialogue on gender equality in the professional environment.
