soil fertility. Soil fertility is essential as a substrate for plant growth to support reforestation or reclamation initiatives. After the planting medium is properly prepared, it can be inhabited with plant species appropriate for the site's conditions. This study's methodology involves assessing land conditions through the analysis of soil characteristics and the measurement of soil pH in the designated area. The study's results indicated that the soil texture in the research region is classified as sandy loam and loamy sand, with an average pH of 4.5. To enhance soil conditions, 100 grams of lime is necessary for each planting hole, totaling 625 trees. Therefore, 62.5 kg of dolomite lime per hectare is required for soil rehabilitation in the post-mining region.

The research method employed is a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and document studies. The evaluation results indicate that the KIM program has positively contributed to improving community information literacy, particularly in rural areas. However, several challenges were identified, such as limited human resources, uneven technological infrastructure, and low community participation in certain activities. Therefore, strategic measures are needed, including enhancing the capacity of KIM members, expanding access to information technology, and optimizing synergy between local government, local communities, and other stakeholders. This study is expected to serve as a reference for developing a more effective and sustainable KIM program in the future.

rastructure is a serious challenge. This research focuses on the role of the Tof-Tof Village Government in developing productive age human resources. With a qualitative case study approach, data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation involving village officials and the community. The research results show that the Tof-Tof Village Government plays an important role as a motivator, facilitator and mobilizer in providing access to education, skills training and infrastructure development. Despite facing geographic constraints and limited resources, the initiative significantly improved the skills of local communities, with a 25% increase in competency scores among training participants. Challenges such as budget constraints and coordination were successfully overcome through innovative strategies. This research contributes to understanding the dynamics of human resource development in remote areas and provides policy recommendations for sustainable and inclusive development programs.

The results of this study illustrate that the effectiveness of the work of village officials in improving services in Yanggandur Village, Sota District, Merauke Regency in the implementation of services has not been carried out effectively. This happens because there is still a lack of government responsibility, especially village officials in providing good services to the community. The lack of initiative of the village officials to adapt to the community environment and also the lack of village office facilities so that all activities do not run well and efficiently. For the Yanggandur village apparatus to be able to improve the quality of service, meet the needs of the community well and also build relationships with a more participatory approach with the community so that the services provided will produce good results.

n this context, youth not only act as users of technology, but also as developers of innovations that support the efficiency, transparency, and responsiveness of public services. Secondary data collected through document searches of literature, journal articles, government reports, and other official documents form the basis of this research analysis. The descriptive-analytical qualitative method is used to describe and criticise various aspects of the role of youth in e-government. Case studies such as "LAPOR!" and "Qlue," as well as hackathon initiatives, show how youth directly contribute to the development of digital solutions. In addition, their participation in e-participation platforms such as "Musrenbang Online" shows active engagement in technology-based decision-making processes. Youth also play a role in digital literacy campaigns, helping less tech-savvy communities to utilise e-government services. Involvement in advocacy and research further underlines the potential of youth as a source of innovative ideas and solutions. The results of this study confirm that the contribution of youth in supporting e-government is significant and covers various aspects, from technology development, participation in policy processes, to education and advocacy. Thus, youth are the main key in accelerating the digital transformation of government, ensuring that technology can be maximally utilised to improve the quality of public services and meet the needs of society in the digital era 5.0.

The theological examination affirms that the covenant is not merely a legalistic contract but a manifestation of God’s relational commitment that shapes the identity of His people as a covenant community grounded in divine faithfulness and promise. The Torah is understood as an expression of faith response arising from this covenantal relationship, rather than a prerequisite for salvation, thereby retaining its significance for the contemporary church as an ethical and spiritual framework guiding Christian praxis, character formation, and communal responsibility amid rapidly evolving social contexts. The integration of historical and theological perspectives demonstrates that the Pentateuchal covenant encompasses intertwined dynamics of grace, obligation, and identity formation, contributing theoretically to Old Testament studies, particularly covenant theology, while offering practical implications for ecclesial faith formation, the strengthening of communal spirituality, and ministry orientation rooted in a holistic understanding of the divine–human relationship. In many instances, religion inadvertently reinforces gender inequality through scriptural interpretations that are predominantly shaped by male perspectives and patriarchal structures. Therefore, a hermeneutical approach is required, one capable of deconstructing such biases and rearticulating the voices of women in a just manner. This study aims to interpret Song of Songs 3:1-5 through the lens of feminist literary criticism, specifically employing the “woman as reader” approach developed by Elaine Showalter. This approach emphasizes the experiences, voices, and agency of women as subjects within the text. Through the stages of interpretation, narrative deconstruction, and critical evaluation, the analysis reveals that the female character in this passage is portrayed as an autonomous individual who demonstrates initiative and actively expresses her love and longing. This representation subtly challenges patriarchal constructions that traditionally position women as passive objects in gender relations. On the other hand, the text also opens a reflective space to examine how women, consciously or unconsciously, may contribute to the perpetuation of systems that oppress them. Consequently, a feminist reading of Song of Songs not only unveils the emancipatory potential within the biblical text but also offers a critical and transformative hermeneutical framework. This represents an effort to reclaim a gender-just theological space and to reimagine sacred scripture as a site of both spiritual and social struggle toward justice and equality.
