ically, verbally, or psychologically—are in direct contradiction to the values taught by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). This study aims to examine the perspective of hadith on bullying behavior and its relevance in shaping students’ character and social ethics. This research employs a library research method, with data obtained from primary hadith sources such as Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, and other supporting literature. The findings indicate that bullying is strongly prohibited in hadith, as it contradicts the principles of Islamic brotherhood (ukhuwah Islamiyah), the prohibition of harming others, and the obligation to uphold the dignity of fellow Muslims. The Prophet’s traditions guide Muslims to guard their speech and actions, avoid mockery, and build social relationships based on compassion and mutual respect. Therefore, the internalization of hadith values can serve as a fundamental basis for bullying prevention in educational settings.

Depression, closely associated with obesity, is often exacerbated by unhealthy eating habits used as coping mechanisms. Chronic stress-induced immune system disorders result in decreased immune responses, while respiratory issues such as asthma are intensified by increased anxiety. Skin conditions like psoriasis and eczema frequently worsen due to psychological stress. In digestive disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome, stress contributes to more severe symptoms, and osteoporosis is similarly affected by chronic stress impacting bone metabolism. These findings affirm the critical importance of routine mental health screenings and the integration of effective public health interventions in overall health management, as exemplified by the Rehab Hati Foundation. Public health programs that enhance mental health can aid in preventing and managing physical illnesses, improving life quality, and reducing overall health burdens. The sample in this study was 20 Physical Education teachers, both male and female teachers spread across 10 Mitra SMKs. The research instrument was a research questionnaire consisting of 40 statements. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis which was expressed in the form of a percentage. The results of the study indicate that the Perception of Physical Education Teachers on the Performance of Students of the Introduction to School Fields (PLP) Department of Sports Education, University of Riau in 2023: Case Study at SMK Pekanbaru City is included in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 50%, namely the majority of Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions were 10 people. In the good and less categories with the same percentage of 25% or 5 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions. Meanwhile, the results of the categories of each indicator include pedagogical competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 60% or 12 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions, social competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 75% or 15 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions, personality competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 65% or 13 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions, and professional competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 70% or 14 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions. Thus, it can be concluded that the Perception of Physical Education Teachers on the Performance of Students of the Introduction to School Fields (PLP) of the Department of Sports Education, University of Riau in 2023: Case Study at SMK Pekanbaru City is categorized as sufficient.

Bullying can start from uncontrolled levels of aggressive behavior during childhood. However, this can be prevented by increasing supervision of negative associations from children and friends, starting from modeling good things, filtering out children's friends who have a positive effect. The aim of this intervention is to provide students with understanding and knowledge regarding bullying, its types, etc. Bullying affects both boys and girls. The method based on this intervention consists of 4 stages, namely needs assessment for the Counseling Guidance teacher, distribution of bullying questionnaires to students, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with students, provision of materials and games in team building. The series of activities were attended by 40 students consisting of 20 men and 20 women from several representatives of departments at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School. The results of the intervention activities that have been implemented are that students feel openness in terms of both thoughts and feelings regarding bullying behavior. The service activities at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School have had a very good impact on the entire school community, especially students, subject teachers, guidance and counseling teachers and all staff and equipment at the school. The Principal welcomed and looked forward to further positive activities at Bina Sriwijaya Indonesia Palembang Vocational School. From the results of a questionnaire conducted on community service participants, 87.5% of students strongly agreed with socialization activities to overcome bullying and 12.5% agreed.

Anthropological analysis reveals that Mangrara Banua is not merely a physical celebration of a new structure, but a cultural institution rich in symbolic meaning. First, the ritual serves as a collective expression of gratitude to God the Creator. Second, it functions to articulate and legitimize the family's social status (tana') within the community hierarchy. Third, this momentum acts as a unifying medium for the extended family (tongkonan) to reinforce kinship ties. Finally, the ritual embodies sacred reverence for the ancestors. Through an anthropological lens, the continuity of this tradition proves that the Tongkonan remains the cosmic, social, and spiritual center for the people of Akung Village amid modernization.

mentation of the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 72 of 2022 in Merauke Regency and to identify the factors inhibiting its implementation in the region. This study applies Edward C. III’s policy implementation theory and uses a qualitative research approach through in-depth interviews with 16 informants to explore their meanings, perceptions, and understandings. A semi-structured interview approach was employed to enable the researcher to obtain flexible yet focused data, as stated by Prof. Dr. Lexy J. Moleong (2014). The study utilized an interactive data analysis technique consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Digital Population Identity (IKD) policy in Merauke Regency has been carried out in accordance with directives from the central government through a tiered and continuous communication mechanism. However, its implementation has not yet been optimal at the regional level. The main obstacles include limited socialization, low understanding and acceptance of the policy among implementers, the absence of specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IKD, and the lack of motivation, commitment, and integrity of human resources, ICT infrastructure, and budgetary support. In addition, the social, economic, cultural, and geographical conditions of the community also hinder the utilization of IKD, resulting in its limited use and the continued dominance of physical population documents. The findings of this study emphasize the need to strengthen communication aspects, resources, implementers’ commitment, and policy adjustments to local conditions in order to achieve the objectives of the IKD policy effectively and equitably.

The number of informants in this study was 10 informants. research results. Based on the discussion of the three dimensions of tangible public service, reliability, and responsiveness, it can be concluded that public services in Harapan Makmur Village have shown real efforts to meet community expectations, although their implementation still faces various challenges. In terms of tangible, the availability of information boards is quite good physically, but not yet fully effective in conveying messages clearly and inclusively. From the aspect of reliability, the commitment to timely and procedural services is indeed visible, but it is not evenly distributed and there are still complaints regarding inconsistency. Meanwhile, in terms of responsiveness, village officials have shown good intentions to respond to community needs, but consistency in responding to complaints and needs of residents still needs to be improved.
