al and unstructured production processes. The proposed solutions included the digitalization of transaction and stock recording through a web-based system, the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for production, and digital literacy training. The implementation method consisted of planning, training, mentoring, and evaluation, involving lecturers and students. The results showed that the program targets were achieved: 100% of transactions and stock were recorded digitally, production capacity increased by at least 50%, production cycle time was reduced by 30%, and there were indications of increased revenue and partner satisfaction. This program not only improved business efficiency and product quality consistency but also created a social impact by enhancing the digital literacy of the partner. Furthermore, the program contributes to the achievement of the SDGs (Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth) and university performance indicators. In the future, the developed system is recommended to be integrated with e-commerce platforms to expand market access.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk memberdayakan UMKM parfum laundry Dazry Harapan di Kota Jambi. Mitra menghadapi dua permasalahan utama, yaitu manajemen usaha yang masih manual dan proses produksi yang belum terstruktur. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah digitalisasi pencatatan transaksi dan stok berbasis web, penyusunan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) produksi, serta pelatihan literasi digital. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi perencanaan, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi dengan melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan tercapainya target program, yakni 100% pencatatan transaksi dan stok dilakukan secara digital, peningkatan kapasitas produksi minimal 50%, penurunan waktu siklus produksi sebesar 30%, serta adanya indikasi peningkatan omzet dan kepuasan mitra. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi usaha dan konsistensi kualitas produk, tetapi juga memberikan dampak sosial berupa peningkatan literasi digital mitra. Selain itu, program ini berkontribusi pada pencapaian SDGs (Tujuan 8: Pekerjaan Layak dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi) dan IKU perguruan tinggi. Ke depan, sistem digital ini direkomendasikan untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut melalui integrasi dengan e-commerce guna memperluas akses pasar.

it is not possible to carry out gardening activities. Hydroponics and aquaponics are solutions to the problem of limited land. This activity aims to introduce, train and assist the public about hydroponic and aquaponic technology. This activity was carried out centrally at the Ceria Command RPTRA, RW 06 Galur Village in collaboration with Working Group 3 Galur Village from August – October 2023. The equipment used included 2 sets of hydroponic frames with a total of 196 holes and 1 set of aquaponic frames with 156 holes. The activity stages start with introducing tools and vegetable seeds, sowing together, monitoring, harvesting with residents, and evaluation. During the activity, vegetables were successfully harvested 3 times with yields of 12 kg per cycle, and 7 kg of catfish were successfully harvested. Some of the harvest is given to residents and stunted toddlers, and the other part is sold to be managed again by the RPTRA.

Abstrak: Pertanian perkotaan atau dikenal sebagai urban farming merupakan kegiatan berkebun dengan memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah dan tetap bisa dilakukan walaupun lahan sempit/terbatas. RW 06 Kelurahan Galur berada di daerah Jakarta Pusat yang tergolong padat penduduk, dimana tidak memungkinkan untuk melakukan kegiatan berkebun. Hidroponik dan akuaponik merupakan solusi untuk permasalah keterbatasan lahan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan, melatih dan mendampigi masyarakat tentang teknologi hidroponik dan akuaponik. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara terpusat di RPTRA Komando Ceria, RW 06 Kelurahan Galur bekerja sama dengan Pokja 3 Kelurahan Galur dari bulan Agustus – Oktober 2023. Alat yang digunakan meliputi 2 set rangka hidroponik dengan total 196 lubang dan 1 set rangka akuaponik dengan 156 lubang. Tahapan kegiatan dimulai dari pengenalan alat dan bibit sayur, menyemai bersama, monitoring, panen bersama warga, dan evaluasi. Selama kegiatan berlangsung sayuran berhasil di panen sebanyak 3 kali dengan hasil panen menghasilkan 12 kg per siklus, dan ikan lele berhasil di panen sebanyak 7 kg. Sebagian hasil panen diberikan untuk warga dan balita stunting, dan sebagian lainnnya dijual untuk dikelola kembali oleh RPTRA.

This plastic waste recycling activity can help create a healthy environment free from plastic waste, promote the recycling movement of plastic waste, make new materials from recycled plastic waste, use recycled materials from plastic waste, implement marketing of materials recycled materials from plastic waste, as well as realizing consumer satisfaction from the use of recycled products from plastic waste. It turns out that plastic waste which is considered useless, worthless and dangerous because it cannot decompose quickly in the environment, can provide benefits and has economic value as well as can reduce the negative impact of using plastic waste.

Abstrak: Keberadaan sampah plastik selalu menjadi masalah utama yang mengancam kelestarian lingkungan hidup. Meningkatnya pencemaran plastik di tanah dapat menyebabkan dampak buruk pada tanaman, dan mempengaruhi kesuburan tanah. Tumbuhan penting bagi lingkungan dan ekosistem sehingga plastik merusak tanaman di ekosistem tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah berupa pelatihan. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pelatihan ini yaitu menyiapkan alat dan bahan, presentasi materi pelatihan serta teknik pembuatan produk, dan proses pembuatan produk. Kegiatan daur ulang sampah plastik tersebut dapat membantu terwujudnya lingkungan yang sehat bebas dari sampah plastik, menggalakkan gerakan daur ulang dari sampah plastik, membuat bahan-bahan baru dari daur ulang sampah plastik, menggunakan bahan-bahan daur ulang dari sampah plastik, terlaksananya pemasaran bahan-bahan daur ulang dari sampah plastik, serta mewujudkan kepuasan konsumen dari pemanfaatan produk-produk daur ulang dari sampah plastik. Ternyata sampah plastik yang dianggap tidak bermanfaat, tidak berharga dan berbahaya karena tidak dapat terurai secara cepat di lingkungan, dapat memberi manfaat dan bernilai ekonomis serta dapat mengurangi dampak negatif dari penggunaan sampah plastik.

Abstrak: Kebijakan pemerintah dalam upaya menekan penyebaran virus covid–19, tentunya hal ini berdampak pada pelaku UMKM termasuk penjual jamu tradisional yang masih menggunakan metode konvensional. Penjual jamu di gang sei saling masih menawarkan secara langsung kepada pelanggan dengan cara berjalan kaki atau berkeliling menggunakan sepeda. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penjualan jamu pada masa pandemi melalui kemasan, merek, dan label. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, metode yang digunakan adalah melalui pendampingan, untuk mencapai tujuan kegiatan yang terdiri dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kegiatan pendampingan. Waktu pelaksanaan pendampingan dilaksanakan selama 3 hari. Kegiatan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari memberikan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya kemasan, merek, dan label dalam meningkatkan penjualan, menentukan botol kemasan yang tepat, selanjutnya adalah membuat merk dan label untuk penjualan jamu kemasan. This strategy is planned to be able to explore community participation that is bottom-up, starting from the identification of problems and needs of the community, socialization of the concept of 3 R in the household so that people can feel the benefits economically and preserve the environment.The implementation method consists of surveys, hearings, focus group discussions, training, and waste sorting self-practices. This activity is expected to not only improve the environmental quality of the Sukaluyu Village community, but also can change the perceptions and behavior of the community and local stakeholders regarding waste reduction and management. The most important conclusion of this community services is the emphasis on awareness and high involvement motivation of the community in waste management to create culture in the community.

Konsep 3 R ini sering dijadikan solusi untuk memperbaiki lingkungan yang memiliki masalah dalam pengelolaan sampah. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi strategi optimalisasi Pengelolaan Sampah Mandiri Berbasis Masyarakat dengan konsep 3 R (Reuse, Reduce, Recycle) di Desa Sukaluyu, Karawang. Strategi ini direncanakan untuk menggali partisipasi masyarakat yang bersifat bottom-up, dimulai dari identifikasi masalah dan kebutuhan masyarakat, sosialisasi konsep 3R di rumah tangga sehingga masyarakat dapat merasakan manfaat secara ekonomis dan menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari survei, audiensi, focus group discussion, pelatihan, dan praktik mandiri pengolahan-pemilahan sampah. Kegiatan ini diharapkan tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan masyarakat Desa Sukaluyu, namun juga dapat mengubah persepsi dan perilaku masyarakat dan stakeholder setempat terkait pengurangan dan pengelolaan sampah. Kesimpulan penting dari pengabdian ini adalah adanya kesadaran dan motivasi keterlibatan masyarakat yang baik dalam pengelolaan sampah hingga dapat menciptakan budaya di masyarakat.

wledge sharing and collaboration among stakeholders remain limited, so best practices and experiences have not been fully leveraged. A Knowledge Management System (KMS) based on knowledge sharing is needed to support information exchange and the development of sustainable tourism. The methodology used in this study is the Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC) approach combined with Design Thinking. The research steps included an evaluation of the existing infrastructure, the formation of a knowledge management team, knowledge collection, the design of a KMS prototype, and the development of that prototype. The results of the study indicate that a knowledge-sharing-based Knowledge Management System (KMS) prototype was successfully developed to meet the needs of tourists and tourism stakeholders in Batam City. The system built is capable of facilitating the management, storage, and exchange of knowledge among stakeholders in a more integrated manner. The implementation of the KMS also enhances collaboration and supports the decision-making process in the development of tourism products and services. These findings indicate that a KMS can serve as an effective solution in supporting sustainable tourism development in Batam City.

Abstrak: Pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan di Kota Batam menghadapi beberapa tantangan. Pengetahuan dan informasi terkait pariwisata masih tersebar di berbagai pemangku kepentingan sehingga koordinasi belum berjalan secara optimal. Berbagi pengetahuan dan kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan masih terbatas, sehingga pengalaman dan praktik terbaik belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Diperlukan Sistem Manajemen Pengetahuan (KMS) berbasis knowledge sharing untuk mendukung pertukaran informasi dan pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Siklus Hidup Sistem Manajemen Pengetahuan (KMSLC) yang dikombinasikan dengan Design Thinking. Langkah-langkah penelitian mencakup evaluasi infrastruktur yang sudah ada, pembentukan tim manajemen pengetahuan, pengumpulan pengetahuan, perancangan prototipe KMS, serta pengembangan prototipe KMS tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prototipe Knowledge Management System (KMS) berbasis knowledge sharing berhasil dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan wisatawan dan pemangku kepentingan pariwisata di Kota Batam. Sistem yang dibangun mampu memfasilitasi pengelolaan, penyimpanan, dan pertukaran pengetahuan antar pemangku kepentingan secara lebih terintegrasi. Implementasi KMS juga meningkatkan kolaborasi dan mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan dalam pengembangan produk dan layanan pariwisata. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa KMS dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam mendukung pengembangan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan di Kota Batam.

Abstract:Abstrack: This research aims to improve battery performance and safety on the ECGO2 electric motorcycle by re-assembling the battery system using 18650 lithium cells, Daly BMS 13S/7A battery management system, and XH-M604…
4 module. The configuration used is 13S5P (65 cells), resulting in a total voltage of 48.1 V and a capacity of 14 Ah, or equivalent to 673.4 Wh of energy. Compared to the ECGO2 built-in battery that requires 4-7 hours of charging time, this system is able to speed up charging to ±1.6 hours using a 7 A current charger. Test results using an oscilloscope show that the voltage of the assembled battery is more stable under load than that of a single battery, with minimal ripple. The estimated operating time of an 800 W electric motor using a 673.4 Wh battery is about 50 minutes. To achieve 2 hours of operation, the 13S10P configuration or energy-saving mode (400-500 W) can be used. The system is also more cost-effective at Rp2,678 per Wh compared to the manufacturer's version of Rp4,464 per Wh, as well as improved safety against leakage and overheating.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan performa dan keamanan baterai pada sepeda motor listrik ECGO2 dengan merakit ulang sistem baterai menggunakan sel lithium 18650, sistem manajemen baterai Daly BMS 13S/7A, dan modul XH-M604. Konfigurasi yang digunakan adalah 13S5P (65 sel), menghasilkan tegangan total 48,1 V dan kapasitas 14 Ah, atau setara dengan energi 673,4 Wh. Dibandingkan baterai bawaan ECGO2 yang memerlukan waktu pengisian 4–7 jam, sistem ini mampu mempercepat pengisian menjadi ±1,6 jam menggunakan charger arus 7 A. Hasil pengujian menggunakan osiloskop menunjukkan bahwa tegangan baterai rakitan lebih stabil di bawah beban dibandingkan baterai tunggal, dengan ripple minimal. Estimasi lama pengoperasian motor listrik 800 W menggunakan baterai 673,4 Wh adalah sekitar 50 menit. Untuk mencapai 2 jam pengoperasian, dapat digunakan konfigurasi 13S10P atau mode hemat energi (400–500 W). Sistem ini juga lebih hemat biaya dengan efisiensi harga Rp2.678 per Wh dibandingkan Rp4.464 per Wh versi pabrikan, serta meningkatkan keamanan terhadap kebocoran dan panas berlebih.

The problem is that the system does not line well with the PPEPP cycle, which results in unsatisfactory audit results. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well the university-owned AQI system features in line the PPEPP cycle and to highlight development opportunities. The method used Feature Oriented Domain analysis (FODA) and Acceptance Testing. This study delivered an analysis of IQA system features that consistent with PPEPP. The FODA results were validated by expert and tested with User Acceptance Test (UAT) with 89.98% user response that the system is acceptable. The research contributes to universities' understanding of the features necessary in the AQI system, which has an impact on the perfection of the university AQI system design in accordance with the PPEPP cycle.

Abstrak: Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi telah menyusun pedoman Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal atau yang dikenal dengan SPMI, yang diimplementasikan melalui Audit Mutu Internal (AMI) dengan siklus PPEPP, yaitu Penetapan (P), Pelaksanaan (P), Evaluasi (E), Pengendalian (P), dan Peningkatan (P). Beberapa perguruan tinggi telah mengimplementasikan AMI dengan sistem. Permasalahannya, sistem tersebut tidak sejalan dengan siklus PPEPP, sehingga hasil audit kurang memuaskan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi seberapa baik fitur sistem AMI milik perguruan tinggi sejalan dengan siklus PPEPP dan menyoroti peluang pengembangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis Feature Oriented Domain (FODA) dan Acceptance Testing. Penelitian ini menghasilkan analisis fitur sistem AMI yang konsisten dengan PPEPP. Hasil FODA divalidasi oleh ahli dan diuji dengan User Acceptance Test (UAT) dengan 89,98% respon pengguna bahwa sistem dapat diterima. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman universitas terhadap fitur-fitur yang diperlukan dalam sistem AMI, yang berdampak pada kesempurnaan desain sistem AMI universitas sesuai dengan siklus PPEPP.
