This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach in Indonesian language learning among second-grade students at SDN Sumobito 1 Jombang. Employing a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The data were thematically analyzed to identify patterns of CRT application in daily teaching practices. The findings indicate that student engagement in the learning process is relatively active; however, the integration of CRT principles remains suboptimal. This is evidenced by the limited use of teaching materials that reflect students' cultural backgrounds and the low level of teachers’ conceptual understanding of the CRT approach. The study underscores the importance of enhancing educators’ professional capacity through continuous training focused on pedagogies that are sensitive to local cultural contexts. In addition, the development of culturally responsive teaching materials needs to be accommodated within the curriculum to make learning more contextual and meaningful. The implications of these findings suggest that a systematic implementation of CRT has the potential to improve the quality of Indonesian language education by positioning cultural diversity as a pedagogical asset rather than a barrier. Consequently, the results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for the formulation of more inclusive, adaptive, and culturally equitable basic education policies in multicultural societies.

This learning-through-play activity encourages children to naturally identify, differentiate, and name colors. The study used a quantitative method with a pretest-posttest design to determine the effectiveness of the media. The research was conducted at KB Adduriyah 3 on October 29, 2024, and data analysis was performed using a t-test through SPSS 18 for Windows. The results showed a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.00. Since this value is smaller than the significance level (α = 0.05), the null hypothesis is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. The results of the study demonstrate that color block media has a significant impact on improving children's color recognition skills. Additionally, the media also enhances children's active participation in learning activities. Therefore, color block media is highly recommended as a creative and effective learning strategy for educators and parents in supporting the cognitive development of early childhood.

This situation was observed at SDN 15 Padang Genting, where English language instruction remains dominated by conventional methods with minimal utilization of adaptive digital media. Therefore, this community service program aims to enhance teachers' competencies and skills in utilizing AI technology as a medium for English language learning. The implementation adopted a Capacity Building approach comprising three structured stages: initial evaluation (pre-test), hands-on practice training, and final evaluation (post-test). The training focused on introducing text and visual generative AI, along with basic prompt engineering techniques. The results demonstrated a highly significant increase in teachers' capacity; comprehension of basic AI concepts surged from 15% to 85%, and the perceived ease of using the technology rose from 20% to 85%. Furthermore, the program successfully facilitated participants in independently producing educational media, such as interactive vocabulary flashcards and bilingual short stories. The hands-on training approach proved effective in overcoming the anxiety of non-technical teachers while accelerating their creativity in designing English learning materials that are relevant and engaging for digital-generation students.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) menawarkan potensi besar dalam penyediaan media pendidikan yang interaktif, namun implementasinya di tingkat pendidikan dasar seringkali terhambat oleh keterbatasan literasi digital pendidik. Kondisi ini ditemukan di SDN 15 Padang Genting, di mana pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris masih didominasi oleh metode konvensional dan minimnya pemanfaatan media digital adaptif. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi AI sebagai media pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini mengadopsi pendekatan Capacity Building yang mencakup tiga tahapan terstruktur: evaluasi awal (pre-test), pelatihan berbasis praktik langsung (hands-on practice), dan evaluasi akhir (post-test). Pelatihan difokuskan pada pengenalan AI generatif teks dan visual serta teknik rekayasa prompt dasar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas guru yang sangat signifikan; pemahaman konsep dasar AI melonjak dari 15% menjadi 85%, dan persepsi terhadap kemudahan penggunaan teknologi meningkat dari 20% menjadi 85%. Lebih lanjut, kegiatan ini berhasil memfasilitasi peserta untuk memproduksi luaran media pembelajaran secara mandiri, seperti flashcard vocabulary interaktif dan naskah cerita dwibahasa. Pendekatan pelatihan berbasis praktik terbukti efektif meruntuhkan kecemasan guru non-teknis, sekaligus mengakselerasi kreativitas mereka dalam merancang materi Bahasa Inggris yang relevan dan menarik bagi siswa generasi digital.

The community service team used the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which consists of three main stages: Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Training, and Implementation. Based on findings from the field activities, the following conclusions can be drawn: a) Educators are capable of formulating and implementing the Independent Curriculum based on Religious Moderation. b) There is active involvement of students, allowing the acquired knowledge to be applied in their daily lives. c) The community’s understanding of religious moderation has contributed to environmental harmony, encouraging people to better preserve and nurture human resources as vital sources of life that must be protected.

Tim PKM menggunakan Metode Participary Action Reaserch (PAR) dimana memiliki 3 tahapan utama yaitu : FGD, Pelatihan dan Implementasi. Berdasarkan temuan pada kegiatan pengabdian di lapangan, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: a)Tenaga pendidik sudah mampu merumuskan dan menerapkan materi Kurikulum Merdeka Berbasis Moderasi Beragama. b) Perlibatan aktif peserta didik sehingga pengetahuan yang diperoleh dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. c) Pemahaman masyarakat terkait moderasi beragama berdampak pada tercipta harmonisasi alam sehingga masyarakat lebih menjaga dan merawat sumber daya manusia sebagai sumber kehidupan yang harus dijaga.

nd of the activity is the limited understanding and skills of teachers in utilizing AI applications (e.g., ImageFX, Canva AI, and ChatGPT) to create interesting, interactive, and student-specific learning media. The implementation method includes three stages: preparation (interviews & needs observations), implementation (face-to-face workshops, demonstrations, and supervised independent practice), and evaluation (pre-post surveys and work assessments). This can be seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test conducted at the beginning and end of the training, from 31% pre-test to 88% post-test showing a significant difference. The results of this training showed a 57% increase in teachers' practical understanding, the development of AI-based teaching media in core subjects, and plans for sustainable adoption in the classroom. This activity contributes to improving educators' ICT competencies and encouraging the integration of modern technology in elementary schools.

Abstrak: Pengabdian ini mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pelatihan media pembelajaran berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) bagi guru sekolah dasar di UPTD SDN 010106 Sei Silau Barat, Setia Janji. Latar belakang kegiatan adalah masih terbatasnya pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi AI (misalnya ImageFX, Canva AI, dan ChatGPT) untuk membuat media ajar yang menarik, interaktif, dan sesuai karakteristik siswa. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tiga tahap: persiapan (wawancara & observasi kebutuhan), pelaksanaan (workshop tatap muka, demo, dan praktik mandiri tersupervisi), serta evaluasi (pre–post survey dan penilaian karya). Hal ini dapat diliat dari hasil pre-test dan post-test yang dilakukan di awal dan di akhir pelatihan, dari 31% pre-test ke angka 88% post-test menunjukan perbedaan yang signifikan. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 57% pada pemahaman praktis guru, penyusunan media ajar berbasis AI pada mata pelajaran inti, serta rencana adopsi berkelanjutan di kelas. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kompetensi TIK pendidik dan mendorong integrasi teknologi modern di sekolah dasar.

This community service initiative aims to assess MSME actors’ initial understanding of AI, deliver targeted training, and evaluate improvements in strategic planning using the Value Proposition Canvas (VPC). The program was conducted in three stages: pre-assessment, training implementation, and post-training evaluation. Initial findings revealed that most participants had limited knowledge of AI and its applications. However, after the training, there was a significant increase in participants’ confidence and capability. The training effectively reduced lack of knowledge by 40%, addressed infrastructure and internet challenges by 45%, and decreased uncertainty regarding AI's return on investment by 30%. Participants began applying tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and the VPC method to better understand customer needs. Although the study was limited by a short evaluation period and a specific geographic focus, it offers valuable insights for policymakers, educators, and development stakeholders. The findings support the importance of accessible, hands-on training in making AI a practical and beneficial resource for small businesses, ultimately promoting inclusive, technology-driven growth.

Abstrak: Transformasi digital yang pesat mendorong perlunya pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Jayapura melalui integrasi kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam strategi bisnis mereka. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menilai pemahaman awal pelaku UMKM terhadap AI, memberikan pelatihan terarah, dan mengevaluasi peningkatan dalam perencanaan strategis menggunakan Value Proposition Canvas (VPC). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap: pra-asesmen, pelatihan, dan evaluasi pascapelatihan. Hasil awal menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta memiliki pengetahuan terbatas tentang AI dan penerapannya. Namun, pascapelatihan terlihat peningkatan signifikan dalam kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan peserta. Pelatihan berhasil menurunkan tingkat ketidaktahuan sebesar 40%, mengurangi kendala infrastruktur dan internet sebesar 45%, serta menekan keraguan atas keuntungan penggunaan AI sebesar 30%. Peserta mulai memanfaatkan alat seperti ChatGPT, Canva AI, dan metode VPC untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kebutuhan pelanggan. Meski terbatas pada waktu evaluasi yang singkat dan wilayah Jayapura, studi ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pembuat kebijakan, pendidik, dan pemangku kepentingan untuk mendorong pertumbuhan UMKM berbasis teknologi secara inklusif.

The results show an increase in self-concept understanding, the formation of an active and supportive peer group, improvement in self-management skills, increased self-confidence, the development of peer group modules or guides, and the establishment of sustainable partnerships. Pre-test to post-test scores increased by an average of 1.4 points. Peer groups are effective in creating a safe environment and strengthening positive interactions between adolescents. This intervention has a positive impact on the psychosocial aspect and has the potential to be replicated in other orphanages as a form of promotive and preventive mental health. Cross-sectoral support, such as caregivers, educators, and health workers, is needed for sustainable programs and optimal results.

Abstrak: Remaja putri di panti asuhan sering mengalami tantangan psikososial, seperti rendahnya konsep diri dan pengalaman bullying, yang memengaruhi kesejahteraan emosional dan sosial mereka. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan konsep diri melalui pendekatan peer group sebagai strategi manajemen diri terhadap dampak bullying. Metode yang digunakan meliputi diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD), edukasi, pembentukan kelompok sebaya, role play, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil capaian menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman konsep diri, terbentuknya peer group yang aktif dan suportif, peningkatan kemampuan manajemen diri, peningkatan rasa percaya diri, tersusunnya modul atau panduan peer group dan terjalinnya kemitraan berkelanjutan. Skor pre-test ke post-test naik rata-rata 1,4 poin. Peer group terbukti efektif menciptakan lingkungan aman dan memperkuat interaksi positif antarremaja. Intervensi ini memberikan dampak positif pada aspek psikososial dan berpotensi direplikasi di panti lain sebagai bentuk promotif dan preventif kesehatan mental. Dukungan lintas sektor seperti pengasuh, pendidik, dan tenaga kesehatan diperlukan agar program berkelanjutan dan hasilnya optimal.
