The main target in this community service is the community around Porsea Sub-District, Toba Samosir District. The training method used is a form of training in the classroom using the lecture method, discussion and question and answer. The lecture method used is intended to provide a theoretical explanation of internet and network material. The discussion method is used to explore the understanding of the surrounding community about the material given in lectures. Practice methods are used to show how to use the internet properly and correctly. The benefits of this training activity are that the surrounding community is able to use the internet and the network for positive and useful things.

Abstrak : Kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat berupa pelatihan pemanfaatan internet di Polsek Porsea Kab.Toba Samosir bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat sekitar terhadap teknologi internet dan manfaat dari internet serta mendorong masyarakat sekitar agar mampu dengan mandiri mengelola dan memanfaatkan fungsi jaringan dan internet. Khalayak sasaran dalam pengabdian masyrakat ini adalah masyarakat sekitar Polsek Porsea Kab.Toba Samosir. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan adalah bentuk pelatihan di dalam kelas dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Metode ceramah yang digunakan dimaksudkan untuk memberikan penjelasan secara teori terhadap materi internet dan jaringan. Metode diskusi digunakan untuk menggali pemahaman masyarakat sekitar terhadap materi yang diberikan secara ceramah. Metode praktek digunakan untuk menunjukan langsung cara menggunakan internet yang baik dan benar. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah masyarakat sekitar mampu menggunakan internet dan jaringan untuk hal-hal positif dan bermanfaat.

e the economy of the people in an area because the yields produced can provide economic benefits. The Asofa Foundation tried to capture this opportunity in the context of developing a masjid-based economy through hydroponic training for the surrounding community. Therefore, a series of training was conducted to improve the capacity of the community. The training included training on seeding vegetables in rockwool, training on transplanting, and training in preparing and mixing hydroponic fertilizers. The results of the training were that residents were able to cultivate plants using hydroponics. However, the boundary was the environmental conditions (in this case water) in Bekasi which were not good enough so that the seedlings died after being transplanted into the hydroponic kit. Further training needed can be in the form of training fruit plants using hydroponics which can withstand inadequate water conditions. Another training that can be carried out is training in vegetable cultivation with planting methods other than hydroponics that are able to accommodate environmental conditions

Abstrak: Pertanian perkotaan adalah menanam dan memelihara binatang ternak di dalam atau sekitar kota. Beragam jenis tanaman dapat dibudidayakan terutama tanaman sayuran dan buah. Pertanian perkotaan mampu membantu peningkatan ekonomi rakyat di suatu daerah karena hasil panen yang dihasilkan dapat memberikan keuntungan ekonomis. Peluang inilah yang berusaha ditangkap oleh Yayasan Asofa dalam rangka pengembangan ekonomi berbasis masjid lewat pelatihan hidroponik untuk masyarakat sekitar. Oleh karena itu, dilakukanlah serangkaian pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakatnya. Pelatihan yang dilakukan antara lain pelatihan penyemaian tanaman sayuran di rockwool, pelatihan pindah tanam, dan pelatihan meracik pupuk hidroponik. Hasil dari pelatihan tersebut adalah warga mampu melakukan budidaya tanaman dengan menggunakan hidroponik hanya saja kondisi lingkungan (dalam hal ini air) di daerah Bekasi kurang baik sehingga tanaman semaian mati setelah dipindahkan ke dalam kit hidroponik. Pelatihan lanjutan yang diperlukan dapat berupa pelatihan tanaman buah dengan menggunakan hidroponik yang tahan kondisi air yang kurang memadai. Pelatihan lain yang dapat dilakukan adalah pelatihan budidaya tanaman sayuran dengan metode tanam selain hidroponik yang mampu mengakomodasi kondisi lingkungan.

refore, in order to achieve this, it is necessary to have a system that automatically provides accurate and fast decisions in determining which companies or industries are worthy of being granted a business license. The aim of this research is to build a decision support system in determining permits to disturb business or industrial premises using the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method. The data analysis technique used is the MAUT method to determine the final decision in granting a disturbance permit to a company or industry. The sample or training data consists of 20 names in the Tanjungbalai City area. This system is tested with a black box which aims to find out that all components in the system are running well. Our findings show that the system we have created is appropriate based on the results of the analysis using the MAUT method. Apart from that, the results of black box testing show that all components in this system are valid and functioning well.

Abstrak: Mendirikan tempat usaha atau industri harus mendapatkan izin dari pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk melindungi masyarakat sekitar agar terlindungi dari kemungkinan timbulnya gangguan atau polusi yang diakibatkan dari industry tersebut. Oleh karena itu, demi tercapainya hal tersebut perlu adanya sistem yang secara otomatis memberikan keputusan secara akurat dan cepat dalam menentukan suatu perusahaan atau industry mana yang layak diberikan izin usaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan izin gangguan tempat usaha atau industri menggunakan metode Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan metode MAUT untuk menentukan keputusan akhir dalam memberikan izin gangguan kepada perusahaan atau industri. Sampel atau data training yang berjumlah 20 nama di wilayah Kota Tanjungbalai. Sistem ini diuji dengan black box yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui semua komponen pada sistem sudah berjalan dengan baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang telah kami buat sudah sesuai berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan metode MAUT. Selain itu, hasil black box testing menunjukkan bahwa semua komponen pada sistem ini sudah valid dan berfungsi dengan baik.

One contributing factor is the difficulty in obtaining loans with high interest rates.Crowdfunding has been considered a potential solution, but it has not been fully utilized due to the lack of literacy and negative cases surrounding it. In this context, the development of a Shariah-compliant crowdfunding application is seen as a suitable solution, given the government's efforts to strengthen the Shariah economic ecosystem. To support this application's development, the Laravel framework and the Extreme Programming method, emphasizing simplicity and accelerating the development process, are employed. The result of this research is the implementation of the UML design and system logic, resulting in the Tasha Crowdfunding application as a funding solution for MSMEs. It can accelerate the development process. The research outcomes include the backend implementation of the UML design and system logic, with a 100% successful blackbox testing result, leading to the creation of the Tasha Crowdfunding application as an MSME funding solution.

Abstrak: Di Indonesia Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peran yang sangat penting bagi pertumbuhan perekonomian negara. Meskipun demikian, ternyata kontribusi yang diberikan oleh UMKM belum mencapai angka yang maksimum dikarenakan lebih dari 40% UMKM masih mengalami banyak permasalahan salah satunya adalah pendanaan. Permasalahan pendanaan yang dihadapi oleh Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia telah menjadi penghambat pertumbuhan sektor ini. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah kesulitan dalam memperoleh pinjaman dengan suku bunga yang tinggi. Crowdfunding telah dianggap sebagai solusi potensial, namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal karena kurangnya literasi dan kasus negatif yang terjadi. Dalam konteks ini, pengembangan aplikasi crowdfunding syariah dianggap sebagai solusi yang cocok, mengingat penguatan ekosistem ekonomi syariah yang sedang dilakukan oleh pemerintah. Untuk mendukung pengembangan aplikasi ini, digunakan framework laravel dan metode Extreme programming yang menekankan kesederhanaan dan percepatan proses pengembangan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa implementasi perancangan UML dan logika sistem yang menghasilkan aplikasi Tasha Crowdfunding sebagai solusi pendanaan UMKM.dapat mempercepat proses pengembangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa implementasi backend dari perancangan UML dan logika sistem yang telah dibuat dengan hasil pengujian blackbox testing 100% sukses dan menghasilkan aplikasi tasha crowdfunding sebagai solusi pendanaan UMKM.

Khususnya untuk membangun Tempat Pembuangan Sementara (Sampah) yang ada dikecamatan pamekasan. Metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini dengan pengumpulan data, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian berupa tempat sampah sementara, pembuangan samentara (sampah) berdasarkan hasil penelitian kriteria penempatan TPS / TPS 3R sudah sesuai dalam pasal 20 permen PU nomer 03/PRT/M/2013, maka di temukan 12 desa untuk penempatan TPS yang ada di kecamatan pamekasan, dengan jumlah tempat sampah 77 TPS.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the Temporary Disposal Place (Garbage) in Pamekasan sub-district. The results of the study were temporary trash cans, waste disposal based on the results of the research, the criteria for placing TPS / TPS 3R were in accordance with article 20 of the PU Candy number 03 / PRT / M / 2013, so 12 villages were found to place TPS in Pamekasan sub-district , with the TOTAL 77 TPS trash cans.

The surrounding environment of these traditional houses remains poorly organized, with vacant land left unmanaged and declining awareness of cultural preservation, resulting in suboptimal utilization of the area’s aesthetic value, cultural function, and tourism potential. This community service program aims to arrange a cultural garden around the traditional houses while empowering the local community to manage the cultural landscape in a sustainable manner, with a focus on preserving cultural identity, improving environmental quality, and strengthening the local economy through the development of cultural tourism and agrotourism. The implementation method adopts a community-based participatory approach, carried out through several stages: site observation and mapping, focus group discussions, planning and designing the cultural garden, training and knowledge transfer, collective implementation of garden arrangement, as well as evaluation and documentation. The garden design integrates the orientation of the Siwaluh Jabu house, the cosmological meaning of space, ecological landscape principles, and the selection of local vegetation with symbolic, aesthetic, and economic value, organized into aesthetic, educational, and productive zones. The results of the program indicate the establishment of a well-arranged cultural garden rich in Karo cultural symbols, increased community capacity and participation, and the creation of a sustainable cultural landscape management model that functions as a “living laboratory” combining aesthetic, educational, economic, and spiritual roles. This model positions the community as the main actor and holds potential to be replicated in other cultural villages with similar characteristics.

A qualitative research method employing in-depth interviews was used to explore students' and teachers' perceptions regarding these issues.
The findings reveal that many students feel insecure and embarrassed when using English, mainly due to their different accents and negative perceptions of their surroundings. However, teacher support and an inclusive classroom atmosphere can alleviate these barriers and enhance students' motivation to learn English. These findings underscore the importance of teaching approaches that accommodate student diversity and build their confidence in using a foreign language.
