Abstract:This research aims to explore innovation in batik coloring techniques through the collaboration of conventional wax and stamp methods with Shibori resist dyeing, known as Shibotik. Conducted at Batik Komar, the qualitative…
ve approach employed involved participant observation and in-depth interviews. Over a five-month period, the researcher actively engaged in activities at the batik house, observing production processes, interacting with craftsmen, and creating works using Shibotik coloring techniques. The findings reveal that Batik Komar successfully developed Shibotik as an innovative form of textile art. By combining six basic Shibori dyeing techniques—Arashi, Itajime, Kanoko, Kumo, Miura, and Nui—they created new patterns that blend the clarity of traditional batik motifs with the unpredictable edges of Shibori motifs. This collaboration not only produces beautiful and narrative fabrics but also has a positive impact on the community. The increased interest in Shibori, particularly among young entrepreneurs, creates economic opportunities and new jobs. However, suggestions for further research highlight the creative potential of coloring techniques and their economic and cultural impact, particularly on Indonesia's cultural heritage. The study also outlines practical implications, such as enhancing education and training opportunities in batik and Shibori techniques at the local level. Additionally, the emphasis on sustainability suggests investigating the application of Shibori techniques with environmentally friendly principles. In conclusion, Shibotik contributes not only to preserving Indonesia's batik heritage but also opens new potentials in the creative industry. Its novelty lies in cross-cultural collaboration and the creative utilization of coloring techniques, presenting new opportunities for textile art development. The implications can guide further research in the contexts of education and the sustainability of traditional arts.

Abstract:This study aims to analyze the effect of the application of Financial Accounting Standards (FAS) on the quality of financial statements in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. Quality financial reports are very…
ery important for SMEs, because they serve as a transparent communication tool between management and stakeholders, as well as a basis for making informed decisions. SMEs have a significant contribution to the Indonesian economy, contributing around 60% of gross domestic product (GDP) and absorbing more than 97% of the workforce. However, many SMEs still face challenges in preparing financial statements in accordance with accounting standards. This study uses a systematic literature review method to collect and analyze various relevant studies on the application of SAK and its impact on the quality of financial statements. The results showed that the application of SAK significantly improved the transparency, relevance, and reliability of SMEs' financial statements. In addition, the study also identified various factors that influence the adoption of SAK, such as the education level of business owners, access to accounting training, and support from the government. The conclusion of this study confirms the importance of good accounting standards implementation to improve the quality of SMEs' financial statements, which in turn can improve the competitiveness and performance of businesses in the market. Recommendations are given to improve the understanding and application of SAK among SMEs in Indonesia.
Abstract:This study investigates the influence of Accounting Knowledge and Education on the quality of MSME financial reports, focusing on the moderating role of SAK EMKM Socialization (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards for…
or Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises). Using survey data collected from MSME operators, the research reveals that accounting knowledge has a strong positive relationship with financial reporting quality. Education also plays a positive but weaker role, suggesting significant potential for improvement. The study finds that the socialization of SAK EMKM significantly improves the quality of MSME financial reports but does not moderate the relationship between either accounting knowledge or education and financial report quality. These findings suggest that education and accounting knowledge are fundamental in improving MSME financial reporting practices, while SAK EMKM socialization is more effective for MSMEs with limited financial literacy. This research highlights the need for tailored training programs and socialization efforts to address the specific needs of MSMEs, ensuring that all operators, regardless of educational background, can produce high-quality financial reports in line with established standards.
Abstract:The manufacturing sector in Indonesia, particularly within the aluminum fabrication and extrusion industry, is currently navigating a period of intense structural transition. Historically characterized by a focus on physical…
ical output and technical specifications, enterprises are now increasingly compelled to adopt a service-dominant logic to maintain competitive viability. This research report investigates the strategic implementation of human resource development programs at NJS Alumunium, focusing on the dual-pathway integration of technical competence (hard skills) and interpersonal proficiencies (soft skills). Utilizing the SERVQUAL framework as a primary evaluative tool, the analysis explores how specific technical abilities, such as CNC machining, precision welding, and CAD design, intersect with soft skills like emotional intelligence, communication, and proactive problem-solving to drive customer satisfaction. The study synthesizes data from contemporary Indonesian industrial policies, including "Making Indonesia 4.0," and academic frameworks such as Workplace Learning (WPL) and Total Quality Management (TQM). Findings indicate that while technical mastery is a prerequisite for entry into the high-end aluminum market, soft skills serve as the critical differentiator in fostering customer loyalty and bridging the gap between expectation and perception. The report further details the role of management information systems, the impact of local cultural paternalism in leadership, and the emergence of green capabilities as essential components of a modern competency strategy. The proposed developmental model advocates for a continuous, mentored, and digitally-enabled training ecosystem that aligns organizational capabilities with the sophisticated demands of both domestic and international consumers.
Abstract:This study examines the effectiveness of an ADDIE-based negotiation training program implemented for university students from multiple institutions. Using a quantitative one-group pre-test–post-test design, the study evaluates…
valuates whether the structured application of the ADDIE instructional design model leads to measurable improvements in negotiation skills. Data were collected through pre-training and post-training surveys and analyzed using a paired-samples t-test. The results indicate a statistically significant increase in participants’ post-test scores compared to pre-test scores, confirming the effectiveness of the training intervention. The findings further demonstrate that the systematic alignment of needs analysis, instructional design, material development, interactive implementation, and quantitative evaluation contributed to positive learning outcomes. This study contributes to the literature on instructional design and talent development by providing empirical evidence that ADDIE-based training can effectively enhance negotiation skills in higher education contexts.
Abstract:The advancement of digital technology has brought significant changes to the legal system, particularly in the use of electronic evidence as a means of proof in court. However, the validity of digital forensic evidence is…
s often questioned due to various technical, procedural, and legal challenges. This study aims to analyze the factors contributing to the failure of digital forensic evidence in legal proceedings and to formulate recommendations for improving its validity. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by examining various academic sources that discuss issues of digital evidence validity, forensic standards, and emerging legal challenges. The results of the study indicate that the failure of digital evidence generally stems from non-compliance in the processes of data collection and preservation with chain of custody standards, insufficient competence of law enforcement officers in digital technical aspects, and conflicts between legal requirements and data privacy regulations, such as the GDPR and CCPA. The case study of online gambling 2020, at the South Jakarta District Court confirms that the absence of forensic verification and chain of custody documentation caused the digital evidence to lose its probative value. Therefore, it is necessary to establish standardized forensic procedures, provide training and certification for law enforcement officials and forensic experts, and develop national guidelines for managing digital evidence aligned with international standards. This research is expected to contribute to strengthening the integrity and validity of digital evidence, thereby enhancing the enforcement of justice in the digital era.
