sly made in traditional paper formats are now frequently conducted digitally, raising legal concerns regarding their legality, validity, evidence, and legal protection for the involved parties, particularly consumers. Although electronic agreements are normatively recognized in the Civil Code (KUHP) and the Law on Electronic Information and Transactions, practical implementation issues persist, leading to legal uncertainty. This research employs a normative legal methodology utilizing statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches. Data was obtained through a literature review of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal sources related to electronic agreements and civil legal protection. Qualitative descriptive analysis was conducted to investigate the legal status of electronic agreements and the legal protection available for the parties within the Indonesian legal framework. The discussion results indicate that electronic agreements possess legal validity and binding force equivalent to traditional agreements, provided they meet the criteria for a valid agreement as outlined in Article 1320 of the Civil Code and the provisions of the Information Technology Law. Legal protection in electronic agreements encompasses legal certainty, the recognition of electronic document and signature evidence, and consumer protection against detrimental standard clauses. Nevertheless, challenges remain in establishing party identification, ensuring the integrity of digital contracts, and addressing power imbalances between commercial entities and consumers. This study concludes that while electronic agreements are legally recognized under Indonesian civil law, enhancing legal protection requires strengthened regulations, consistent law enforcement, and improved legal and digital literacy among the public to ensure secure, fair, and equitable electronic transactions.

The target of this activity was the staff of the Pharmacy Installation at RSUD Latemmamala, who experienced a decline in overall trust due to leadership perceived as lacking firmness in directing the team. The methods employed included direct observation through workplace interactions, interviews with the head and staff of the Pharmacy Installation, and direct observation of real working conditions within the hospital environment. The proposed activities consisted of obtaining permission to conduct the program, organizing workshops or socialization sessions on the application of visionary leadership to support improvements in pharmaceutical service quality, documenting all stages of the activity, and preparing a comprehensive report containing observations, analysis, constraints, and recommendations for future activities. Overall, the results indicate that visionary leadership is highly effective in a dynamic work environment such as the Pharmacy Installation of RSUD Soppeng. The findings reveal a strong relationship between the implementation of visionary leadership and improvements in staff discipline, responsibility, and professionalism. Thus, the leader’s ability to clearly communicate a shared vision and inspire subordinates is a key factor in building a solid pharmacy team that is adaptive to change and oriented toward improving the quality of patient services at RSUD Soppeng.

This study used a quantitative method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Version 22 program. The results showed that the regression equation Y=12.801+0.426X1+0.607X2+0.030X3. The results of this research show that leadership partially has a significant effect on employee performance with a t-count > t-table (3.027 > 2.048) and a sig value (0.005 <0.05). Motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance with t-count > t-table (5.891 > 2.048) and sig value (0.000 < 0.05). The work environment has partially no significant effect on employee performance with a t-count < t-table (0.214 < 2.048) and a sig value (0.832 > 0.05). Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with Fcount > Ftable (116.027 > 2.95) with a sig value (0.000 <0.05). dang Genting masih mengalami kendala dalam menyusun modul ajar, Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), serta mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis proyek secara efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pendampingan berbasis Project-Based Learning untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan, pendampingan implementasi di kelas, praktik penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, dan evaluasi reflektif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa model pendampingan yang diterapkan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun modul ajar dan RPP berbasis proyek dengan capaian sebesar 89,3% pada kategori sangat baik. Selain itu, guru menjadi lebih aktif, kreatif, dan mampu melibatkan siswa dalam pembelajaran yang komunikatif dan kolaboratif. Dengan demikian, model pendampingan berbasis Project-Based Learning efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di SDN 15 Padang Genting.
Project-Based Learning (PBL) is an innovative approach that can improve the quality of English language learning in elementary schools through collaborative and project-oriented activities. However, teachers at SDN 15 Padang Genting still face difficulties in developing teaching modules, lesson plans, and implementing project-based learning effectively. This community service activity aimed to develop a mentoring model based on Project-Based Learning to improve teachers’ competence in English language teaching. The methods used included needs analysis, teacher training, classroom mentoring, practical implementation of learning tools, and reflective evaluation. The stages of the activity consisted of identifying teachers’ needs, designing the mentoring model, conducting training sessions, assisting classroom implementation, and evaluating the outcomes. The results showed that the mentoring model improved teachers’ ability to develop project-based teaching modules and lesson plans, achieving a score of 89.3% in the very good category. In addition, teachers became more active and creative in engaging students in collaborative and communicative learning activities. Therefore, the Project-Based Learning mentoring model was effective in improving the quality of English language learning at SDN 15 Padang Genting.
