Abstract:Neurodiversity conceptualizes autism, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), dyslexia, and related cognitive differences as natural variations in human cognition rather than individual deficits. Although this perspective…
erspective has gained increasing attention in human resource management (HRM), the intellectual structure and relevance of the existing literature to the Indonesian context remain insufficiently understood. This study maps the development of global research on neurodiversity and HRM and identifies research priorities for Indonesia. A bibliometric analysis was conducted using 993 records retrieved through a Boolean search combining neurodiversity- and HRM-related terms. Following a PRISMA-guided screening process, keyword co-occurrence, density, overlay, and total link-strength analyses were performed using VOSviewer. The analysis identified 43 dominant terms grouped into four thematic clusters: (1) inclusive HRM and diversity management, (2) workplace accommodation and disclosure, (3) intervention and school-to-work transition, and (4) ADHD and occupational mental health. The findings indicate that autism spectrum disorder and ADHD remain the most prominent topics in the literature. The field has gradually shifted from predominantly clinical and educational perspectives in 2020–2021 toward workplace accommodation in 2022 and more strategic HRM-oriented discussions during 2023–2024. However, link-strength analysis reveals that relationships between core HRM concepts and issues of accommodation, disclosure, and occupational mental health remain relatively fragmented. Moreover, Indonesia-specific and developing-country perspectives are absent from the dominant keyword structure. These findings demonstrate a substantial geographical and conceptual research gap. Accordingly, the study proposes five priority research themes to advance neurodiversity-inclusive HRM in Indonesia and provides a foundation for future empirical, policy-oriented, and organizational research.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the effect of Initial Public Offering (IPO) on Return on Assets (ROA) by considering Firm Size, Liquidity, Leverage, and Tangibility in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The…
he study adopts a quantitative explanatory research design using secondary data obtained from audited annual financial statements of companies that conducted IPOs during the observation period. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, while panel data were analyzed using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) to examine the relationships among the variables. The findings indicate that IPO has a positive but insignificant effect on ROA, suggesting that additional capital raised through public offerings does not immediately improve corporate profitability. Firm Size and Leverage exhibit significant negative effects on ROA, indicating that larger firms may experience operational inefficiencies, while excessive debt increases financial burdens and reduces profitability. Conversely, Liquidity and Tangibility show positive but insignificant effects on ROA. Simultaneously, IPO, Firm Size, Liquidity, Leverage, and Tangibility significantly influence ROA, with the model explaining 59.11% of the variation in profitability. These findings imply that post-IPO financial performance depends not only on capital acquisition but also on effective asset utilization, prudent debt management, and efficient operational strategies. The study contributes to the literature on post-IPO corporate performance and provides practical insights for managers and investors in evaluating financial performance after public offerings
Abstract:Customer loyalty is a crucial factor in maintaining the sustainability of any service business, including the laundry business. Al-Matuq Islamic Boarding School Laundry experienced a decline in turnover and frequency of…
repeated service usage during the 2023–2025 period, indicating a decline in customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method of 133 Al-Matuq Islamic Boarding School Laundry customers selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) assisted by AMOS 26. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (β = 0.647; p < 0.001), price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (β = 0.313; p = 0.002), price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (β = 0.443; p < 0.001), and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (β = 0.197; p = 0.035). In contrast, service quality does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty (β = 0.077; p = 0.544). These findings indicate that customer satisfaction plays an important role in increasing customer loyalty, while service quality contributes more through increasing customer satisfaction than directly to loyalty. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of consistently improving service quality and setting prices that are in accordance with the benefits received by customers to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty in a sustainable manner
Abstract:constrained by limited buyer options, price-information gaps, high distribution costs, inadequate storage facilities, and fragmented product flows. This study examines the effects of market access and logistics efficiency…
y on the competitiveness of salt farmers. A quantitative explanatory survey was conducted with 100 active salt farmers. The three constructs were measured using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression. Market access had a positive and statistically significant effect on competitiveness (p < 0.05), indicating that broader buyer networks, timely price information, alternative marketing channels, and stronger negotiating opportunities improve farmers’ ability to reach markets and sustain sales. Logistics efficiency also had a positive and significant effect (p < 0.05); reliable transportation, lower distribution costs, appropriate storage, proper handling, and shorter delivery times help preserve quality and reduce avoidable losses. The simultaneous test confirmed that both variables jointly affected competitiveness (p < 0.05). These findings indicate that increasing production alone is insufficient when farmers cannot reach profitable markets through efficient product flows. Collective marketing, transparent market information, shared storage, coordinated transportation, and direct relationships with processing industries are therefore essential for strengthening farmers’ bargaining power and market performance

mary consumer goods sector listed on the IDX for the period 2022–2024. This study uses second-ary data obtained through documentation, with a sample of 67 companies select-ed using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive sta-tistics and PLS analysis with the PLS-SEM method via the SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that GCG has a significant positive effect on financial performance. CSR does not have a significant effect on Financial Per-formance. Financial Performance has a significant positive effect on Company Value. GCG does not have a significant effect on Company Value. CSR has a significant positive effect on Company Value. Financial Performance was found to mediate the effect of GCG on Company Value, but was not found to mediate the effect of CSR on Company Value.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of job satisfaction, employee loyalty, and work commitment on employee performance at PT Sulsel Citra Indonesia (Perseroda). This research adopts an associative…
tive quantitative approach. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 54 respondents drawn from a population of 114 permanent employees using simple random sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using SPSS version 26. The finding that The F-test result (Fcount = 60.515 > Ftable = 2.196; sig. = 0.000) confirms that all three variables simultaneously exert a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, job satisfaction (t = 3.485; sig. = 0.001) and work commitment (t = 11.685; sig. = 0.000) each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while employee loyalty (t = -3.080; sig. = 0.003) shows a negative and significant effect. The adjusted R² of 0.771 indicates that 77.1% of the variance in employee performance is explained by the three predictors. Work commitment emerged as the dominant predictor of employee performance, followed by job satisfaction. The negative effect of employee loyalty suggests that loyalty alone does not directly translate into higher performance unless it is accompanied by adequate motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational support. These findings are consistent with previous empirical studies conducted in the plantation and service sectors
Abstract:This study aims to examine the role of competition law in regulating corporate conduct, protecting consumers, and enhancing economic efficiency in contemporary market economies. Amid increasing market concentration, digital…
tal platform dominance, and the emergence of data-driven business models, competition law has become an essential regulatory instrument for ensuring fair competition, safeguarding consumer interests, and promoting sustainable economic development. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on the PRISMA 2020 framework. Relevant literature was systematically collected from six major academic databases, namely Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, Emerald Insight, and Taylor & Francis Online. The review process included identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and inclusion stages. A total of 78 peer-reviewed articles published between 2015 and 2025 were selected and analyzed using thematic synthesis techniques. The findings reveal that competition law performs four interconnected functions. First, it serves as a regulatory mechanism that shapes corporate behavior and prevents anticompetitive practices, including monopolization, cartel agreements, price-fixing, and abuse of dominant positions. Second, competition law enhances consumer welfare by promoting competitive prices, product quality, innovation, and consumer choice. Third, effective competition policy contributes to allocative, productive, and dynamic efficiency, thereby supporting long-term economic growth. Fourth, digital markets introduce new challenges associated with data concentration, platform dominance, network effects, and algorithmic pricing, requiring adaptive regulatory frameworks and strengthened institutional capacity. This study contributes to the literature by integrating Economic Efficiency Theory, Consumer Welfare Theory, Competition Policy Theory, and Regulatory Governance Theory into a comprehensive analytical framework that explains the relationship between competition law, corporate conduct regulation, consumer protection, and economic efficiency. The findings provide policy recommendations for competition authorities and governments, particularly in developing economies, regarding digital competition governance, institutional strengthening, cross-border enforcement cooperation, and data-driven market regulation.Unlike previous studies that focus on isolated dimensions of competition law, this research offers a holistic synthesis of legal, economic, consumer welfare, and governance perspectives. It further highlights how competition law can address emerging challenges in the digital economy while simultaneously promoting consumer protection and economic efficiency.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the economic satisfaction of street vendors after the development of Teras Samarinda in Samarinda City based on indicators of sales volume, business profit, and financial goal attainment. This…
study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using primary data obtained through in-depth interviews with five street vendors who were selected purposively based on their experience of operating businesses both before and after the development of Teras Samarinda. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. To enhance data credibility, time triangulation was applied through data collection conducted at different times and days. The findings indicate that economic satisfaction has not been optimally achieved among the interviewed vendors, as reflected in declining sales volume, reduced customer numbers, and unstable daily income compared to conditions before the development. Most vendors' profits were only sufficient to cover operational expenses, causing financial goals such as savings, capital growth, and business expansion to remain largely unmet. The study concludes that economic satisfaction tended to be low among the interviewed vendors, although they continue maintaining their businesses as an adaptation strategy to survive in a changing business environment
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the effect of labor optimization and capital support on the turnover of cassava rengginang home industries in Rubaru District, Sumenep Regency. The study employed a quantitative approach using…
a time series method with secondary data collected from 2012–2024. The variables analyzed consisted of capital and labor as independent variables and turnover as the dependent variable. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression supported by classical assumption tests. The findings indicate that capital has a positive and significant effect on turnover, with a regression coefficient of 4.68 and a probability value of 0.0000. Meanwhile, labor shows a significant negative effect on turnover, with a coefficient value of -3.68 and a probability value of 0.0460. Simultaneously, capital and labor contribute significantly to turnover improvement, with an R-squared value of 0.912, indicating that 91.2% of turnover variation can be explained by both variables. The results emphasize the importance of effective labor management, workforce productivity improvement, and adequate capital support in enhancing the performance and sustainability of cassava rengginang home industries in Rubaru District.

and the suboptimal contribution of the swallow nest tax to PAD. The objective of this study is to analyze the level of effectiveness of the swallow nest tax and the factors influencing it.
This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using an elasticity ratio approach and an interactive analysis model. The results show that the swallow nest tax has not been effective in increasing PAD, with an average elasticity value of -0.03% (inelastic) during the 2022–2024 period. The realization of tax revenue is still far below the established target. This condition is influenced by low taxpayer awareness, suboptimal business reporting, limited supervision, and unstable harvest yields. As a result, the tax effectiveness remains low and has not provided a significant contribution to PAD.
