ompetitiveness in the digital marketplace. Our partners faced several challenges, including limited knowledge of business management and marketing, insufficient production tools, and a lack of product innovation. The involvement of the community service team has provided renewed hope and guidance to these business owners. To tackle these issues, we utilized a combination of training and mentoring methods. Our training sessions covered key areas such as financial bookkeeping, production management, packaging innovation, marketing strategies, and product digitalization. As a result of these method, our partners have successfully adopted basic bookkeeping practices. The Resky chips have been rebranded with new packaging and labels, along with the introduction of a personal branding strategy for the CIS. They have also secured business license numbers (NIB) and distribution permits (PIRT), and we facilitated their application for a halal certificate. Resky’s Chips are now officially branded as CIS by Khasnah Food n Drink. Additionally, our partners have established a social media, with accounts on Instagram, a Facebook fan page, and a profile on Akkio Smart City, managed by the Gowa Regency Government.

Abstrak: Dukungan terhadap UMKM merupakan salah satu gebrakan pemerintah dalam meningkatkan perekonomian lokal. Tujuan dilakukannya PKM ini adalah untuk melakukan transformasi kemasan keripik ubi Resky menjadi keripik CIS (chips in a glass) agar dapat bersaing di dunia digital. Permasalahan utama yang dialami mitra adalah minimnya pengetahuan pemilik usaha dalam manajemen usaha, minimnya pengetahuan pemilik usaha dalam pemasaran, keterbatasan alat produksi dan inovasi produk belum dilakukan. Kehadiran pengusul PKM membawa harapan besar bagi mitra. Metode yang digunakan oleh pengusul yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan. Pelatihan yang dilakukan meliputi pembukuan keuangan sederhana, managemen produksi, inovasi packaging, serta managemen pemasaran dan digitalisasi produk. Hasil kegiatan yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa mitra telah mampu membuat pembukuan sederhana, kemasan baru dari keripik ubi resky telah disertai dengan label, personal branding cips in a glass, nomor izin berusaha (NIB), dan izin edar berupa nomor Pangan Industri Rumah Tangga (PIRT). Pengusul juga telah melakukan pengajuan sertifikat halal untuk mitra. Saat ini keripik Ubi milik Ibu Resky telah berubah nama menjadi Keripik CIS by Khasnah Food n Drink. Mitra juga telah membuat media sosial berupa Instagram, fanpage facebook dan akun di Akkio Smart City milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Gowa.

adapting with the rapid development of technology. The school where the community service was held also faced similar issues. With an innovative approach through assessment training using technology, this community engagement activity is expected to be a positive step towards educational transformation, particularly in the southern part of Thailand. With the active involvement of teachers as well as full support from related parties, we can create a learning environment that is more dynamic, relevant, and globally competitive. A pre-test and a post-test were conducted at the beginning and the end of the training to measure teachers’ understanding in implementing digital assessment strategies. By equipping teachers with the knowledge and skills to implement digital assessment strategies, the training has had a measurable impact on professional development and instructional practices. In addition, the training provide access to further consultation or guidance, participants can feel supported and more confident in applying their learning in the classroom. The results of the pre- and post-training survey demonstrated a substantial improvement, averaging 51.3% increase across all survey items. This indicates the positive impact of the training in enhancing teachers' competencies in integrating technology into their assessment practices. Moving forward, schools in rural Thailand can apply the lessons learned from this workshop to enhance their own educational outcomes.

Abstrak: Dalam era globalisasi yang semakin cepat, pendidikan adalah salah satu aspek yang paling terpengaruh oleh perkembangan teknologi. Di Thailand Selatan, seperti di banyak negara berkembang, ada tantangan besar dalam dalam beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat. Sekolah tempat dimana program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan juga menghadapi masalah serupa. Dengan pendekatan inovatif melalui pelatihan penilaian menggunakan teknologi, kegiatan keterlibatan masyarakat ini diharapkan menjadi langkah positif menuju transformasi pendidikan di wilayah Thailand Selatan ini. Dengan keterlibatan aktif dari para guru serta dukungan penuh dari pihak terkait, kita dapat menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih dinamis, relevan, dan kompetitif secara global. Pre-test dan post-test dilakukan di awal dan akhir pelatihan untuk mengukur pemahaman guru dalam menerapkan strategi penilaian digital. Selain itu, pelatihan menyediakan akses ke konsultasi atau bimbingan lebih lanjut, sehingga peserta merasa didukung dan lebih percaya diri dalam menerapkan pembelajaran mereka di kelas. Setelah pelatihan selesai, kedua pihak melakukan evaluasi menyeluruh untuk mengukur keberhasilan, mengidentifikasi area yang perlu perbaikan, dan memberikan dampak yang lebih positif dalam jangka panjang.

Abstrak: LKP Bintang Mulia Batu Bara terletak di daerah pesisir pantai yang mengakibatkan para peserta bimbingan tidak update mengenai kemajuan teknologi di bidang pendidikan. Padahal perkembangan zaman sudah sangat maju dengan salah satu inovasi terbaru, yaitu Machine Learning. Machine Learning di bidang pendidikan dapat memberikan berbagai pilihan pembelajaran, sehingga siswa dapat menemukan apa yang terbaik bagi mereka, dengan mempertimbangkan perbedaan tiap individu siswa. Machine Learning juga dapat digunakan untuk memonitoring proses pembelajaran yang membingungkan siswa, sehingga Machine Learning dalam pendidikan berjalan selaras dengan yang dibutuhkan siswa. Tujuan dilakukannya pengabdian ini ialah untuk memperluas pemahaman siswa mengenai peran Machine Learning dalam pembelajaran. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15 April 2023, dan yang menjadi peserta dalam kegiatan ini ialah para siswa-siswi bimbingan LKP yang berjumlah 8 orang. Maka hasil dari pengabdian ini ialah banyak peran yang dapat dilakukan Machine Learning dalam pembelajaran, seperti berperan dalam konten pembelajaran, proses pengajaran, pemberian tugas, proses penilaian, serta memantau kemajuan belajar para siswa.

Abstrak: Dengan hadirnya Revolusi Industri 4.0, teknologi digital dan internet menjadi tulang punggung teknologi, salah satunya media sosial. Berbagai jenis media sosial populer, seperti Twitter, Facebook, dan instagram, memiliki fungsi dan tujuan yang berbeda. Marketplace adalah platform media sosial yang memiliki banyak keuntungan jika digunakan dengan benar. Pedagang dapat menjual barangnya secara online di marketplace dengan memberikan foto dan deskripsi yang jelas. Selain itu metode pembayaran yang dilakukan di marketplace rata-rata setelah barang sampai mereka membayar atau banyak yang menyebutnya COD (cash on delivery). Namun, semuanya berubah akibat pandemi Covid-19. Pembatasan protokol kesehatan yang dilakukan pemerintah berdampak pada penurunan pendapatan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pembinaan pada Sekolah Hang Nadim Batam. Metode yang dilakukan dengan melakukan survey selanjutnya pelatihan dan terakhir evaluasi. Hasil dari pengbadian ini didapat bahwa siswa-siswa 80% bisa mengerti dengan teknologi digital marketing.

al Capacity Development (PPKWB) provided assistance and guidance to all tenants through a training program that was purposed so that tenants are ready to face change and prepared to make better changes for themselves and their environment. The methods used in this training were preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Preparations were made so that the implementation of the activity runs smoothly. The activities are carried out online with the Zoom application. The evaluation of participants was conducted by distributing questionnaires. The results were used to evaluate the implementation of the program by the team. In general, the tenants of the Faculty of Bioindustry had benefited from the training provided by PPKWB. Tenants are very satisfied with the topics given, the delivery method, and the general implementing activities process. The technical obstacles faced during the program were the timeliness of implementation, unstable network, and insufficient technical equipment for participants.

Abstrak: Dunia usaha berubah dari waktu ke waktu mulai revolusi industri 1.0 hingga revolusi industri 4.0. Wirausaha harus bersiap menghadapi perubahan tersebut. hile studying due to the limitation of parents as substitute teachers during online learning. Parents of students with all their activities are required to help and assist their children in making school work. So the phenomenon that occurs in the field is the uncontrolled control of parental emotions towards children, so that online learning seems to be a frightening specter for elementary students. The purpose of implementing this Online Counseling Guidance is to provide insight to elementary school teachers who are members of the Indonesian Teachers Association (PGRI) Central Kalimantan regarding the mechanism for utilizing counseling which can be done online through the Competency Assessment and Career Development Service Center (PPAKPK) web. The method of implementing this service is carried out online through Conference Via Zoom and tutorials on using the web on a YouTube account which are distributed to Bimtek participants. The results obtained at this Bimtek show that all Bimtek participants are interested in the use of Online Counseling to serve as a means of consulting both students to teachers or guardians of students to teachers or teachers to psychiatrists who can be contacted when the teacher needs student problem solving.

Abstrak: Musim pandemi covid-19 saat ini memberi perhatian khusus bagi para siswa yang belajar di rumah melalui metode daring. Hal yang menjadi perhatian adalah sering terjadinya kekerasan pada anak usia SD saat belajar dikarenakan faktor keterbatasan orang tua sebagai guru pengganti selama pembelajaran daring. Orang tua siswa dengan segala kesibukannya dituntut untuk membantu dan mendampingi anak-anak mereka membuat Pekerjaan Sekolah. Maka fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan adalah pengendalian emosi orang tua yang tidak terkendali kepada anak, sehingga pembelajaran daring terkesan menjadi momok yang menakutkan bagi para siswa SD. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan Bimtek Konseling Online ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan kepada para Guru SD yang tergabung di dalam Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia (PGRI) Kalimantan Tengah terkait mekanisme pemanfaatan konseling yang dapat dilakukan secara daring melalui web Pusat Pelayanan Asesmen Kompetensi dan Pengembangan Karir (PPAKPK). Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara daring melalui Conference Via Zoom dan tutorial penggunaan web pada akun youtube yang dibagikan kepada para peserta Bimtek. Hasil yang diperoleh pada Bimtek ini menunjukan bahwa seluruh peserta Bimtek tertarik dengan pemanfaatan Konseling Online untuk dijadikan sebagai sarana konsultasi baik siswa kepada guru ataupun wali murid kepada guru ataupun Guru kepada ahli Psikiater yang dapat dihubungi saat Guru membutuhkan pemecahan masalah siswa.

Indonesia is one of the countries where the spread of the corona 19 virus is relatively fast. This virus also causes the death of victims, therefore education is needed related to preparedness during the Covid 19 Pandemic. This activity was held in Tempursari village, Magelang Regency for 1 month (June 2020) involving 1 assistant lecturer and 4 students of the Guidance and Counseling study program. Muhammadiyah University of Magelang as a companion for counseling and simulations related to proper hand washing and the use of proper masks. This service activity is expected for the community to have insight into the dangers of Covid 19 and have skills related to proper hand washing procedures and the use of proper masks so that they can reduce the spread of Covid 19, especially in Magelang district.

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang penyebaran Virus Covid-19 terhitung cepat. Virus ini juga menyebabkan kematian terhadap korban, karena itu perlu adanya edukasi terkait tanggap siaga dalam masa Pandemi Covid 19. Kegiatan ini dilaksankan di desa Tempursari Kabupaten Magelang selama 1 bulan ( juni 2020) dengan melibatkan 1 dosen pendamping dan 4 mahasiswa program studi Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang sebagai pendamping penyuluhan dan simulasi terkait cuci tangan yang benar dan penggunaan masker yang tepat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan masyarakat memiliki wawasan terkait bahaya covid 19 dan memiliki ketrampilan terkait tata cara cuci tangan yang benar dan penggunaan masker yang tepat sehingga dapat menekan penyebaran Covid-19 khususnya di kabupaten Magelang.
