wering the community from production to branding. Branding training is conducted to assist the community in improving their quality of life. The methods used in the training include lectures and discussions with participants who are residents of the Putri Aisyiyah Pucang Gading Orphanage. The training is a continuation of the previous community service activities related to the production of eco-enzymes using fruit peel waste in the surrounding environment. The success of the training is evident from the enthusiasm of the orphanage residents for the eco-enzyme and branding materials presented. Monitoring and evaluation are conducted periodically for the coaching of improving the residents' skills in the aspect of product branding. Similar community service programs need to be developed to help communities improve their quality of life.

The lack of use of appropriate catfish cultivation technology and the use of commercial feed has an impact on the low production of fish seeds produced. Apart from that, there has been no effort to treat waste water which has the potential to have a negative impact on the surrounding environment. For this reason, community service (PPM) is carried out, which applies lecture materials, research and publications that have been carried out by the proposing team in the form of application of biofloc technology, making liquid fertilizer and cultivating herbal plants. The aim and benefits of carrying out this activity are to develop the catfish cultivation business, increase seed production, utilize waste water from catfish rearing media into liquid fertilizer products that can be used to develop herbal plant cultivation which will ultimately increase the income of cultivators at UPR Doa Mandeh. The activity model is in the form of empowerment, development and assistance which is implemented using counseling, training and technical/production assistance methods. The results of this activity are high survival and growth rates for catfish, water quality is in the optimal range, and the richness of nutrients in wastewater from the biofloc system can be used as liquid fertilizer for herbal plants.

tners and the farmers they support still lack experience in sorghum farming, especially in profit analysis. This is an obstacle in spreading sorghum as an agricultural potential, because extension workers have difficulty providing farmers with an understanding of the benefits of sorghum farming. Therefore, knowledge is needed in carrying out farming analysis, as well as organizing human resources in farmer groups so that they can produce maximum quality and quantity. Through this knowledge and ability, it is hoped that partners can further optimize the dissemination of sorghum farming to the farmers they support so that they can produce sustainably. The methods used in this service activity are training and mentoring. For training activities, farming business analysis and farmer group management were carried out for one day, where the implementing team facilitated training to partners, namely BPP East Suwawa. After the training activities, students in the implementing team provided regular assistance for two weeks to optimize the results obtained in the training. The results of the activity showed that the activity participants were very enthusiastic during the mentoring activity, and gave positive responses, so that activities like this could be routine, especially in assisting with sorghum farming analysis.

The method used in overcoming the problem is socialization with lectures and discussions to increase understanding of the role of maggot in reducing household organic waste, can be used as animal feed and kasgot as a planting medium and organic fertilizer; as well as direct practice of maggot cultivation and making organic fertilizer with kasgot raw materials. The conclusion from the results of these activities is that the PKM activity partner participants have seen an increase in partner understanding of the role of maggot in reducing household organic waste and other benefits it produces after socialization (with lectures and question and answer discussions) and partners understand how to cultivate maggot and make organic fertilizer with kasgot raw materials.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari kegiatan kegiatan Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini yaitu untuk menambah pengetahuan mitra dalam mengurangi sampah organik rumah tangga dengan budidaya maggot sebagai pakan alternatif serta aplikasi kasgot yang dapat dijadikan media tanam dan pupuk organik. Permasalahan mitra adalah pengetahuan mitra rendah dalam pengolahan sampah organik; pakan ternak unggas dan pupuk yang biasa digunakan mitra harganya sangat mahal. Metode yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi masalah yaitu dengan sosialisasi dengan ceramah dan diskusi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang peran maggot dalam mengurangi sampah organik rumah tangga, dapat dijadikan pakan ternak serta kasgot sebagai media tanam dan pupuk organik; serta praktek langsung budidaya maggot dan pembuatan pupuk organik dengan bahan baku kasgot. Kesimpulan dari hasil kegiatan tersebut bahwa peserta mitra kegiatan PKM terlihat adanya peningkatan pemahaman mitra tentang peran maggot dalam mengurangi sampah organik rumah tangga serta manfaat lain yang dihasilkannya setelah dilakukan sosialisasi (dengan ceramah dan diskusi tanya jawab) dan mitra memahami cara budidaya maggot serta pembuatan pupuk organik dengan bahan baku kasgot.

Abstrak: Sampah plastik dapat menimbulkan polusi. Polusi plastik dapat mencemari tanah, saluran air dan lautan. Kondisi ini juga menjadi permasalahan di salah satu kampung Pulosari yang terletak di wilayah Surabaya Selatan. Kurangnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran untuk melakukan pemilahan sampah, membuat kampung tersebut merupakan permasalahan yang akan diselesaikan dalam Program Kemitraan Masyarakat yang dilakukan di kampung ini. Pelaksanaan program kemitraan masyarakat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra dan metode pendampingan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan dalam pemilahan sampah anorganik. Hasil dari pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat adalah pengetahuan dan pemahaman ma-syarakat akan pentingnya pemilahan sampah. The result of this community service activity is the creation of a cleaner and healthier environment, as well as the formation of recommendations and action plans to improve waste management at Loang Baloq Beach and other tourist destinations in Mataram City. The concept of multi-stakeholder collaboration that is applied in this service activity can be an example for waste management activities and the management of other tourist destinations in Indonesia. In addition, this activity also provides valuable experience for students in carrying out community service activities and involving different stakeholders in achieving the same goals. It is hoped that this activity can have a wider impact on the environment and society in Mataram City, and can be used as a reference for similar activities in the future.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan merupakan upaya kolaborasi multi stakeholder dalam menjaga kebersihan dan kelestarian Pantai Loang Baloq. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak terkait, termasuk Pemerintah Daerah, PDPM Kota Mataram, pelaku industri pariwisata, masyarakat sekitar, dan Mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap, antara lain observasi masalah, persiapan, pelaksanaan pembersihan sampah, serta pembuatan rekomendasi dan rencana aksi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah terciptanya lingkungan yang lebih bersih dan sehat, serta terbentuknya rekomendasi dan rencana aksi untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan sampah di Pantai Loang Baloq dan destinasi wisata lainnya yang ada di Kota Mataram. Konsep kolaborasi multi stakeholder yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat menjadi contoh bagi kegiatan pengelolaan sampah dan pengelolaan destinasi wisata lainnya di Indonesia. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga memberikan pengalaman berharga bagi para mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dan melibatkan stakeholder yang berbeda dalam mencapai tujuan yang sama. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat memberikan dampak yang lebih luas bagi lingkungan dan masyarakat di Kota Mataram, serta dapat dijadikan acuan bagi kegiatan serupa dimasa depan.

This activity uses a direct practice method in the Lopo Village community, involving community groups as activity participants. The creations of this activity have made handicraft products from plastic waste in the form of chairs, tables, flower vases, flowers and tissue holders. In addition, an integrated WhatsApp group was formed in waste management. There was also a prototype of a simple tool for producing fuel oil (BBM). Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah melakukan sosialisasi, penyuluhan dan diskusi langsung ke masyarakat dan kelompok dasawisma menjaga kesehatan dan kebersihan lingkungan, memberikan pelatihan teknik pemilihan sampah, dan manajemen terintegrasi berbasis digital sejenis “Bank Sampahâ€, memberikan pelatihan langsung teknik pengolahan sampah plastik untuk menghasilkan bahan bakar minyak, memberdayakan kelompok masyarakat dalam membuat kerajinan tangan dari sampah plastik yang bernilai ekonomi, memberikan pelatihan dalam memasarkan produk kerajinan berbasis digital. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode praktek langsung di masayarakat Desa Lopo, dengan melibatkan kelompok masayarakat sebagai peserta kegiatan. Hasil kreasi dari kegiatan ini telah dibuat produk kerajinan dari sampah plastik berupa tempat kursi, meja, vas bunga, bunga dan tempat tissue. This service aims to provide clean tourism education through waste management programs into new goods, counseling about (content) upgrades, and social media accounts as well as technical training in compiling promotional content based on digital media technology. The method of community service activities applied Socialization and discussion, training and mentoring, and evaluation, through evaluation aims to see the process of training activities in the long term by looking at the number of partner group participants when managing tourism. The results obtained in this service are increasing the insight of the village community about the use of waste in new goods. Visitors' concern for the tourist destinations visited and the use of digital media, namely the creation of clean tourism content to be published on the YouTube channel.

Abstrak: Tahu merupakan salah satu makanan sehari-hari masyarakat Indonesia. Industri tahu sendiri sudah cukup banyak di temui di daerah Kabupaten Manggarai namun sisa ampas tahu tidak diolah lebih lanjut dan hanya dimanfaatkan sebagai pakan ternak. Mengacu dari berbagai penelitian yang sudah dilakukan mempertegaskan bahwa ampas tahu dapat diolah sebagai bahan baku olahan aneka makanan, salah satunya ialah kerupuk ampas tahu. Pengolahan ampas tahu menjadi kerupuk merupakan salah satu inovasi yang dibuat tanpa mengurangi nilai gizi yang ada dalam ampas tahu. Kegiatan pengolahan ampas tahu dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Poco Mal Kecamatan Langke Rembong Kabupaten Manggarai. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang diterapkan berupa metode pelaksanaan, manajemen usaha, teknik pengolahan ampas tahu, dan strategi pemasaran. Setiap metode kegiatan yang diterapkan akan dievaluasi melalui kegiatan diskusi bersama anggota dan jika ditemukan adanya kendala maka tim secara cepat menyikapi kendala yang ada. Metode ini menjadi suatu sistem pengolahan yang terorganisir dengan pendekatan manajemen usaha. Hasil kegiatan ini memberi dampak positif berupa adanya inovasi baru terhadap pengelolaan limbah ampas tahu menjadi kerupuk. Inovasi yang diberikan berupa pemberian rasa pedas, original,dan bawang goreng. Target penjualan kerupuk ampas tahu akan ditingkatkan secara bertahap dan untuk tahap ini kegiatan usaha difokuskan pada peningkatan penjualan setiap kali produksi.
