st in the furniture industry in Pasuruan City, which has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, and a geographic information system has not yet been developed in an effort to develop the furniture industry, research has been carried out on a web-based geographic information system (WebGIS) mapping the furniture industry in Pasuruan City using Leaflets and OpenStreetMap. The developed furniture industry WebGIS application takes advantage of the open source and dynamic advantages of Leflet and OpenStreetMap technologies which have provided very decent results on several GIS web-based application systems. In the testing phase with the Blackbox method, the WebGIS application for the furniture industry in Pasuruan City functionally has run well on desktop devices and also run well on simulated mobile devices. Testing was carried out on several types of browsers like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. This WebGIS application has been able to map the furniture industry in Pasuruan City so that the distribution of economic activity actors, especially the furniture industry, can be seen throughout the city and each sub-district. It can provide detailed information on furniture industry players in Pasuruan.

Guna mendongkrak minat pasar akan industri mebel kota Pasuruan yang terimbas pandemi COVID-19, dan belum dikembangkannya suatu sistem informasi geografis sebagai upaya pengembangan industri mebel maka dilaksanakan penelitian tentang sistem informasi geografis berbasis web (WebGIS) pemetaan industri mebel kota Pasuruan menggunakan Leaflet dan OpenStreetMap. Aplikasi WebGIS industri mebel yang dikembangkan memanfaatkan kelebihan teknologi Leflet dan OpenStreetMap yang bersifat open source dan dinamis yang telah memberikan hasil yang sangat layak pada beberapa sistem aplikasi berbasis WebGIS. Pada tahap pengujian dengan metode Blackbox, aplikasi WebGIS industri mebel kota Pasuruan secara fungsional telah dapat berjalan dengan baik pada perangkat dekstop dan juga berhasil berjalan dengan baik pada simulated mobile device. Pengujian dilakukan pada beberapa macam browser seperti Google Chrome dan Microsoft Edge. Aplikasi WebGIS ini telah dapat memetakan industri mebel kota Pasuruan, sehingga dapat diketahui sebaran pelaku kegiatan ekonomi khususnya industri mebel, baik seluruh kota maupun tiap-tiap kecamatan, serta dapat memberikan detail informasi pelaku industri mebel di kota Pasuruan.

E-groceries are starting to become more popular now, allowing people to shop online for their daily needs. E-grocery provides a variety of services, delivery services, and ease of use of applications to users. The design of the E-Grocery system significantly provides several operational advantages such as making data processing easier to trace and building personal relationships with customers and couriers so that they become closer. This is the company's competitiveness in selling their daily needs. This research aims to provide benefits to the community, sellers, and couriers to make it easier to shop for daily necessities such as fruits, vegetables, and other necessities, and also to help reduce the unemployment rate of the community by becoming a courier for delivery orders. The design of the E-Grocery system uses the agile method, with the software modeling language using UML. The result of this research is the E-grocery application, an android-based mobile application. With the e-grocery application, sales have been digitized to facilitate the distribution of daily goods to busy working people.

Abstrak : Sejak Virus Covid-19 melanda telah terjadi penurunan mobilitas masyarakat di pasar tradisional Kota Batam, banyak yang terkena Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (Phk). Kota Batam sendiri, khususnya daerah Tiban, mayoritas masyarakatnya adalah pekerja, dengan kesibukan dari pagi sampai sore bahkan tak jarang hingga malam hari, membuat masyarakat memiliki sedikit waktu untuk berbelanja kebutuhan sehari – hari ke pasar. Saat ini, E-grocery mulai banyak bermunculan memungkinkan orang-orang untuk berbelanja kebutuhan sehari-sehari secara online. E-grocery menyediakan berbagai macam pelayanan, layanan pesan antar, kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi kepada pengguna. Perancangan sistem E-Grocery secara signifikan memberikan sejumlah kelebihan operasional seperti pemrosesan data menjadi lebih mudah ditelusuri, dapat membangun hubungan personal dengan pelanggan dan kurir sehingga menjadi lebih dekat. Hal ini merupakan daya saing perusahaan dalam menjual kebutuhan sehari – hari mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberi kemanfaatan kepada masyarakat, penjual dan kurir untuk mempermudah dalam berbelanja kebutuhan sehari - hari seperti buah - buahan, sayur mayur, serta kebutuhan lainnya, juga membantu mengurangi tingkat pengangguran masyarakat dengan menjadi kurir pengantaran pesanan. Perancangan sistem E-Grocery menggunakan metode agile, dengan bahasa pemodelan perangkat lunak menggunakan UML. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Aplikasi E-grocery yang merupakan Aplikasi mobile berbasis android. Dengan adanya aplikasi E-grocery maka penjualan sudah digitalisasi sehingga memperlancar pendistribusian produk harian kepada masyarakat yang sibuk bekerja.

The problem faced by PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa is the lack of motivation experienced by employees. One of the efforts to increase employee motivation is to select role models/exemplary employees who will later become examples for other employees. Based on this, it is necessary to use technology, namely the design of a decision support system in determining exemplary employees by applying the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. The SMART method has advantages, namely in deciding with many alternatives and criteria. It is more complex to make a decision, and the decision results are better. The results of this study get Alfiansyah's alternative with a value of 74.85202777 to be a role model for PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa.

Abstrak: PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa saat ini merupakan satu-satunya Badan Usaha Milik Daerah yang ada di kabupaten Asahan, hal ini menuntut PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa untuk terus melakukan pembenahan guna mewujudkan pelayanan yang optimal kepada pelanggan. Pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan tentunya erat kaitannya dengan sumber daya manusia dan kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan memiliki peran yang sangat penting bagi keberhasilan perusahaan sehingga dapat dilihat kekuatan, kelemahan, dan potensi kesenjangan manajerial dalam organisasi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa adalah kurangnya motivasi yang dialami oleh pegawai. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi pegawai adalah dengan memilih role model/pegawai teladan yang nantinya akan menjadi contoh bagi pegawai lainnya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu digunakan teknologi yaitu perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan pegawai teladan dengan menerapkan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). Metode SMART memiliki kelebihan yaitu dalam keadaan pengambilan keputusan dengan banyak alternatif dan kriteria sehingga lebih kompleks dalam pengambilan keputusan dan akurasi hasil keputusan yang lebih baik. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan alternatif Alfiansyah dengan nilai 74,85202777 untuk menjadi role model bagi PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa.

Abstrak: Paket internet merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi para pengguna handphone. Therefore the purpose of this research is to measure the performance of the hybrid algorithm, consisting a symmetric keyBlowfish algorithm and an asymmetric key RSA algorithm, in encrypting and decrypting multiple types of data such as documents, photos, audios, and videos. The result is the performance of the hybrid algorithm is almost on par with Blowfish and provides a more secure data encryption and decryption by taking advantage of RSA algorithm. The average encryption performance of hybrid algorithm is 0.85s on document, 1.06s on photo, 3.38s on audio, and 15.56s on video. While the average decryption performance of hybrid algorithm is 1.01s on document, 1.38s on photo, 4.3s on audio, and 27.56s on video.

Abstrak:Keamanan data komputer berhubungan dengan pencegahan dari pencurian data oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab, salah satu cara pengamanan data komputer yaitu dengan teknik kriptografi. Beberapa metode kriptografi memiliki performa yang baik dan buruk tergantung dengan tipe kuncinya. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengukur tingkat kecepatan kriptografi hybrid, terdiri dari algoritma simetris Blowfish dan algoritma asimetris RSA, dengan beberapa tipe data seperti dokumen, foto, audio dan video. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah algoritma hybrid memiliki performa yang tidak jauh berbeda dari algoritma Blowfish dan membuat proses enkripsi dan dekripsi data lebih aman dengan keunggulan dari algoritma RSA. Rata-rata kecepatan enkripsi algoritma hybrid untuk dokumen 0,85 detik, gambar 1,06 detik, audio 3,38 detik, dan video 15,56 detik. Sedangkan rata-rata kecepatan dekripsi algoritma hybrid untuk dokumen 1,01 detik, gambar 1,38 detik, audio 4,3 detik, dan video 27,56 detik.

This logistical projection data processing using software of Matlab 6.1. After using Backpropogation finally found the best architectural pattern is 8-3-3-1 of 5 aritektur architecture that has been tested. Of the pattern is then predicted projection logistics at General Hospital Kartini range in 2014 will increase to 91 290 from 65 422 in 2013 for an increase of 25 868 (28.33%).

Pada saat ini proses perhitungan telah banyak dilakukan dengan bantuan software-software yang ada pada komputer yang berkecepatan tinggi seperti Jaringan Saraf Tiruan. Jaringan Saraf Tiruan Backpropogation digunakan untuk memprediksi proyeksi logistik pasien berdasarkan jenis obat Analgetik, Antiemetik, Vitamin, Antiepilepsi, Anestesi, Anti Parkinson, Psikofarmaka, Kortikosteroid. Pengolahan data proyeksi logistik ini menggunakan software Matlab 6.1. Setelah menggunakan Backpropogation akhirnya ditemukan pola arsitektur yang terbaik yaitu arsitektur 8-3-3-1 dari 5 arsitektur yang telah diujikan. Dari pola tersebut kemudian diprediksi proyeksi logistik di Rumah Sakit Umum Ibu Kartini Kisaran pada tahun 2014 akan meningkat menjadi 91290 dari tahun 2013 sebesar 65422 atau meningkat sebesar 25868 (28,33%).

Data collection involved document and thematic analyses, emphasizing ethical practices’ impact on stakeholder relationships and competitive outcomes. The findings highlight that PT KAI’s ethical initiatives strengthen its reputation, promote customer loyalty, and support a positive workplace environment. Despite these successes, challenges remain, including the absence of formalized ethical guidelines and the need for ethical leadership. The study concludes that integrating PR ethics into organizational culture enhances competitive advantage and ensures long-term sustainability in a dynamic market.

Through content analysis qualitative study, the study attains the targeted exploration. 5 experienced English teachers are selected to conduct semi-structured interviews. The data were analyzed and reviewed by the researchers and experts for affording the valid results. The results provide valuable insights towards the issues that are raised. This study sheds a light on the essence of digital environment in ELT which assists the feasible various sources of learning to be attained. Findings revealed that Connectivism can definitely foster learners’ language skills, such as speaking, listening, and pronunciation through the various digital platforms that are provided. Interestingly, connectivism is advantageous for strengthening learners' 21st century skills, namely critical thinking, collaboration, communication skills, and creativity in learning English. On the other hand, the challenges encountered by teachers in integrating connectivism are 1) inadequate facilities and infrastructure, 2) lack of training and development in educator resources, and 3) low internet network access or the bandwidth.
