The Industrial Revolution 4.0 currently has an influence in various fields, one of which is the world of education, with IoT presenting an industrial revolution in the world of education in finding ways to implement learning systems so that they are not outdated. STMIK Royal is one of the computer high schools in Kisaran that wants to develop a better learning model for its students. In choosing the development of learning models requires a decision support system method in choosing the best using the AHP method. This method can analyze a number of criteria and alternatives in choosing the best learning model development which is determined through the calculation process. This model is easier and more effective to produce the best. The AHP method is able to produce the selection of learning model development with several selection criteria and influential alternative choices. The result of the highest ranking is a priority on criteria and alternatives in achieving the goal of choosing a learning model at STMIK Royal Kisaran.

Abstrak: Pendidikan sebagai aspek penting, dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan perlu dilakukan secara inovatif. Model Pembelajaran adalah contoh pola atau struktur belajar siswa yang dirancang, dilaksanakan, dan dievaluasi secara sistematis oleh guru dalam rangka mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Revolusi Industri 4.0 saat ini telah memberikan pengaruh di berbagai bidang salah satunya dunia pendidikan, dengan IoT menghadirkan revolusi industri di dunia pendidikan dalam mencari jalan mengimplementasikan sistem pembelajaran agar tidak ketinggalan zaman. STMIK Royal merupakan salah satu sekolah tinggi komputer di Kisaran yang ingin mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang lebih baik bagi mahasiswanya. Dalam memilih pengembangan model pembelajaran memerlukan metode sistem pendukung keputusan dalam memilih yang terbaik menggunakan metode AHP. Metode ini dapat menganalisis sejumlah kriteria dan alternatif dalam memilih pengembangan model pembelajaran terbaik yang ditentukan melalui proses perhitungan. Model ini lebih mudah dan efektif untuk menghasilkan yang terbaik. Metode AHP mampu menghasilkan pemilihan pengembangan model pembelajaran dengan beberapa kriteria seleksi dan alternatif pilihan yang berpengaruh. Hasil perangkingan tertinggi merupakan prioritas pada kriteria dan alternatif dalam pencapaian tujuan memilih model pembelajaran di STMIK Royal Kisaran.

This research uses a qualitative approach with case studies as the main methodology. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with organizational leaders and analysis of documents related to risk management. The analysis steps include risk identification, risk evaluation using impact and probability assessment methods, as well as risk mitigation strategies applied in strategic decision making. The research results show that a comprehensive risk identification process provides a strong basis for designing effective risk management strategies. In-depth risk evaluation allows organizations to prioritize the most significant risks and develop appropriate mitigation actions. Implementation of risk mitigation strategies such as prevention, mitigation, transfer or retention of risk has contributed significantly to reducing the negative impact of risks faced by organizations. This research confirms that risk management is not only a tool to protect organizational value, but also a proactive approach that supports the achievement of long-term strategic goals. By implementing best practices in risk management, organizations can build a solid foundation for sustainable growth and success in a competitive and dynamic marketplace.

kat (PKM) ini bertujuan mengatasi kendala operasional perangkat digital, kerentanan siber, serta mengoptimalkan administrasi publik di Desa Perapat Janji, Sumatera Utara. Melalui pendekatan Community-Based Education, program diwujudkan lewat dua klaster utama: Digital Literacy Academy untuk warga umum serta E-Government Literacy Workshop bagi aparatur desa. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan dampak kuantitatif yang signifikan. Skor rata-rata literasi digital masyarakat umum melonjak sebesar 85,4%, naik dari nilai pre-test 42,5 menjadi 78,8 pada post-test. Sementara itu, kompetensi psikomotorik aparatur desa meningkat dari 48,0 menjadi 87,5, dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100% dalam pengarsipan berbasis cloud. Program ini berhasil mempercepat transformasi desa menjadi lebih cakap digital serta meningkatkan efisiensi layanan sosial kedesaan yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi.
The acceleration of information technology has triggered a significant digital divide in rural areas due to low digital literacy among non-productive communities and village officials. This Community Service (PKM) program aimed to overcome operational digital device limitations, cyber vulnerabilities, and sub-optimal public administration services in Perapat Janji Village, North Sumatra. Utilizing a Community-Based Education approach, the project implemented two main initiatives: the Digital Literacy Academy for the general public and the E-Government Literacy Workshop for village officials. The evaluation showed significant quantitative impacts. The general public's average digital literacy score jumped by 85.4%, increasing from a pre-test score of 42.5 to 78.8 in the post-test. Meanwhile, the psychomotor competence of village officials rose from 48.0 to 87.5, achieving a 100% success rate in cloud-based digital archiving. This program successfully accelerated rural transformation toward digital proficiency and enhanced the efficiency of adaptive village social services.

dang Genting masih mengalami kendala dalam menyusun modul ajar, Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), serta mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis proyek secara efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pendampingan berbasis Project-Based Learning untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan, pendampingan implementasi di kelas, praktik penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, dan evaluasi reflektif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa model pendampingan yang diterapkan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun modul ajar dan RPP berbasis proyek dengan capaian sebesar 89,3% pada kategori sangat baik. Selain itu, guru menjadi lebih aktif, kreatif, dan mampu melibatkan siswa dalam pembelajaran yang komunikatif dan kolaboratif. Dengan demikian, model pendampingan berbasis Project-Based Learning efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di SDN 15 Padang Genting.
Project-Based Learning (PBL) is an innovative approach that can improve the quality of English language learning in elementary schools through collaborative and project-oriented activities. However, teachers at SDN 15 Padang Genting still face difficulties in developing teaching modules, lesson plans, and implementing project-based learning effectively. This community service activity aimed to develop a mentoring model based on Project-Based Learning to improve teachers’ competence in English language teaching. The methods used included needs analysis, teacher training, classroom mentoring, practical implementation of learning tools, and reflective evaluation. The stages of the activity consisted of identifying teachers’ needs, designing the mentoring model, conducting training sessions, assisting classroom implementation, and evaluating the outcomes. The results showed that the mentoring model improved teachers’ ability to develop project-based teaching modules and lesson plans, achieving a score of 89.3% in the very good category. In addition, teachers became more active and creative in engaging students in collaborative and communicative learning activities. Therefore, the Project-Based Learning mentoring model was effective in improving the quality of English language learning at SDN 15 Padang Genting.

This study aims to describe the form of leadership communication strategies, employee work motivation, and at the same time determine the effect of leadership communication strategies in increasing employee work motivation at the Medan City Cultural Office. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach and type of research through interviews and observations of informants to obtain research data. The results of the study indicate that the leadership communication strategy of the Cultural Office still needs to be improved in the area of clarity and even distribution of organizational messages that should be adjusted to its main duties and functions. Furthermore, it was found that intrinsic motivational factors, such as recognition, were the dominant factor in driving work motivation. Finally, it was found that the leadership communication strategy implemented influenced the increase or decrease in employee work motivation at the Medan City Cultural Service.

Initially, the total of 146 articles from various research databases ranging from the year 2018 to 2021 were downloaded. However, 35 articles were reviewed from the total articles downloaded and selected as the study sample size by meeting the title, abstract and contents criteria. Furthermore, the results of this study employed systematic literature review (SLR) to explain in details why CBDC should be chosen and how it supersede the traditional physical currency based on individual and organizational perspectives. The study assesses the roles of CBDC based on three parameters such as features, perceived benefits and challenges of both CBDC and Physical Currency. It also revealed that CBDC can replaces the use of physical currency depends only on how people, businesses perceive the features, benefits (better allocation, accessibility, interest bearing, convertibility and cost reduction) and possible challenges (reverse of the benefits) associated with CBDC compare to it counterpart.
