factors that influences the working environment. This research aims to determine the relationship between the work environment and the job satisfaction of nurses in regional general hospitals in Bogor City. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents. The sampling technique for this research uses saturated sampling. The analysis technique for this research is descriptive analysis, correlation coefficients (Rank Spearman), coefficient of determination r2, and correlation coefficient hypothesis. This research shows a strong relationship between work environment and job satisfaction based on the results of the Rank Spearman correlation coefficient of 0,759 and from the results of the coefficient of determination is it known that work environment has a positive relationship with a value of r2 = 66,1%. Simple linear regression analysis reveals a positive relationship between the social media use variable (X) and the level of voter political awareness (Y), with social media explaining approximately 23.1% of the variation in voter awareness. Although significant, the influence of social media does not explain the entire variation in voter political awareness. Other factors outside the research variables also contribute, indicating the complexity in understanding the factors that influence the political awareness of first-time voters. Therefore, it is suggested to integrate social media use into better political campaign strategies, considering the characteristics of first-time voters. Increased digital access and knowledge also need to be strengthened so that first-time voters can participate more actively and effectively in the democratic process.

egy in improving students’ reading comprehension, which focuses on literal meaning and descriptive text. This research used quasi-experimental research design involving an Experimental class and a control class. The sample of this research were students of VII B as the experimental class, which consisted of 31 students, and the students of VIII A as the control class, which consisted of 31 students. The data was collected through pre-test and post-test. The result confirmed that the mean score of the experimental class had increased from 44.87 to 73.83. On the other hand, in the control class, it has increased from 48.29 to 62.64. The result of the test was analyzed statistically by applying 0.05 level significance. The researcher found that the value of the t-counted was higher than the t-table (4.59 > 1.67). In the other words, the implementation of choral reading strategy can develop students’ reading comprehension of the eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 13 Palu. This strategy has a significant impact on the English learning process, especially helping students in reading comprehension to find information about the text and understand the entire meaning of the text, so that students can practice choral reading as their independent reading comprehension strategy in the future

Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendidikan inklusif di SLB Negeri Keleyan Bangkalan ini telah membuat langkah signifikan dalam menyediakan akses pendidikan yang lebih adil dan inklusif bagi anak-anak penyandang disabilitas, termasuk tunanetra dan tunarungu. The next system design stage establishes the architecture and technical specifications of the system. System implementation is done after the design is complete, followed by a testing phase to ensure system functionality and reliability. The result of this research is an SIP that is integrated with the sales activities of Bakmi Khek Restaurant. The system includes features such as inventory management, order recording, and sales tracking. Through the application of SDLC, the development of this system can be done in a structured and efficient manner, ensuring business needs are met optimally.

This study aims to identify and analyze the market segments of Android smartphone users among students at STMIK Royal. The data used in this research were collected from 122 student respondents. The study employs clustering using the K-means algorithm. The resulting data modeling will categorize market segments into several clusters. This segmentation yields three clusters: Cluster 1 (features), consisting of 36 respondents who prioritize price, battery, camera, and warranty; Cluster 2 (product), with 49 respondents who value all attributes except warranty; and Cluster 3 (superiority), comprising 37 respondents who prioritize camera, brand, and RAM.

Dengan metode penelitian hukum normatif, artikel ini menelaah rasio legis larangan rangkap profesi, konstruksi pertimbangan Mahkamah, serta masalah implementasi yang muncul setelah putusan. Artikel ini berpendapat bahwa putusan Mahkamah dapat dibenarkan sejauh dibaca sebagai instrumen akses keadilan dan penguatan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. . Dengan menggunakan pendekatan etnografi dan metode kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña untuk menelaah tema, nilai moral, serta kearifan lokal yang terkandung dalam cerita rakyat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cerita rakyat Marind memuat pesan-pesan universal seperti kesetiaan, persahabatan, keadilan, keberanian, kemandirian, serta penghormatan terhadap alam. Cerita-cerita seperti Janji Ajaib Seorang Sahabat, Kisah Nona dari Salor, Kutukan Alamem di Tanah Domande dan Kalibian, dan Qaraipe memperlihatkan nilai solidaritas, keadilan sosial, kesadaran ekologis, serta pentingnya ketabahan menghadapi diskriminasi. Selain itu, unsur magis dan simbolisme alam dalam cerita memperkuat relasi spiritual masyarakat dengan lingkungannya. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa tradisi lisan masyarakat Anim Ha memiliki relevansi dengan isu kontemporer, terutama dalam pendidikan karakter, pelestarian budaya, mitigasi bencana, dan literasi lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, cerita rakyat Marind penting untuk didokumentasikan serta diintegrasikan dalam pendidikan formal guna menjaga identitas budaya lokal sekaligus menanamkan nilai-nilai luhur pada generasi muda Papua Selatan.
