The Effect of Training Programs on the Employee Achievment at the UPTP Office in the South Makassar I Region

Abstract: This research aims to determine the significance of the effect of training program on the employee achievement at the UPTP Office in the South Makassar Region I 2019-2022. This type of research uses a quantitative approach.… ch. The research subjects in this study were 40 employees. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis with simple linear regression analysis using Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software version 16. The results of this research show that training has a positive and significant effect on employee achievment. Employee achievment is directly influenced by the training that occurs at UPTP office in the South Makassar I Region. If the training program is improved, there will be an increase in employee achievement.

Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas V UPTD SD Negeri 124388 Pematangsiantar

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Tipe Student Teams Achievment Division (STAD) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas V UPTD SD Negeri 124388 Pematangsiantar. Rancangan penelitian… yang digunakan adalah rancangan Pre Esperimental Design menggunakan One Group Pre-test Post-test. Rancangan penelitian ini hanya melibatkan satu kelas dengan memberikan pretest dan posttest. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V UPTD SD Negeri 124348 Pematangsiantar yang berjumlah 22 orang, teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Variable penelitian adalah variabel bebas (X) yaitu Model Pembelajaran STAD dan variabel terikat (Y) yaitu Hasil Belajar. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Adapun uji yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini t paired sampel test dengan bantuan program IMB SPSS versi 26, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan di dapat thitung yaitu 6,012. Dengan frekuensi (df) sebesar 22-1 = 21, pada taraf signifikansi a=0,05 di ttabel yaitu 1,711. Maka diperoleh thitung>ttabel (6, 012>1,711). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model Student Teams Achievement Division terhadap hasil belajar Matematika Siswa kelas V UPTD SD Negeri 124388 Pematangsiantar T.A 2025/2026”.
