Ismawatie, Emma, Jimat, Resi Tondho, Putri, Arum Kusuma, Kurniawan, Adi
Abstract: Blood group examination is a blood grouping system based on the type of antigen. Examination of blood groups with antisera reagents, namely examination of blood groups with antisera reagents obtained from in vitro supernatant… atant cultures derived from mouse cell immunoglobulin hybridization. Examination of blood type with serum is an examination that uses blood type A as anti-B, blood type B as anti-A, and blood type O as anti-AB. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of the ABO system blood group examination using antisera reagents and serum slide method. The research method used was descriptive with samples of the ABO system blood group using antisera and serum reagents for 30 respondents using probability sampling technique. The materials used are human blood groups A, B, AB and O and anti-A, anti-B, anti-AB reagents. Data analysis was descriptive in the form of a profile table of the results of the ABO system blood group examination using antisera and serum reagents. The results of the study revealed that the results of blood group A were 7 (23%), blood group B were 7 (23%), blood group AB were 8 (27%), and blood group O were 8 (27%). The results obtained showed that the antisera and serum reagents had differences in the blood group examination results, namely the grade of agglutination produced by the serum was different from that of the antisera. It can be concluded that the results of blood grouping with antisera and serum reagents can be used for blood group examination. However, compared to antisera reagents, the results are better using antisera reagents compared to serum.

ELECTRONIC WORD OF MOUTH ANDA RELIGIOSITY ON PURCHSE INTENTION: THE MODERATING ROLE OF BRAND HATE AMONG STARBUCKS CONSUMERS IN INDONESIA

Shilmy Diyani, Putu Nina Madiawati, Nurafni Rubiyanti
Abstract: The emergence of consumer boycotts driven by socio-political issues reflects a fundamental shift in consumer behavior in the digital era. In Indonesia, a country characterized by high religiosity and extensive social media… ia engagement, the rapid dissemination of negative information through electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) can trigger strong emotional reactions toward brands. Starbucks Indonesia represents a salient case in which the brand became associated with the Israel–Palestine conflict, generating moral debates, religious sentiments, and intense brand-related hostility in digital spaces. In this context, consumers act not merely as rational economic actors, but as moral agents whose purchasing decisions are influenced by deeply held values and beliefs. This study aims to examine the effects of e-WOM and religiosity on purchase intention, with brand hate serving as a moderating variable among Starbucks consumers in Indonesia. Specifically, the research investigates how exposure to negative online narratives and consumers’ religiosity shape emotional responses in the form of brand hate, and how these responses influence purchasing intentions within a boycott context. A quantitative research design was employed using a survey method targeting Starbucks consumers in Indonesia who were aware of the boycott related to the Israel–Palestine conflict. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using structural equation modeling to assess both direct and indirect relationships among variables, including the moderating role of brand hate. This approach enables a comprehensive understanding of the psychological and behavioral mechanisms underlying consumer responses to value-laden and morally sensitive issues. The findings reveal that electronic word of mouth has a significant effect on purchase intention. Religiosity also influences purchase intention, both directly and indirectly through the formation of brand hate. Moreover, brand hate significantly moderates the relationship between e-WOM and purchase intention, such that higher levels of brand hate intensify the decline in consumers’ willingness to purchase. These results highlight the critical role of morally driven negative emotions in explaining reduced purchase intention during boycott movements. This study contributes theoretically by extending consumer behavior literature through the integration of digital communication, religiosity, and negative brand emotions within a single conceptual framework. Practically, the findings suggest that global brand managers should adopt culturally and religiously sensitive communication strategies and proactively manage digital narratives to mitigate the escalation of brand hate amid socio-political controversies.

Informants included representatives from government, local communities, academia, tourism businesses, and tourists. Thematic analysis was used to interpret the data and identify patterns and meanings related to stakeholder participation and partnership. The findings indicate that AI can serve as a tool for cultural preservation and enhancement of tourist experiences, through features such as historical chatbots and augmented reality. However, challenges remain, including limited infrastructure, low digital literacy among local communities, and weak inter-stakeholder collaboration. The study also finds that local communities have the potential to act as agents of digital literacy if actively involved in training programs and AI-based tourism management. The research concludes that developing heritage tourism destinations like Taman Sari requires strong synergy among stakeholders through the formation of inclusive digital collaboration forums. AI technology can be a valuable medium for cultural preservation when implemented in a contextual, participatory, and sustainable manner.

HEALING DURATION OF SUPERFICIAL WOUNDS AFTER SUNNAH CUPPING THERAPY: A LITERATURE REVIEW

Isdianto, Andik, Fitrianti, Novariza
Abstract: Sunnah cupping therapy is widely recognized as a traditional treatment believed to eliminate stagnant blood, enhance circulation, and accelerate healing. However, concerns remain regarding wound depth and skin recovery duration,… uration, especially in clinical settings. This study aims to systematically review scientific literature on the healing duration of superficial wounds resulting from cupping, factors influencing recovery, and the effectiveness of herbal topical treatments in supporting natural skin regeneration. A systematic literature review was conducted using publications from 2015 to 2025 sourced from PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. The analysis focused on non-surgical superficial wounds, post-cupping wound management, and the use of olive oil, black seed oil, and coconut oil in complementary traditional therapy. Findings indicate that cupping incisions typically reach only the epidermis and upper dermis, with a depth of 0.5–1 mm. These minor wounds generally heal within 3 to 7 days, depending on patient age, skin condition, anatomical location, and aftercare quality. The application of topical herbal agents has been shown to enhance healing through anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and regenerative mechanisms. In conclusion, Sunnah cupping can be classified as a safe and non-invasive therapy with a relatively short healing duration. Herbal-based wound care offers a natural, accessible, and effective treatment alternative, supporting the integration of cupping therapy into modern evidence-based complementary medicine. Further development of standardized post-cupping care protocols is recommended to optimize clinical implementation and ensure consistent patient outcomes.

Perempuan sebagai Pewaris: Transformasi Hukum Kewarisan dalam Bilangan 27:7 sebagai Manifestasi Keadilan Ilahi di Tengah Dominasi Patriarkat

Rudolf John Ritiauw
Abstract: Ancient Israelite tradition reflects a patriarchal social structure that positioned men at the center of social, legal, and religious authority, resulting in limitations on women’s rights and roles, including access to inheritance… inheritance law. This article addresses theological and juridical issues concerning the mechanism of legal change through the narrative of the daughters of Zelophehad in Numbers 27:1-11, which constitutes a significant turning point in Israelite legal tradition. The research problem focuses on the lack of attention in previous studies to the theological meaning of God’s decision in Numbers 27:7, as earlier research has tended to emphasize socio-cultural aspects, contextual relevance, or purely linguistic analysis. This study employs a qualitative approach based on a literature review, utilizing Hebrew textual exegesis, analysis of Israel’s patriarchal context, and a critical reading through the lens of feminist theology. The findings indicate that the daughters of Zelophehad’s claim was not merely a response to a legal vacuum, but a conscious action that positioned women as active subjects in the process of legal formation. God’s decision affirming their claim underscores divine justice that transcends the limitations of the patriarchal system and corrects institutionalized structural injustice. The conclusion affirms that this narrative presents God as the source of justice who sides with the restoration of the dignity of marginalized groups and opens space for women’s participation as agents of legal change. The novelty of this study lies in its theological interpretation that positions women not only as recipients of inheritance rights, but as pioneers of legitimate and divinely recognized legal transformation. These findings contribute to the development of feminist theology and Old Testament legal studies, while also providing a reflective foundation for gender equality discourse in contemporary theological and religious practice across cultures.
