were as many as 918 findings of diarrhea in toddlers at Gang Sehat Health Center. Mother's factor also affects the occurrence of diarrhea in toddlers. Knowledge is one of the factors causing the high mortality rate due to diarrhea. The importance of maternal knowledge and attitudes in handling diarrheal diseases needs to be discussed because diarrhea that is delayed or improperly handled can cause pain and adverse effects on children, namely infant mortality. Objective: To determine the relationship between mothers' knowledge and attitudes about diarrhea management and the classification of diarrhea in toddlers at the Gang Sehat Health Center. Methods: This study used the accidental sampling method with bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test. Results: The Chi Square test resulted in a value of 0.934, meaning that the P value > 0.05 indicates that there is no relationship between maternal knowledge and diarrhea classification in toddlers. With the results of the value of 0.443, meaning that the P value > 0.05, there is no relationship between the mother's attitude and diarrhea classification about diarrhea management in toddlers. Kianna Pet Shop and Animal Care is a veterinary clinic located on Jalan Imam Bonjol, Komplek Ruko Kota Mas, Kisaran, Asahan Regency. Kianna Pet Shop and Animal Care has many customers who trust Kianna Pet Shop and Animal Care to treat their pets. Kianna Pet Shop and Animal Care only has one veterinarian and one assistant. Angora cat diseases in general that are often treated at Kianna Pet Shop and Animal Care are fungus, FLUTD, feline calicivirus, fleas, cat flu, intestinal worms, hematoma (blood clots), chlamydiosis and diarrhea. To overcome these problems, an expert system was created using the Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method which will facilitate communication and consultation between veterinarians and Angora cat owners.

Abstrak:Kucing adalah hewan peliharaan yang banyak digemari oleh manusia, termasuk masyarakat di Indonesia. Masyarakat yang memelihara kucing perlu memperhatikan dan menjaga kesehatan kucing agar terhindar dari segala penyakit. Kucing anggora salah satu ras kucing yang memiliki daya tarik tersendiri bagi pecinta kucing. Dalam perawatannya, tak sedikit pemilik kucing anggora yang kurang memahami bagaimana cara merawat kucing anggora dengan baik sehingga dapat menyebabkan hewan tersebut terserang penyakit. Kurangnya pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh pemilik kucing tentang penyakit yang dialami oleh hewan kesayangannya itu dapat mengakibatkan kesalahan diagnosa serta penanganan yang tidak sesuai. Kianna Pet Shop and Animal Care memiliki banyak pelanggan yang memberikan kepercayaan terhadap Kianna Pet Shop and Animal Care untuk mengobati hewan peliharaannya. Kianna Pet Shop and Animal Care hanya memiliki satu orang dokter hewan dan satu orang asisten. Penyakit kucing anggora pada umumnya yang sering berobat di Kianna Pet Shop and Animal Care yaitu jamur, FLUTD, feline calicivirus, kutu, cat flu, cacingan, hematoma (pembekuan darah), chlamydiosis dan diare. Mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka dibuat suatu sistem pakar menggunakan metode Case Based Reasoning (CBR) yang akan mempermudah komunikasi dan konsultasi antara dokter hewan dan pemilik kucing anggora.

Abstrak: Diare merupakan penyakit terbesar kelima yang menyebabkan kematian. Penyakit ini biasanya disebabkan karena pola hidup yang tidak sehat dan bersih. Perlunya menumbuh kembangkan hidup sehat dari kecil. Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) bisa dimulai dari mencuci tangan dengan menggunakan sabun. Di desa Teluk Jambu tingginya penyakit diare membuat kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 154 yang mana sasaran pengabdian ini adalah untuk anak-anak. Mencuci tangan dengan menggunakan sabun merupakan cara membunuh kuman penyebab penyakit. Metode yang digunakan agar siswa/i mudah mengingat dan mengaplikasikannya harus membutuhkan media yang tepat, misalnya musik yang kemudian diiringi dengan demonstrasi gerakan tujuh langkah cuci tangan, agar tercapainya perubahan perilaku siswa/i setelah diberikan pembelajaran mengenai cara mencuci tangan menggunakan sabun.

Illness (IMCI) by WHO and UNICEF is a strategy that combines prevention, treatment and health promotion, including impact counseling to provide education to parents about the importance of disease management and access to health facilities. This research uses a systematic literature review to assess the influence of impact counseling in IMCI on parents' attitudes in bringing children to health facilities. Data was collected from databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar using relevant keywords. Articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively to measure the effect of counseling on parental attitudes and behavior. The results of the analysis show that impact counseling significantly increases parents' understanding and involvement in children's health care. Counseling reduces anxiety and increases parents' confidence in caring for their child. The use of information technology in counseling makes it easier to access information and support. Counseling also improves access and utilization of health facilities by providing important information about available services. In conclusion, counseling in IMCI has a significant influence on parents' attitudes and behavior in bringing children to health facilities. Counseling helps increase understanding of a child's health, reduces anxiety, and promotes better health practices at home. Ongoing counseling programs are expected to improve child health outcomes and support the overall well-being of the family.

This study aims to analyze the factors related to the incidence of diarrhea in the working area of the Kebun Kopi Community Health Center, Jambi City. The research utilized a cross-sectional study design, with a population of 843 people, from which 71 samples were selected through accidental sampling. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires, and analyzed univariately and bivariately using the chi-square test. The results indicate a significant relationship between latrine ownership (p-value 0.000), hand washing behavior (p-value 0.000), and knowledge (p-value 0.000) with the incidence of diarrhea. The variables associated with the incidence of diarrhea at the Kebun Kopi Health Center in Jambi City include latrine ownership, hand washing behavior, and knowledge. The high incidence of diarrhea is closely linked to inadequate sanitation, poor hand washing practices, and low levels of health knowledge. To significantly reduce the incidence of diarrhea, it is essential to improve access to proper sanitation, promote effective hand washing practices, and enhance public knowledge about essential health practices.
