IMPLEMENTATION OF BEETROOT JUICE (BETA VULGARIS L) ADMINISTRATION TO INCREASE HEMOGLOBIN LEVEL IN PREGNANT WOMEN WITH ANEMIA IN TAMANSARI VILLAGE KARANGMONCOL DISTRICT

Abstract: Background: Anemia is a condition in which the level of red blood cells or hemoglobin in the body is below normal. In pregnant women, anemia can pose health risks to both the mother and the fetus. One of the non-pharmacological… logical treatments that can be used is the administration of natural ingredients such as beetroot, which serves as an alternative due to its content of iron, folic acid, and vitamin C that can help increase hemoglobin levels. Objective: To provide an overview of the implementation of beetroot juice to increase hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with anemia. Methods: This study used a case study design involving one pregnant woman with anemia who met the inclusion criteria. The intervention consisted of administering 200 ml of beetroot juice per day for seven consecutive days. Evaluation was carried out by measuring hemoglobin levels before and after the intervention using the Easy Touch GCHb device. Results: The results showed that hemoglobin levels increased from 10.5 g/dL before the intervention to 11.8 g/dL after seven days, with an increase of 1.3 g/dL. Conclusion: Regular administration of beetroot juice is effective in increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with anemia.

AN OVERIVEW OF TOMATO JUICE ADMINISTRATION ON BLOOD PRESURE REDUCTION IN ELDERLY PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSION IN GEMURUH VILLAGE

Abstract: Background: Hypertension is a common non-communicable health problem among the elderly and poses a risk of serious complications. Nonpharmacological therapy using tomato juice—which is rich in potassium and lycopene—has… has the potential to naturally lower blood pressure. Objective: To observe the changes in blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension following the administration of tomato juice. Method: A case study design involving one elderly respondent (78 years old) with mild hypertension. The intervention consisted of administering 200 ml of tomato juice every morning before meals for 7 consecutive days. Blood pressure was measured every morning before and after consuming the juice. Results: There was an average reduction of 7.4 mmHg in systolic blood pressure and 5.4 mmHg in diastolic blood pressure after 7 days of intervention, indicating a positive effect of tomato juice in lowering blood pressure. Conclusion: Daily administration of tomato juice for 7 days effectively reduced blood pressure in an elderly hypertensive individual, suggesting it as a safe and practical non-pharmacological therapy.

THE EFFECT of TOMATO JUICE AND DRAGON FRUIT JUICE ON 2-HOUR POST PRANDIAL BLOOD GLUCOSE LEVELS IN TYPE 2 DIABETES MELITUS PATIENTS IN BAKULAN VILLAGE, KEMANGKON DISTRICT

One effort to help lower blood glucose levels is… s through complementary therapy using natural ingredients such as tomato juice and dragon fruit juice, which contain various active compounds such as lycopene, fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants.Objective: To determine the effect of tomato juice and dragon fruit juice on 2-hour post prandial blood glucose levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Methods: This research is a case study with two subjects who met the inclusion criteria. The intervention was administered for 7 days, during which subjects consumed tomato juice and dragon fruit juice. Blood glucose levels were measured before and after the intervention using an Easy Touch device. Results: The study showed a decrease in blood glucose levels after administration of both juices. This indicates that the combination of tomato juice and dragon fruit juice can significantly lower blood glucose levels. Conclusion: Administering tomato juice and dragon fruit juice can be an effective complementary therapy in lowering blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Hasil dari penerapan ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ACCURATE mampu membantu UMKM Fathin Juice dalam menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang lebih akurat dan tepat waktu, serta meminimalisir kesalahan dalam pencatatan transaksi. Dengan demikian, pemilik usaha dapat membuat keputusan bisnis yang lebih baik berdasarkan informasi keuangan yang andal. Program ini juga diharapkan dapat diterapkan pada UMKM lainnya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan keuangan mereka.

Pemanfaatan Daun Kelor Sebagai Minuman Herbal Dalam Rangka Mencegah Penyebaran Covid-19

Abstract: Abstract: Moringa leaves can be processed in various food and beverage products such as clear vegetables, juice, omelette, chips, nastar, donuts, bakwan and Moringa leaf noodles. In addition, Moringa leaves can be processed… sed as herbal drinks. Currently, with the covid-19 pandemic conditions around the world, many alternative herbal ingredients are consumed by the public to increase body nutrition in order to prevent transmission of the virus, one of which is Moringa leaves. Moringa plants are high in nutrients, such as vitamin C, calcium, vitamin A, potassium, and protein. The purpose of implementing this PkM activity is to provide information and, to provide assistance to the community in utilizing Moringa plants to prevent Covid-19, as well as to improve community skills in making Moringa herbal drink to prevent Covid-19. This PkM was held at the Ori Angu Farmers Group in Pambotanjara Village, with a series of activities including the socialization of the importance of Moringa leaves, the preparation of raw materials for making herbal moringa drinks, and the practice of manufacturing Moringa leaf herbal drink products. The results of this activity were the socialization of the use of Moringa leaves as a way to increase immunity in order to prevent viruses and the practice of making Moringa leaf tea with members of farmer groups, students and lecturers at the Ori Angu Farmer Group, Pambotanjara Village. Keywords: herbal drink; moringa leaves; prevents covid-19 Abstrak: Daun kelor dapat diolah dalam berbagai produk makanan dan minuman seperti sayur bening, juice, omelet, keripik, nastar, donat, bakwan dan mie daun kelor. Selain itu, daun kelor dapat diolah sebagai minuman herbal. Saat ini, dengan adanya kondisi pandemik covid-19 di seluruh dunia, banyak alternatif bahan herbal yang dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat untuk menambah nutrisi tubuh agar dapat mencegah terjadinya penularan virus tersebut, salah satunya adalah daun kelor. Tanaman kelor memiliki nutrisi tinggi, seperti vitamin C, kandungan kalsium, vitamin A, kandungan potasium, dan protein. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan PkM ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi dan, melakukan pendampingan kepada masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan tanaman kelor untuk mencegah covid-19, serta meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pembuatan minuman herbal daun kelor dalam mencegah covid-19. PkM ini dilaksanakan di Kelompok Tani Ori Angu Desa Pambotanjara dengan runtutan kegiatan adalah sosialisasi pentingnya daun kelor, persiapan bahan baku pembuatan minuman herbal daun kelor, dan praktik pembuatan produk minuman herbal daun kelor. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terlaksananya sosialisasi pemanfaatan daun kelor sebagai salah satu cara menambah imunitas tubuh dalam rangka mencegah virus dan dilaksanakannya praktik pembuatan teh daun kelor bersama anggota kelompok tani, mahasiswa dan dosen di Kelompok Tani Ori Angu Desa Pambotanjara. Government Digital Marketing Communications for Tourism Development in Bejijong Village

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the tourism potential and marketing strategies in Bejijong Village, a village with a rich history and culture from the Majapahit Kingdom era located in Mojokerto Regency, East Java Province. This… is study explores how village managers conduct managerial and marketing activities to attract tourists and promote local products. The research method involves a SWOT analysis to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the Marketing Mix’s 7P approach implemented by the village. The results of the study indicate that Bejijong Village has several significant advantages, including historical heritage such as Brahu Temple, Petilasan Siti Inggil, and Maha Vihara Majapahit, as well as local products such as smoked salted eggs, lemon juice, pukis lumer (melting) bertoping, tahu lontong (compress rice), and Cempaka batik handicrafts and wayang kulit. However, the challenges faced include less than optimal website management, lack of effective digital marketing strategies, and entrance fees that may be insufficient to support maintenance. This study introduces novelty in marketing strategy analysis by integrating the SWOT and Marketing Mix’s 7P approaches to provide in-depth insights into how management and marketing can be improved. These findings are expected to be a reference for other villages in designing more effective marketing strategies and suggesting improvement steps that can increase the attractiveness and sustainability of culture-based tourist destinations.
