Kesenjangan penelitian (gap) yang mendasari kajian ini adalah belum konsistennya hasil penelitian terdahulu mengenai hubungan antara likuiditas, efisiensi penggunaan aset, dan profitabilitas, serta masih terbatasnya penelitian yang berfokus pada subsektor tekstil dan garmen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan enam perusahaan sampel yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 30 data observasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Current Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Asset, sedangkan Total Asset Turnover berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return on Asset. Secara simultan, Current Ratio dan Total Asset Turnover berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Asset dengan kontribusi sebesar 32,2%. orge C. Edward III's policy implementation theory—communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure—are employed as the analytical framework. Field data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation were systematically analyzed using the data condensation, display, and conclusion drawing model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The findings indicate that the policy implementation on handling vagrants and beggars at the Social Affairs and Community Empowerment Office of Gorontalo City has been running fairly well but has not yet been optimal. In the communication aspect, coordination among implementers has been functioning well; however, information dissemination to target groups and the general public remains suboptimal. In the resources aspect, policy implementation has been supported by human resources, authority, and facilities, yet is still constrained by limited personnel and underutilized facilities and databases. In the disposition aspect, officials demonstrate commitment, responsibility, and a professional attitude in implementing the policy; however, guidance programs have not been able to reach all vagrants and beggars on a sustainable basis. In the bureaucratic structure aspect, policy implementation has been supported by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), clear task distribution, and inter-division coordination; nevertheless, SOP implementation in the field still needs optimization to ensure services reach all target groups. Based on these findings, the Social Affairs and Community Empowerment Office of Gorontalo City needs to enhance communication and socialization to target groups, strengthen human resources and supporting facilities, optimize guidance and empowerment programs, and improve inter-agency coordination so that the policy implementation on handling vagrants and beggars can be more effective in improving social welfare.

ents in East Java Province, with a sample of seven cities selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 21 observations during the 2022–2024 period. Data were collected through documentation and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. The results show that both balancing funds and capital expenditure do not have a significant effect on financial performance. In terms of direction, balancing funds have a negative relationship, while capital expenditure has a positive relationship, although both are statistically insignificant. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.182) indicates that these variables explain only 18.2% of financial performance, while the remaining 81.8% is influenced by other factors outside the model.

This initiative was motivated by the 2022 PISA results, which revealed that more than 99% of Indonesian students could only solve problems at lower levels (Lower Order Thinking Skills), while less than 1% reached higher levels (Higher Order Thinking Skills). One of the underlying causes is the prevalence of a fixed mindset among teachers—the belief that intelligence is innate and difficult to change. This training aimed to cultivate a growth mindset based on Carol S. Dweck’s (2006) theory, which emphasizes that abilities can be developed through effort and learning strategies. The method employed was a reflective andragogical workshop involving material presentations, microteaching simulations, and collaborative reflections. The results indicated a significant improvement in teachers’ understanding of the growth mindset concept and its implementation in deep learning. Teachers began providing process praise, applying The Power of Yet strategy, and creating emotionally safe and collaborative classroom environments. Furthermore, the establishment of the Growth-Oriented Teacher Community of Mandailing Natal (KGB-Madina) emerged as a sustainable platform for sharing best teaching practices and fostering continuous professional growth.

It can be concluded that the application of murottal method in RA Perwinda 4 Madining, Soppeng, proved effective in improving the ability to read and memorize the Qur'an children through an interactive and fun approach. The use of murottal audio from famous reciters/qariahs helps the child hear and imitate the correct recitation as per Tajweed, while the combination with creative methods like hand gestures and hijaiyah card games keeps their engagement. The study showed a significant increase in the ability to memorize short Surahs, from an average of 21.9% in the pre-cycle to 85.9% in the second cycle. This approach also supports the natural formation of Islamic character, making the murottal method an effective and innovative strategy in learning the Qur'an at an early age.

This study includes scientific articles published between 2023 and 2025 as primary references. The research findings indicate that the use of digital technology, such as flipped classroom models, interactive learning materials, and digital platforms, can encourage increased motivation and participation among students in IPS learning. However, the success of implementing this technology is highly influenced by several factors, including infrastructure readiness, teachers' competencies in integrating technology, and equitable access to technology. Adequate infrastructure readiness and teachers' ability to effectively utilize technology are key factors in creating engaging and meaningful learning experiences. Additionally, ensuring equitable access to technology for all students is crucial to ensure that every student can benefit from technology in learning. Based on these findings, this study recommends the development of continuous training programs for teachers to enhance their digital competencies and emphasizes the importance of implementing innovative teaching methods that can fully leverage the potential of technology. On the other hand, strengthening technology-based educational policies is also necessary to ensure that the implementation of technology in learning can be optimal and equitable. With the proper use of digital technology, IPS learning at the Junior High School level can become more engaging, interactive, and effective, thus supporting the overall improvement of education quality.

The research problem focuses on how visual elements are constructed as an effective persuasive communication strategy to capture attention, evoke emotions, and influence audience perceptions and interests through the peripheral route based on the Elaboration Likelihood Model framework. The study employs a qualitative approach using content analysis of 11 Instagram posts from @colorrunfestivalid selected through purposive sampling, supported by observation and interviews. The findings indicate that visual dominance reaches 82%, characterized by the use of bright colors, expressions of happiness, and interactive activities that effectively generate emotional appeal and rapid audience engagement. Most audiences pay greater attention to visuals than to text and demonstrate a willingness to participate after viewing the experiential representations presented. The psychological effect of fear of missing out further reinforces this response. The persuasion process is found to occur predominantly through the peripheral route, marked by low cognitive elaboration and a high reliance on visual cues. The study concludes that visuals function as the primary determinant of effective digital persuasive communication, as they simultaneously construct meaning, emotion, and experiential expectations. The novelty of this research lies in affirming visuals as the core of digital persuasion strategies through the integration of emotional, social, and psychological dimensions, while also reinforcing the dominance of the peripheral route as a key mechanism in contemporary media consumption.

Oleh karena itu, sosialisasi dan edukasi mengenai penggunaan media penyebaran pupuk menjadi langkah strategis untuk membantu masyarakat petani mengoptimalkan waktu dan tenaga dalam proses pemupukan.
Adapun tujuan dari adanya pengabdian ini ialah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat Lombok Wetan mengenai pentingnya efisiensi dalam proses pemupukan tanaman melalui pemanfaatan media penyebar pupuk, mensosialisasikan jenis dan cara kerja media penyebaran pupuk sederhana yang dapat membantu petani menghemat waktu dan tenaga dalam kegiatan pemupukan dan memberikan pelatihan atau demonstrasi langsung tentang penggunaan alat/media penyebaran pupuk yang praktis, efisien, dan sesuai dengan kondisi pertanian lokal.
Metode pengabdian yang diterapkan ialah menggunakan metode PAR atau yang biasa disebut dengan Participatory Action Research. Metode PAR merupakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengabdian yang melibatkan langsung masyarakat sebagai subjek aktif dalam proses identifikasi masalah, perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, hingga evaluasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengkaji bagaimana proses sosialisasi dan edukasi tersebut dilakukan serta pengaruhnya terhadap efisiensi waktu masyarakat dalam kegiatan pertanian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan diskusi kelompok fokus dengan petani di Lombok Wetan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi yang efektif dan edukasi yang berkelanjutan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam menggunakan media penyebaran pupuk sehingga proses pemupukan menjadi lebih efisien. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa intervensi komunikasi yang tepat sangat penting dalam mendukung peningkatan produktivitas pertanian dan pengelolaan waktu bagi masyarakat petani Lombok Wetan.
