isis pengaruh jam kerja, pengalaman kerja, dan jumlah trip terhadap pendapatan driver lokal Nusa Penida secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian asosiatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan quota sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial jam kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap pendapatan driver lokal Nusa Penida, sedangkan pengalaman kerja dan jumlah trip berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dengan jumlah trip sebagai variabel yang paling dominan. Secara simultan, jam kerja, pengalaman kerja, dan jumlah trip berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan driver lokal. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan pendapatan lebih dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman kerja dan jumlah trip dibandingkan lamanya jam kerja.

criptive method using secondary data obtained through documentation, including village revenue targets, revenue realization, expenditure budgets, expenditure realization, and financing budget data. The data were analyzed using effectiveness, efficiency, and growth ratio calculations to assess the achievement of revenue targets, the control of village expenditure, and the development of village financial performance over time. The results show that the effectiveness ratio was 60.71% in 2019, categorized as less effective, but improved to 100.25% in 2020 and 100.02% in 2022, both categorized as very effective. In 2021 and 2023, the effectiveness ratios were 99.99% and 99.74%, respectively, categorized as effective. The efficiency ratio remained in the very efficient category throughout 2019–2023, with values ranging from 39.14% to 51.16%. Meanwhile, revenue growth fluctuated, increasing by 57.86% in 2020, declining in 2021 and 2022, and rising again by 1.71% in 2023. These findings imply that Tebing Batu Village needs to maintain budget efficiency while strengthening revenue planning to achieve more stable financial growth.

astery of the prerequisite material, particularly the concepts of derivatives and integrals of functions of one variable. Therefore, understanding mathematical concepts is a fundamental aspect that determines students’ ability to understand the interrelationships between topics and solve problems systematically and logically. This study aims to describe students' conceptual understanding of multivariable calculus. The approach used is a descriptive approach with a purposive sampling technique, namely selecting research subjects based on certain criteria in the form of the highest and lowest levels of mathematical concept understanding. The results of the study indicate that students conceptual understanding varies across different materials. In the partial derivative material, students were not yet fully able to accurately represent the solution concept, especially in applying the rules for derivatives of exponential functions, so the results obtained did not conform to mathematical principles. These errors are conceptual in nature and indicate a weak grasp of certain basic concepts. However, in the material on derivatives of products of two functions and triple integrals, students demonstrated goog conceptual understanding. They were able to select, use, and apply solution procedures appropriately and systematically. This finding indicates that despite weaknesses in certain concepts, students still possess quite good procedural and conceptual abilities in the context of other problems in polynomial calculus.

This research is qualitative because it only gives explanations about a problem in the form of words, not numbers. The writer found a structural pattern in the lendawi structure. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data numerik serta analisis data yang dapat diukur yang mencakup data topografi, data modelling batubara, dan design tambang. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian deskriptif yaitu observasi langsung di lapangan dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif. Dari perhitungan dengan menggunakan Software Minescape 5.12 diperoleh total waste sebesar 1.700.898,91 Bcm dan batubara sebesar 242.840,92 Ton. Hasil perhitungan dari volume dan tonase diketahui nilai nisbah pengupasan atau stripping ratio sebesar 7,00.

In the field of mining, data processing is crucial due to the uneven distribution of mineral deposits within the earth. The utilisation of the Minescape programme can enhance all aspects of technical information for a mining site, from exploration data and geological surveys to the mining production schedule, and managing three-dimensional geological models and mine designs with the CAD 3D graphics system. The methods used include numerical data collection and measurable data analysis, encompassing topographic data, coal modelling data, and mine design. This research falls into the category of descriptive research, involving direct field observations using quantitative data. Calculations using Minescape Software 5.12 revealed a total waste of 1,700,898.91 Bcm and coal of 242,840.92 tonnes. From the calculation of volume and tonnage, the stripping ratio was found to be 7.00.

In addition, the lack of understanding of agricultural business management and digital marketing is also another problem in optimizing agricultural yields. This activity aims to increase the entrepreneurial capacity of the students through avocado cultivation as an environmentally friendly and sustainable economic potential. This program is implemented at Ponpes Irsyaduth Tholabah, Padangan, Bojonegoro Regency, with a participatory and educational approach. The main focus of the mentoring includes the transfer of knowledge about avocado cultivation techniques, agribusiness management, and the strengthening of entrepreneurial spirit based on Islamic values. Through a series of training and field practice, the students not only gain technical skills in planting avocados, but are also able to design business models that support the go green principle. The steps of activity implementation are as follows: a) Activity location survey, b) Pre-Test, c) Avocado Cultivation and Digital Marketing Training, d) Post-Test. The results of the activities show an increase in students' understanding of sustainable farming concepts and the emergence of small business initiatives based on agricultural products. This program is expected to become the embryo for producing a generation of students who are economically independent and concerned about environmental sustainability.

Abstrak: Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Ponpes Irsyaduth Tholabah Padangan adalah terbatasnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan santri dalam budidaya alpukat yang efisien dan ramah lingkungan. Banyak santri yang belum terbiasa dengan metode pertanian yang berkelanjutan, sehingga masih mengandalkan cara-cara tradisional yang kurang efisien dan berpotensi merusak lingkungan. Selain itu, kurangnya pemahaman tentang manajemen usaha pertanian dan pemasaran digital juga menjadi permasalahan lain dalam mengoptimalkan hasil pertanian. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kewirausahaan santri melalui budidaya alpukat sebagai potensi ekonomi yang ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan. Program ini dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Irsyaduth Tholabah, Padangan, Kabupaten Bojonegoro, dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan edukatif. Fokus utama pendampingan mencakup transfer pengetahuan tentang teknik budidaya alpukat, pengelolaan agribisnis, serta penguatan semangat kewirausahaan berbasis nilai-nilai keislaman. Melalui serangkaian pelatihan dan praktek lapangan, santri tidak hanya mendapatkan keterampilan teknis dalam menanam alpukat, tetapi juga mampu merancang model usaha yang mendukung prinsip go green. Langkah-langkah pelaksanaan kegiatan sebagai berikut: a) Survey lokasi Kegiatan, b) Pre-Test, c) Pelatihan Budidaya Alpukat dan Pemasaran Digital, d) Post-Test. n determining stock levels, either in the form of overstock or understock, which hinders operational effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to apply the Multiple Linear Regression method to analyze the relationship between incoming stock (X1) and outgoing stock (X2) variables with the ending stock variable (Y) to produce an optimal inventory prediction model. The research methodology used includes collecting historical transaction data for building materials such as cement, ceramics, zinc, plywood, and iron. This web-based prediction system was developed using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database. The analysis results show that the resulting regression model can provide a mathematical picture of future inventory patterns based on historical data. Implementation of this system is expected to assist the management of Jaqfar Building Materials Store in making strategic decisions regarding purchasing and sales in a more measured and efficient manner.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan pengelolaan persediaan bahan bangunan di Toko Bangunan Jaqfar yang masih dilakukan secara manual dan berdasarkan perkiraan subjektif. Hal ini menyebabkan sering terjadinya ketidaktepatan dalam menentukan jumlah stok, baik berupa kelebihan barang (overstock) maupun kekurangan barang (understock) yang menghambat efektivitas operasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menerapkan metode Multiple Linear Regression (Regresi Linear Berganda) untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel stok masuk (X1) dan stok keluar (X2) terhadap variabel stok akhir (Y) guna menghasilkan model prediksi persediaan yang optimal. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan mencakup pengumpulan data historis transaksi bahan bangunan seperti semen, keramik, seng, triplek, dan besi. Sistem prediksi ini dikembangkan berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model regresi yang dihasilkan mampu memberikan gambaran matematis mengenai pola persediaan di masa mendatang berdasarkan data historis. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu manajemen Toko Bangunan Jaqfar dalam mengambil keputusan strategis terkait pembelian dan penjualan secara lebih terukur serta efisien.
