tivity was conducted in the form of a public discussion involving the Bunda Menyapa PKM project team, Bunda PAUD Desa Kedungbanteng Kecamatan Kedungbanteng, Banyumas District, and college students from the Early Childhood Education Teacher Education Study Program of Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. The students participated as the proposing group of the campaign idea and as the writers of the Bunda Menyapa campaign song. The activity aimed to formulate the initial embryo of the Bunda Menyapa Campaign as an institutional advocacy model to be proposed to Bunda PAUD Kabupaten Banyumas. The method consisted of participatory public discussion, campaign concept presentation, stakeholder dialogue, theme-song discussion, and initial review of a policy brief proposal. The result of the activity was the formation of an early campaign concept that integrates symbolic leadership, community communication, institutional advocacy, and policy recommendation. The discussion also opened an opportunity for the policy brief proposal to be developed into a practical advocacy document for strengthening PAUD governance in Banyumas District.

e (PKM). This activity aims to improve digital literacy and pedagogical technology competence of students as prospective educators in the digital era. The implementation method involved 3rd and 5th semester students through two intensive training sessions that included concept presentations, technical demonstrations, and hands-on practice in creating link platform-based learning media such as Google Sites, Canva, and simple Learning Management Systems (LMS). Evaluation results show that this training successfully improved students' understanding of technology concepts and applications in learning. There was an increase in practical skills in managing digital content, creating interactive media, and integrating multimedia in one easily accessible platform. Students also demonstrated new awareness about the importance of digital literacy and ethics in using online content. Additionally, a commitment emerged to apply these skills in future teaching practices. It is concluded that this hands-on practice-based training is effective in strengthening students' pedagogical technology competencies while also contributing positively to developing the quality of prospective educators at STIT Padang Lawas Gunung Tua. Similar sustainable activities with intensive mentoring are recommended to strengthen impact and build a sustainable digital learning ecosystem.

This study aims to explore the subjective experiences of students at the Susha Siak Islamic College (STAI) in using Gimkit as a game-based English learning medium. The approach used is interpretive phenomenology based on Heidegger's thinking, which focuses on the meaning of participants' life experiences. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and reflective journals from seven students who actively used Gimkit in their English classes. Data analysis followed Colaizzi's (1978) steps to identify essential themes from the participants' experiences.
The results of the study show three main themes: (1) fun and challenging learning, (2) a more lively and competitive classroom atmosphere, and (3) increased cohesiveness and solidarity among students. The learning experience through Gimkit brings out strong intrinsic motivation, self-confidence, and positive emotional involvement. This study concludes that GBL through Gimkit not only improves the effectiveness of English language learning, but also strengthens the values of togetherness and collaboration in the context of Islamic higher education.

Critical Path Method merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan pada aplikasi manajemen konten karena metode ini berorientasi pada waktu dengan menganalisis kegiatan-kegiatan yang akan dijadikan prioritas untuk dikerjakan. public speaking, during the job interview process. It was done online through a Zoom meeting, which was opened for vocational college students in Madiun City, East Java. The activity was done in May 2024, starting from the preparation, implementation, and evaluation process. It ran well and benefited vocational college students by equipping them with and broadening their knowledge regarding the job interview process. The participants’ feedback was positive, in which the survey results showed that the community service activity improved their public speaking skills and confidence. The participants also provided a rough description of the job interview process through mock interviews. It is hoped that a similar activity will be carried out continuously in the future.

Banyak lulusan kampus vokasi yang kesulitan saat menjalani proses interviu kerja. Untuk itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi bahasa Inggris mahasiswa vokasi terutama pada public speaking di proses wawancara kerja. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara daring melalui Zoom meeting yang dibuka bagi mahasiswa vokasi di kota Madiun, Jawa Timur. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2024 yang dimulai dari proses persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar dan bermanfaat bagi para mahasiswa vokasi dalam memperlengkapi dan memperluas wawasan mereka mengenai proses wawancara kerja. Umpan balik dari para peserta menunjukkan nilai positive dimana hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini meningkatkan kemampuan public speaking para peserta dan rasa percaya diri mereka. Para peserta juga mendapatkan gambaran kasar mengenai proses wawancara kerja melalui kegiatan mock-interview. Diharapkan bahwa kegiatan sejenis dapat diadakan berkelanjutan di masa mendatang.

Therefore the proponent team from the Indonesian Maritime Academy College in Medan proposed community service activities in the form of training and mentoring for target partners to provide scientific education along with the assistance of partner education facilities. The results of this activity are published in scientific journals, electronic mass media. In addition, the activity videos and the improvement of the knowledge and skills of partner HR are outcomes of this activity. The lecture and demonstration methods used in the process provide an understanding of the use of shipping safety equipment. The practice method is directly used to skill in using shipping safety equipment, of course, with the assistance of the proposing team. Observation method is done to observe the ability of partners both during the activity process and afterwards. Observation after the activity is intended to determine the impact of the activities that have been carried out.

Abstrak: Terjadinya kembali musibah kecelakaan kapal saat berlayar di Danau Toba menunjukkan bahwa standar operasional prosedur (SOP) persoalan keselamatan dan keamanan, yang selanjutnya baru diikuti dengan aspek biaya yang terjangkau, kecepatan dan ketepatan waktu, serta aspek kenyamanan belum dilaksanakan secara efektif dan maksimal. Oleh sebab itu tim pengusul yang berasal dari Perguruan Tinggi Akademi Maritim Indonesia Medan mengusulkan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan terhadap mitra sasaran untuk memberikan edukasi ilmiah disertai dengan adanya bantuan sarana edukasi mitra. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dipublikasikan di jurnal ilmiah, media massa elektronik. Selain itu video kegiatan serta peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan SDM mitra merupakan luaran dari kegiatan ini. Metode ceramah dan demonstrasi digunakan dalam proses memberikan pemahaman mengenai penggunaan peralatan keselamatan pelayaran. Metode praktik langsung digunakan untuk keterampilan menggunakan peralatan keselamatan pelayaran tentunya dengan pendampingan tim pengusul. Metode observasi dilakukan untuk mengamati kemampuan mitra baik selama proses kegiatan maupun sesudahnya. Evaluasi sesudah kegiatan ditujukan untuk mengetahui dampak dari kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan.

Community service is a real action that we can do to increase society's insight into the information we will share, thus bringing a positive contribution to society. Especially now more warmly discussed about the election of regional heads, therefore counseling about leadership is considered necessary for the socialization to the community. The future expectation is that people are able to choose leaders who can be good examples in every action and perfomance. The community is expected to be more careful in choosing candidates for regional heads, not easily influenced by the image and power that can bring in the society later. In addition people should not be afraid of the pressures that might come to force their heroes, the public should get an enlightenment about how the law applies to the public. In addition to discussing the issue of leadership, the University of Asahan also cooperates with the Legal Aid Foundation - Cakrawana Nusantara Indonesia to provide an understanding to the public about the law, what should the community do when it comes to legal issues in its environment, knowing its rights and obligations in complying with the law. The greatest hope of the community in the village between no longer taboo on legal issues, the villagers between daring to face the legal problems they face, the villagers between able to choose the right leader to lead their area.

anizing libraries in Indonesia is regulated in National Library Director Regulation No. 13 of 2017. College libraries currently use information technology to support operations. To assess the alignment of a university's goal of providing a library that complies with information technology regulations and management, library management needs to be audited. At the ISB Atma Luhur library, audits were carried out using the COBIT 4.1 framework. especially in the Acquire and Implement (AI) domain. The AI domain is a domain that assesses whether plans have been successfully acquired and implemented. This research uses interview and questionnaire methods as primary data source data collection media. The respondents involved were the head of the library and the ISB Atma Luhur library staff. The results of data processing show that the AI domain is at 2,754 with a maturity level of 3-Define Process. Of the 7 control objectives under the AI domain, AI4 Anable Operation and Use is the highest control objective with 3.28. Meanwhile, the lowest control objective is AI2 Acquire and maintain application software with 2.50.

Pengelolaan perguruan tinggi di Indonesia mengacu pada Penyelenggaraan perpustakaan di Indonesia diatur dalam Peraturan Kepala Perpustakaan Nasional Nomor 13 Tahun 2017. Perpustakaan perguruan tinggi saat ini sudah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk menunjang operasionalnya. Untuk menilai keselarasan tujuan perguruan tinggi dalam menyediakan perpustakaan yang sesuai dengan regulasi dan pengelolaan teknologi informasi, maka pengelolaan perpustakaan perlu dilakukan audit. Pada perpustakaan ISB Atma Luhur, audit dilakukan dengan menggunakan framework COBIT 4.1. khususnya di domain Acquire and Implement (AI). Domain AI adalah domain yang menilai apakah rencana telah berhasil diperoleh dan diterapkan. Audit sistem informasi perpustakaan ini bertujuan untuk menilai keselarasan rencana dan akuisisi impelentasi sistem untuk meningkatkan layanan perpustakaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dan angket sebagai media pengumpulan data sumber data primer. Responden yang terlibat adalah kepala perpustakaan dan staf perpustakaan ISB Atma Luhur. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan domain AI berada pada angka 2.754 dengan tingkat kematangan 3-Define Process. Dari 7 tujuan pengendalian dalam domain AI, AI4 Anable Operation and Use merupakan tujuan pengendalian tertinggi dengan nilai 3,28. Sedangkan tujuan pengendalian terendah adalah AI2 Memperoleh dan memelihara perangkat lunak aplikasi dengan nilai 2,50.
