Pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah tindakan nyata yang dapat kita lakukan untuk menambah wawasan masyarakat terhadap informasi yang akan kita bagikan, sehingga membawa kontribusi positif dalam masyarakat. Apalagi sekarang lagi hangat-hangatnya memperbincangkan tentang pemilihan kepala daerah, oleh karena itu penyuluhan tentang kepemimpinan dianggap perlu untuk di sosialisasikan kepada masyarakat. Harapan kedepannya adalah masyarakat mampu memilih pemimpin yang dapat menjadi contoh baik dalam setiap tindakan dan perkataannnya. Masyarakat diharapkan lebih hati-hati dalam memilih calon kepala daerah, tidak mudah terpengaruh citra dan kekuasaan yang dapat mendatangkan kerudian dalam masyarakat itu nantinya. Selain itu masyarakat tidak perlu takut terhadap tekanan yang mungkin saja datang untuk memaksa memilih jagoan mereka, masyarakat harus mendapatkan pencerahan tentang bagaimana hukum itu berlaku di kalangan masyarakat. Untuk itu selain membahas masalah kepemimpinan Universitas asahan juga bekerjasama dengan Yayasan Lembaga Bantuan Hukum – Cakrawana Nusantara Indonesia untuk memberi pemahaman kepada masyarakat tentang hukum, apa yang harus dilakukan masyarakat apabila tersangkut permasalahan hukum di lingkungannya, mengetahui hak dan kewajibannya dalam mentaati hukum tersebut. Harapan terbesarnya masyarakat di desa antara tidak tabu lagi terhadap permasalahan hukum, masyarakat desa antara berani untuk menghadapai permasalahan hukum yang mereka hadapi, masyarakat desa antara mampu memilih pemimpin yang tepat untuk memimpin daerah mereka.

Abstract: The application form of a series of educational theories that have been studied on campus will certainly be more useful if the theories of science are shared for the community. This activity is called our devotion to the community. As an academic both lecturers and students should be able to work together in realizing Tri Darma college where we share and gain knowledge. Community service is a real action that we can do to increase society's insight into the information we will share, thus bringing a positive contribution to society. Especially now more warmly discussed about the election of regional heads, therefore counseling about leadership is considered necessary for the socialization to the community. The future expectation is that people are able to choose leaders who can be good examples in every action and perfomance. The community is expected to be more careful in choosing candidates for regional heads, not easily influenced by the image and power that can bring in the society later. In addition people should not be afraid of the pressures that might come to force their heroes, the public should get an enlightenment about how the law applies to the public. In addition to discussing the issue of leadership, the University of Asahan also cooperates with the Legal Aid Foundation - Cakrawana Nusantara Indonesia to provide an understanding to the public about the law, what should the community do when it comes to legal issues in its environment, knowing its rights and obligations in complying with the law. The greatest hope of the community in the village between no longer taboo on legal issues, the villagers between daring to face the legal problems they face, the villagers between able to choose the right leader to lead their area.

anizing libraries in Indonesia is regulated in National Library Director Regulation No. 13 of 2017. College libraries currently use information technology to support operations. To assess the alignment of a university's goal of providing a library that complies with information technology regulations and management, library management needs to be audited. At the ISB Atma Luhur library, audits were carried out using the COBIT 4.1 framework. especially in the Acquire and Implement (AI) domain. The AI domain is a domain that assesses whether plans have been successfully acquired and implemented. This research uses interview and questionnaire methods as primary data source data collection media. The respondents involved were the head of the library and the ISB Atma Luhur library staff. The results of data processing show that the AI domain is at 2,754 with a maturity level of 3-Define Process. Of the 7 control objectives under the AI domain, AI4 Anable Operation and Use is the highest control objective with 3.28. Meanwhile, the lowest control objective is AI2 Acquire and maintain application software with 2.50.

Abstrak: Perpustakaan perguruan tinggi dibangun dan dirancang berdasarkan kebutuhan civitas akademika untuk menunjang pembelajaran, penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pengelolaan perguruan tinggi di Indonesia mengacu pada Penyelenggaraan perpustakaan di Indonesia diatur dalam Peraturan Kepala Perpustakaan Nasional Nomor 13 Tahun 2017. Perpustakaan perguruan tinggi saat ini sudah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk menunjang operasionalnya. Untuk menilai keselarasan tujuan perguruan tinggi dalam menyediakan perpustakaan yang sesuai dengan regulasi dan pengelolaan teknologi informasi, maka pengelolaan perpustakaan perlu dilakukan audit. Pada perpustakaan ISB Atma Luhur, audit dilakukan dengan menggunakan framework COBIT 4.1. khususnya di domain Acquire and Implement (AI). Domain AI adalah domain yang menilai apakah rencana telah berhasil diperoleh dan diterapkan. Audit sistem informasi perpustakaan ini bertujuan untuk menilai keselarasan rencana dan akuisisi impelentasi sistem untuk meningkatkan layanan perpustakaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dan angket sebagai media pengumpulan data sumber data primer. Responden yang terlibat adalah kepala perpustakaan dan staf perpustakaan ISB Atma Luhur. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan domain AI berada pada angka 2.754 dengan tingkat kematangan 3-Define Process. Dari 7 tujuan pengendalian dalam domain AI, AI4 Anable Operation and Use merupakan tujuan pengendalian tertinggi dengan nilai 3,28. Sedangkan tujuan pengendalian terendah adalah AI2 Memperoleh dan memelihara perangkat lunak aplikasi dengan nilai 2,50.

To achieve the quality of these graduates, a graduation diagnosis with the standards that have been set for students who are still carrying out studies is very necessary so that anticipatory steps can be taken from the beginning to overcome the occurrence of graduation problems in the academic field. This research aims to diagnose fast-track student graduation by using a data mining model with a classification function. The technique used for the classification data mining model is the Naïve Bayes Algorithm. The dataset used as training and testing data is data from the 2021 STMIK Royal fast track students. The criteria used to determine student graduation are Gender, class, credits, GPA, Tuition Fee, Guidance Process, and the KKL Report. The results of the classification modeling with the Naïve Bayes Algorithm produce an accuracy value of 83%.

Abstrak: Kelulusan mahasiswa adalah salah satu hal yang harus diperhatikan karena termasuk ke dalam Standar Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) perguruan tinggi. STMIK Royal adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi yang mengalami masalah kelulusan mahasiswa. Untuk mencapai kualitas lulusan tersebut, diagnosis kelulusan dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan untuk mahasiswa yang masih menjalankan studi sangat diperlukan sehingga dapat dilakukan langkah antisipasi dari awal untuk menanggulangi terjadinya permasalahan kelulusan dalam bidang akademik. Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini untuk untuk mendiagnosis kelulusan mahasiswa fast track dengan menggunakan model data mining dengan fungsi klasifikasi. Teknik yang digunakan untuk model data mining klasifikasi adalah Algoritma Naïve Bayes. Dataset yang akan digunakan untuk menjadi data latih dan data uji adalah data mahasiswa fast track STMIK Royal tahun 2021. Kriteria yang digunakan untuk diganosis kelulusan mahasiswa, diantaranya Jenis Kelamin, Kelas, SKS, IPK, Uang Kuliah, Proses Bimbingan, dan Pengumpulan Laporan KKL. Hasil pemodelan klasifikasi dengan Algoritma Naïve Bayes menghasilkan nilai akurasi sebesar 83%.

Abstrak: Tracer study adalah suatu metode pelacakkan alumni yang dilaksanakan oleh perguruan tinggi negeri dan perguruan tinggi swasta. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 17 college students who had knowledge or experience related to Islamic financial products. Data analysis was performed using NVivo software. The results showed that college students' preferences were influenced by religiosity, financial institution reputation, trust, digital service innovation, and financial education. These factors contribute to the formation of consumer loyalty. Based on these findings, this study developed a consumer loyalty model that encompasses three main dimensions: spiritual attachment, digital engagement, and community-based advocacy. This model integrates consumer loyalty theory and Value-Belief-Norm (VBN) theory to explain the relationship between religious values, digital behavior, and loyalty to Islamic financial products. The implications of this research lie in its contribution to broadening the theoretical understanding of consumer loyalty in the Islamic financial sector and providing strategic direction for financial institutions in strengthening long-term relationships with young customers.

This study aims to determine the knowledge of mothers with babies aged 0–7 days regarding umbilical cord care at the Mitra Kerja Clinic of the Santa Elisabeth Health Sciences College in Medan. This study used a quantitative descriptive design with a purposive sampling technique, with 30 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed univariately. The results showed that most mothers had sufficient knowledge (50%), good (36.7%), and poor (13.3%). The majority of respondents were aged 20–35 years (96.7%), <20 years (3.3%), primigravida (56.7%), multigravida (43.3%) and had a high school education (70%), bachelor's degree (16.7%), and diploma (13.3%). Conclusion: Most mothers have sufficient knowledge about umbilical cord care. It is recommended that clinics conduct regular outreach sessions to improve mothers' understanding, and that further research be conducted by adding variables such as occupation and source of information

Research results: The results indicate that 21 respondents (70%) have a positive attitude, while 9 respondents (30%) have a negative attitude.
