ent and affordable housing in Indonesia. The study used panel data from 31 provinces during the 2021–2024 period with a total of 124 observations. The research data were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), and official local government websites related to the publication of financial reports. Data analysis was conducted using the Generalized Least Squares (GLS) method with a Random Effect Model (REM) approach. The results of the study indicate that accountability has a positive and significant effect on the achievement of SDG 11. These findings indicate that accountable regional financial management can increase the effectiveness of housing and settlement development programs. Transparency also has a positive and significant effect on the achievement of SDG 11, with a stronger effect than accountability. Openness of financial information encourages public oversight of regional budget use and increases the efficiency of development program implementation. The results of simultaneous testing indicate that accountability and transparency together have a significant effect on the achievement of the indicator of access to decent and affordable housing. The research findings support the theory of good governance, which places accountability and transparency as essential elements in improving the quality of local government governance. This study provides an empirical contribution regarding the relationship between local government financial governance and the achievement of sustainable settlement development in Indonesia.

Using a qualitative phenomenological approach and adopting an active participatory method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, document reviews, and observations with purposive sampling (management, DPS, IT/cybersecurity units, and customers). The analysis refers to the Miles & Huberman model (data reduction–data presentation–conclusion drawing); validity is maintained through source triangulation, member checking, and audit trails. The findings consolidate five key domains: (1) the role of DPS in digital decisions and ongoing supervision, (2) human resource capabilities and risk culture, (3) IT & cybersecurity architecture (data protection, incident response, business continuity), (4) risk management–compliance (synchronization of OJK–DSN–MUI guidelines), and (5) digital customer literacy and experience. The theoretical contribution integrates the Institutional, Accountability, and TAM/UTAUT perspectives to explain the drivers and barriers to adoption. Practically, a risk-based digital governance roadmap is developed that prioritizes cybersecurity governance, strengthening the role of the DPS through digital oversight, and data governance policies.

Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder PMB periode 2023–2025. Analisis dilakukan melalui tahapan data cleaning, transformasi data, statistik deskriptif, segmentasi calon mahasiswa, dan visualisasi data menggunakan dashboard analitik. Variabel yang dianalisis meliputi program studi, asal sekolah, jurusan asal sekolah, kecamatan, kabupaten/kota, provinsi, jalur masuk, dan sumber informasi pendaftar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pendaftar berasal dari Provinsi Aceh, khususnya Kabupaten Aceh Utara dan Kota Lhokseumawe, dengan dominasi lulusan jurusan IPA serta peminat terbesar pada Program Studi Teknik Informatika. Instagram dan website menjadi sumber informasi utama bagi calon mahasiswa. Pemanfaatan data historis melalui visualisasi data mampu memberikan informasi yang lebih komprehensif mengenai karakteristik calon mahasiswa sehingga dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam penyusunan strategi promosi PMB yang lebih terarah, efektif, dan berbasis data.
New student admissions (PMB) promotion is an important factor in increasing the number and quality of prospective students. However, promotional strategies that do not optimally utilize historical data can result in less targeted promotional activities. This study aims to analyze historical PMB data as a basis for developing a more effective promotional strategy in the Information and Computer Technology Department of the Lhokseumawe State Polytechnic. The study uses a descriptive quantitative approach utilizing secondary PMB data for the 2023–2025 period. The analysis was carried out through the stages of data cleaning, data transformation, descriptive statistics, prospective student segmentation, and data visualization using an analytical dashboard. The variables analyzed included study program, school of origin, major of origin of school, sub-district, regency/city, province, admission route, and applicant information sources. The results show that most applicants come from Aceh Province, especially North Aceh Regency and Lhokseumawe City, with a predominance of science graduates and the greatest interest in the Informatics Engineering Study Program. Instagram and websites are the main sources of information for prospective students. The use of historical data through data visualization can provide more comprehensive information regarding the characteristics of prospective students so that it can support decision-making in developing more targeted, effective, and data-based PMB promotion strategies.

The primary data are obtained from Ahmad Mukhtar Umar’s works discussing ‘ilm al-dalālah (semantics), while the secondary data come from books, journal articles, and websites related to semantics and Arabic language learning. The findings show that Ahmad Mukhtar Umar’s linguistic thought is built upon the integration of classical Arabic linguistic traditions and modern linguistic theories, emphasizing language as a dynamic and contextual system of meaning. The concept of the semantic field is understood as a network of semantic relations among vocabulary items, encompassing synonymy, hyponymy, part–whole relations, antonymy, and incompatibility. The study concludes that applying the concept of semantic fields in Arabic language learning enables thematic and conceptual vocabulary development, thereby supporting more meaningful, communicative, and contextual learning.

In this study, researchers used a qualitative method with a descriptive form and emphasized the use of motivation theory and the concept of motivational deterioration to analyze indicators of motivational deterioration of marine officers of PT PELNI (Persero) Jakarta in ship type placement. From the results of the study it is known that there is a salary gap that has not been adjusted to the applicable career pattern for the promotion path, which is one of the main factors triggering the decline in motivation of marine officers of PT PELNI (Persero) Jakarta in ship type placement, as well as other factors that contribute to motivational deterioration, namely the absence of a clear career pattern system and a promotion path that is not running optimally, this condition affects the preferences and performance of marine officers in assignments on various types of ships. The purpose of this study is to reveal the meaning, philosophical values, and forms of acculturation of Islamic culture with local Malay traditions represented through the physical form and ornamentation of the tomb. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with Erwin Panofsky's iconographic approach which includes three stages of analysis, namely pre-iconography, iconography, and iconology. Data sources were obtained through field observations, in-depth interviews, as well as literature and documentation reviews. The results of the study show that visually (pre-iconography), the Marhum Pekan Tomb displays the architectural characteristics of the Selaso Jatuh Kembar House, the use of Malay regalia, stepped jirat forms, and headstones with gender-differentiating shapes, all of which are a blend of local and Islamic culture. Based on the iconographic analysis, all ornaments in the form of plant and flower motifs contain symbolic meanings of purity, fragrant names, good deeds, and obedience to Islamic teachings that prohibit the depiction of living creatures. Meanwhile, iconological analysis reveals the fundamental meaning that this tomb complex is a tangible manifestation of the Malay people's philosophy of life, namely "Adat bersendi Syarak, Syarak bersendi Kitabbullah". The tomb of Marhum Pekan is not merely a burial place, but also evidence of the history of Islamic-Malay civilization and the collective memory of the community, which confirms that the development of Pekanbaru City grew and developed on a foundation of religious values and harmonious local cultural wisdom.

e Learning program was conducted at the Portuguese Ship “Flor De La Mar” in Melaka, Malaysia, with the aim of strengthening students' heritage literacy while supporting the museum in enriching its educational and interpretive materials. The activities included field observation, guided cultural learning, collaboration in developing basic informational content, and structured student reflections. The program enhanced students' understanding of Melaka's maritime history, multicultural exchanges, and the importance of cultural heritage preservation. Additionally, the museum benefited from improved educational communication strategies and increased use of digital media for public engagement. The program also encouraged greater involvement of local communities and young visitors in appreciating the historical significance of Flor De La Mar. Overall, this heritage education- based Service Learning initiative strengthened contextual learning, cultivated cultural awareness among students, and fostered sustainable collaboration between the university and the heritage management community.

e (PKM). This activity aims to improve digital literacy and pedagogical technology competence of students as prospective educators in the digital era. The implementation method involved 3rd and 5th semester students through two intensive training sessions that included concept presentations, technical demonstrations, and hands-on practice in creating link platform-based learning media such as Google Sites, Canva, and simple Learning Management Systems (LMS). Evaluation results show that this training successfully improved students' understanding of technology concepts and applications in learning. There was an increase in practical skills in managing digital content, creating interactive media, and integrating multimedia in one easily accessible platform. Students also demonstrated new awareness about the importance of digital literacy and ethics in using online content. Additionally, a commitment emerged to apply these skills in future teaching practices. It is concluded that this hands-on practice-based training is effective in strengthening students' pedagogical technology competencies while also contributing positively to developing the quality of prospective educators at STIT Padang Lawas Gunung Tua. Similar sustainable activities with intensive mentoring are recommended to strengthen impact and build a sustainable digital learning ecosystem.
